Hot Spring Hotels in Xi'an

I have to give the hotel service a thumbs up! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a variety of activities, which are great for kids, and there's also a hot spring. We soaked in it every day during our stay to relieve fatigue. Electric shuttles are readily available throughout the grounds, and the rooms were very clean. Our family of seven stayed in an American-style villa—a four-story detached villa with four large bedrooms, which was more than enough for everyone. The elderly and children were very satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

At check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for “a knife to spread butter” & “eggs with soft yolks”. We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel environment was very comfortable, and the heated floors in the room were a nice touch. I'll definitely come back with my family next time. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at check-out, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

This was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

First of all, I would like to thank the two elder sisters for their 24-hour attentive service. Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

The front desk processed our check-in very quickly, and the staff were patient and detailed, proactively telling us about nearby attractions, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even gave us practical tips for family travel, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, service requests were promptly addressed, and any needs we had were quickly resolved. Our room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with excellent attention to cleanliness details. The hotel's thoughtful details for our family trip truly enhanced our overall experience, making everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. The Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

My stay at the Haoting Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and serene. It's very close to Northwestern Polytechnical University's Chang'an Campus, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. What truly impressed me was discovering I'd left something behind in the room after checking out. I was already too far away to turn back, but the front desk staff diligently helped me locate the item, proactively assisted with packing it up, and patiently coordinated with the logistics company throughout the process. Their service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, and their attention to detail truly shined. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommended for anyone studying or on business trips near Northwestern Polytechnical University!

It's conveniently located near the subway, making travel smooth and effortless, and Huacqing Palace Scenic Area is within walking distance, so no long commutes needed. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and anti-slip facilities were well-equipped. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided soft natural light, and the room came with a complimentary mini-bar and a capsule coffee machine. The outdoor pool had a comfortable water temperature, and the outdoor bar was quiet and elegant. The gym and free laundry room on the basement level were convenient to use. The butler proactively assisted my parents, and there were free intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and simple Hanfu makeup experiences available. The hot spring water temperature was adjustable, and breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious options.
