Hotels in Terracotta Army/Hua Qing Palace, Xi'an

The hotel environment is really great, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I stayed for quite a while, and the butler was wonderfully attentive throughout my stay, always responding promptly to any requests and handling them with incredible patience. They even helped me find something I accidentally left behind right away, which was a huge relief when traveling with kids. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and choosing a package for a long stay offers great value for money. The only minor suggestion is that the restaurant food was a bit bland, so we opted to eat out for a few days. However, the overall experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for our next family trip.

We were upgraded to a courtyard room, which was a bit small inside. The location is great, right within the scenic area, and there's a car available to take you to restaurants inside the park. The private hot spring was ready in the evening. I had put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, so I was quite annoyed when I received a call at 10:00 AM, only to find out they were calling about breakfast. I wasn't sure how to react at that moment!

We checked in close to midnight, and there was always someone at the front desk to help us with the check-in process and guide us to parking. We stayed at this hotel during a road trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, making it convenient for those traveling by car. It's also easily accessible from the highway without any detours, making it particularly suitable for a stopover during a long journey.

Let me share my honest experience from this stay! This is a hot spring hotel right next to Huaqing Pool in Lintong. First off, its location is absolutely superb. You can get there directly by subway, and it's convenient for dining and sightseeing nearby. The Huaqing Palace scenic area is just a seven or eight-minute walk from the hotel, which is really nice because you don't need to drive. You can leave your car in the hotel garage, which is very convenient, and there are charging stations and plenty of empty spots, making it very friendly for those traveling by car. Secondly, their service is exceptional. Even before checking in, a butler proactively contacted us to confirm our arrival time and provide important information. From check-in to check-out, both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Anything we needed was promptly delivered to our room. After checking out, we could even store our luggage for free, which was great for continuing our exploration of the scenic area. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I get the chance, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's still undecided!

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station and across from Huaqing Palace. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' you can just walk back. However, I didn't read the instructions carefully, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance, even though it was just a few steps away. The environment and facilities are quite clean, the service is good, and breakfast is included. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small, which is an inherent flaw that can't be helped. Still, it's highly recommended!

I want to start off by saying this was my first trip to China and it will definitely not be my last :) . I had the honor of staying at this amazing hotel with the most amazing host/ hostesses. They were sooo kind and patient with my family and myself. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude towards them. From helping us find the hotel when our didi dropped us off a tad bit away, to ordering food for us when my app wasn’t working twice, to giving us ponchos on our last night we were there :) thank you. I will definitely be back and will definitely be rebooking with them. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a smart toilet in both bathrooms and was very spacious. And for those wondering yes the room also had AC and they brought us 2 water bottles per room each day. I can’t wait to be back. Also the Terracotta Museum is right down the street so it’s super convenient.

The hotel service was excellent, and it's within walking distance of Huaqing Palace, right on the expressway. It was also convenient for visiting the Terracotta Warriors. The customer service butler in a suit was very enthusiastic. I brought my family here for a trip, and the third-floor restaurant offers afternoon tea with snacks, fruit, pastries, congee… which I loved! You can also order meals, which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, close to a 5A scenic area with a great environment. Their hotel is also on the expressway, making it easy to call a taxi to the Terracotta Warriors. The customer service butler in a suit asked about our itinerary and provided a ticket collection code for 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' which was incredibly helpful as we didn't have to wait in a separate line to get tickets. It was a very pleasant stay.

I recently visited Xi'an Lintong with my family and specifically chose the Joyland Hotel. Our entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and both the environment and service were exceptional. It's truly perfect for family trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! We even got upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, close to major attractions like Huaqing Palace and Mount Li, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. This saved us a lot of travel time, which was a huge plus when traveling with elderly parents and children. The hotel itself has an elegant garden style, with a quiet and serene environment, lush greenery, and fresh air. It's a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a truly relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. It was attentive, meticulous, and wonderfully thoughtful throughout our stay, with an exceptionally good attitude. Traveling with elderly parents and children meant we had a lot of luggage. The front desk processed our check-in very quickly, and the staff were patient and detailed, proactively telling us about nearby attractions, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even gave us practical tips for family travel, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, service requests were promptly addressed, and any needs we had were quickly resolved. Our room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with excellent attention to cleanliness details. The hotel's thoughtful details for our family trip truly enhanced our overall experience, making everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with clean and tidy public areas, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment.

We drove there, and the guesthouse isn't right by the road; there's an internal path leading to it. Parking was plentiful during the off-season. It's very close to the subway station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Huajing Palace is just one subway stop away, so we could quickly return after the show and relax in the hot spring. Service: The cleanliness was pretty good; a staff member came to clean the tub before we filled it. The food was also great, five meals a day with a lot of variety, and it tasted good. The staff were very friendly, and towels and bathrobes were replaced promptly. Environment: We had a family room, and the beds were big enough. The room was a bit dim, but it created a nice atmosphere. With floor heating and radiators, it was toasty and very comfortable.
