The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a variety of activities, which are great for kids, and there's also a hot spring. We soaked in it every day during our stay to relieve fatigue. Electric shuttles are readily available throughout the grounds, and the rooms were very clean. Our family of seven stayed in an American-style villa—a four-story detached villa with four large bedrooms, which was more than enough for everyone. The elderly and children were very satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

GGuest UserAt check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for “a knife to spread butter” & “eggs with soft yolks”.
We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.

GGuest UserVery good environment, close to nature. Came in autumn when it is rainy and cooling. Opened the door to let cool air in as it is better than the AC. However, bring closer to nature, there are more bugs/mosquitoes. Location is very peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle. Doesnt have many choices of food nearby. Overall, good escape from the city.

GGuest UserThe location is far away, there is a long way from the hotel entrance to the room, don't think about the elderly or those with mobility problems, almost don't think about going out. The road is a stone slab, and the wheelchair can't be pushed. The hotel's toothpaste is expired. For breakfast, 6 people in our two rooms also gave a few less copies, and the store also let us have a free dinner to compensate. In addition, the dinner here also needs to be 600-700 alone? Plus, staying for two nights during the Qingming period, the two rooms cost nearly 20,000, which is very worthless. This is the case for Xi'an's homestay. It can't be compared with the coastal area at all. The most expensive is at this level. Everyone is cautious. The only highlight is that the place is large and the garden is large.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I would like to thank the two elder sisters for their 24-hour attentive service. Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet.
Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

XXiaobudianeryayaThe customer service was excellent, always responsive, and actively helped resolve any issues. I primarily came for the hot springs and was very satisfied with them. However, I wasn't happy with the room facilities. The family rooms are on the top floor, and the entire floor has poor ventilation. As soon as you step onto the floor, there's an unpleasant smell, and it's the same in the room. It smelled like furniture and carpet, so we opened the windows as soon as we arrived. Being street-facing, there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning was also very noisy. The facilities are old and not smart, making them quite inconvenient to use. The decor feels like it's from over a decade ago. I hope they upgrade the facilities, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here just for the hotel itself.

GGuest UserThe Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

The private hot spring bath in the room was incredibly relaxing at night. Breakfast was delivered to the room, with both Chinese and Western options, and the service was excellent.
