The bed, floor, and desk were all very clean, and even the bathroom floor was wiped dry by the staff, removing any water stains. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay, I had an issue with my internet connection. After calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for an IT department staff member to assist me, and my internet problem was quickly resolved. The in-room facilities were also excellent and meticulously maintained. The air conditioning provided stable cooling and heating, operating quietly without any noise. The lighting was soft, with adjustable brightness to suit different needs. The high-speed internet signal was stable, perfect for work or binge-watching shows without any issues. Amenities like the TV and hairdryer were all available and in perfect working order, showing no signs of damage or aging. The desk, wardrobe, and bedside tables in the room were wiped spotlessly clean, with no dust accumulation. Even notorious spots like wall corners and curtain crevices were immaculately maintained, truly demonstrating the hotel's high standards of hygiene down to the smallest details. The hotel's public areas were equally satisfying. The corridors were cleaned daily, with clean floors free of debris, bright lighting, and fresh air. The elevator interiors were spotless. The hotel also featured a clean and tidy breakfast area, with food neatly arranged and a refreshing dining environment. Cleaning staff promptly cleared tables, maintaining the tidiness of the dining area. During my stay, whether I needed toiletries replenished or information about local attractions, staff member 'Fang Gao' was always quick to respond and enthusiastically assist, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient service attitude that made me feel incredibly cared for. Checking out was also a very convenient process, with no cumbersome inspections, making it efficient and smooth from start to finish. A great hotel experience is often found in every small detail. This hotel doesn't rely on flashy gimmicks but truly delivers on hygiene, environment, facilities, and service, ensuring guests have a genuinely comfortable stay. "This time in Xi'an, I chose the newly opened Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower South Gate. It's right in the heart of the city center, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the South Gate City Wall. Just a few steps out the door, you'll find Hysan Place, SKP, and Wangfujing Department Store, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also very close to the Muslim Quarter and the Stele Forest Museum, and you can walk to Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2, making it convenient to go anywhere. Don't want to go downstairs to pick up your takeout? There are even delivery robots, which are super convenient! The hotel just opened in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was efficient and professional. They gave me lots of practical tips about local food, drinks, and attractions, truly making me feel at home! If you want to enjoy your trip to Xi'an comfortably and without hassle, I highly recommend this place! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an!"

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the Grand Tang Everbright City and Dayan Pagoda. You can step out and immerse yourself in the vibrant Tang Dynasty night scene within minutes, which saved a lot of travel time during my trip. The hotel's service was incredibly welcoming; check-in was efficient and swift, they patiently answered all my questions, and even proactively helped with my luggage and guided me to the elevator. Every detail showcased their thoughtfulness. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Xi'an."

"Friends gathering to choose the right place! The three-bedroom loft layout is superb, the living room downstairs is spacious and suitable for chatting, and the three bedrooms upstairs are private. The decoration is simple and stylish, the photos are beyond the film, clean and well equipped.
