Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing a personalized, 'butler-style' service that made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. They even offered free shuttle service to the Terracotta Warriors and airport drop-off, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They even gave us a fridge magnet souvenir when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended!

When we checked in, the front desk offered us a complimentary cup of sour plum soup, which was quite tasty. The hotel staff were also very friendly and answered questions quickly. Next, let's discuss the hotel's service. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly attentive. From pouring water and carrying luggage to the concierge escorting us to our room and explaining all the facilities, they were all very patient. They even recommended many local specialty foods that are popular with locals, which was very thoughtful. Finally, the hotel also offers a luggage delivery service that can send my luggage to the high-speed rail station, freeing me from carrying it around and making my travel much easier. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is particularly excellent; one day they even served shrimp and fish! 5. Due to its bustling location, there can be some minor noise from the street and music from karaoke bars outside. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient. There is an airport shuttle bus at the hotel entrance. It is a few steps away from the Nanshaomen subway station. You can walk to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Museum and Anrenfang. The front desk and room service are very good. There is only one thing that is currently under construction next to Taikoo Li, so there is some construction noise and dust. After the repair, this area will be more convenient and comfortable for eating, living, shopping and entertainment.

The downsides are also quite obvious: the shower water pressure was low, and the drain was very slow, causing water to pool. The room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at night. There's no swimming pool, and the gym is tiny. I heard from the staff that the hotel is gradually undergoing renovations and upgrades. I hope for a better facility experience next time.
