Yunhe Yebo Hotel is truly excellent, 100% recommendable to friends and family. From the moment I arrived, almost all staff members I encountered greeted me proactively and offered assistance. When small issues arose, senior staff members reacted quickly and provided excellent solutions. The room was clean, with wooden floors that were mopped during cleaning, which felt much cleaner than carpet! The behavior of some tourists visiting Xi'an needs improvement; despite the hotel's clear no-smoking policy, there were still rooms where people smoked, and the smell drifted over. After reporting it, the hotel quickly provided an air purifier. Laundry service was provided, with clothes washed and disinfected separately, then neatly folded and returned to the room. The absolute best part was the policy of 'no washing of intimate wear and socks.' This was incredibly reassuring! Even if disinfected, I wouldn't want to use a machine that has washed other people's intimate wear/socks! This move by the hotel is simply brilliant! They offer free airport shuttle service and a bus shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, which is very convenient. It's important to emphasize that the hotel isn't just relying on the services mentioned above. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful, with grand yet comfortable decor. The furnishings in the room are very tastefully designed, with electric curtains and TV screen mirroring, among other features. Although it opened in 2021, it's very well-maintained; both the public areas and rooms feel new and are very attractive. If you're worried that the hotel's public photos might be enhanced, rest assured, it is genuinely that beautiful in reality.

The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. The hot water came out quickly and the water pressure was stable. There's also a gym and laundry room on the 9th floor. When we checked in, the front desk offered us a complimentary cup of sour plum soup, which was quite tasty. The hotel staff were also very friendly and answered questions quickly. It's really good value for money, highly recommended.

It's right next to Yongningmen subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to all the attractions by subway, and with the city wall right outside, you can even enjoy the night view of Yongningmen when you go out in the evening. Next, let's discuss the hotel's service. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly attentive. From pouring water and carrying luggage to the concierge escorting us to our room and explaining all the facilities, they were all very patient. They even recommended many local specialty foods that are popular with locals, which was very thoughtful. Finally, the hotel also offers a luggage delivery service that can send my luggage to the high-speed rail station, freeing me from carrying it around and making my travel much easier. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

We chose this hotel for our family trip with kids. It's easy to find and very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment quiet, and the service attentive. The facilities are brand new, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Our kids enjoyed their stay too. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended for families.

The transportation is very convenient. There is an airport shuttle bus at the hotel entrance. It is a few steps away from the Nanshaomen subway station. You can walk to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Museum and Anrenfang. The front desk and room service are very good. There is only one thing that is currently under construction next to Taikoo Li, so there is some construction noise and dust. After the repair, this area will be more convenient and comfortable for eating, living, shopping and entertainment.

Witnessing its timeless classic decor, the aged wooden furniture, its steadfast resistance to modern fast-paced trends, and the inherent tranquility and elegance etched into its very being, it gradually reveals the inclusiveness and understanding of Eastern aesthetics to visitors from around the world. Facing the Yongning Gate city wall, overlooking the square below, countless tourists moving in and out before your eyes, you can't help but feel a connection to the lives of people a thousand years ago. The hotel boasts spacious rooms, an open interior, and a clean, hygienic environment. The staff are courteous, and there's a high proportion of foreign guests. With reasonable prices, it's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Xi'an. **Amenities:** Thoughtful, comprehensive, attentive. **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** A world apart just through a door – the glass door separates the hustle and bustle from peaceful comfort; quiet and relaxing. **Service:** Enthusiastic, thorough, patient, always accommodating.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Yongning Gate, making it convenient to visit the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You can even walk to the city wall and the Xiaonanmen morning market. It's definitely Instagram-worthy! They are very women-friendly, offering makeup remover wipes and hair clips – so many thoughtful details. You absolutely must try their coffee, afternoon tea, and breakfast; they are exquisite and relaxing. There was a rumor that single individuals couldn't stay, so I called to check, and they confirmed it's fine. Overall, it's just amazing! 🤩

The room was very spacious, and the front desk lady, seeing I had a child with me, thoughtfully upgraded our room! The bed was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were also great. It truly lives up to the Hilton Garden Inn standard – excellent service and very convenient transportation, being close to the Bell Tower! Breakfast was also very rich, and the gym was especially large!

The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities were decent. It was on a high floor, but the downside was the limited number of power outlets (though USB charging ports were available). The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from the main attractions. Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.
