The sheets are pretty clean but that's all. The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes, we had to use a machine to get rid of it. The building is quite gloomy. No hot water except the last day in the bathroom.

Excellent value!
The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful
The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean
Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ...
FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)
