From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

Vivian MingThe location is super convenient, right above Shinsaibashi station.
The view from the reception and from the resto is wonderful.
The view from room is also great, I like the full windows the best. Everything offered in the room is fantastic. It's very clean and comfortable.
The reception staff however is not flexible enough to entertain requests.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. A direct train from the airport gets you there in 45 minutes, and then it's just a short walk through the Namba Parks shopping street to reach the hotel. Having only been open for two or three years, all the facilities are still quite new. The lobby is incredibly high-ceilinged and has a distinct Thai feel, instantly giving you a relaxing, vacation vibe the moment you step in. We booked two rooms this time. One faced the commercial area and was very quiet. The other faced the railway, so we could hear some train sounds at night, but it wasn't a major issue. The rooms themselves are very bright, well-laid out, and equipped with modern facilities, featuring a clean, contemporary style. There are tons of dining options around the hotel. If you don't want to venture far, exploring the nearby malls or Takashimaya, which is just a 5-minute walk away, is a pleasant experience.

FabairimengdexiaolongIf you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

Kien HawI had a wonderful stay at **Hinode Osaka** overall, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for couples.
The amenities are easily **10/10**. The hotel offers so many complimentary perks, including free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, ice cream, laundry facilities, and a hot spring (onsen). These little extras really made the stay feel great value for money.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn't interact with them much after check-in, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Since we mentioned that this was a birthday trip, they even prepared a small gift for us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The location is another huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and **Tsutenkaku Tower** is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food hunting.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the hotel seems to accommodate many tour groups. We noticed buses of tourists arriving almost every day. During peak hours, the hot spring could get extremely crowded—we couldn't even get in at times. The complimentary late-night ramen was also very popular, and we often had to wait around 10–15 minutes just to find a couple of seats.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Hinode Osaka for couples looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent amenities. For families, however, be prepared for the crowds, as the hotel can feel quite overwhelming when multiple tour groups are around.

kason_2001Located in Osaka's Chuo ward, it's a convenient ten-minute walk from Osaka Station. Nearby subway exits directly connect to shopping malls and train lines. The Kansai Airport Limousine Bus stop is also less than a five-minute walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast is excellent and varied, and they offer drinks and light meals throughout the day. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

himhim_The view outside the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering a 24-hour panoramic view of Osaka Castle. The room amenities are quite luxurious, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. Ms. AKI, in particular, was so enthusiastic and lovely, really bringing energy and joy to the guests. The location is a bit far from the main shopping areas, but you can't have everything. My only suggestion would be to have more staff at the front desk for check-in during peak times when there are many guests.

Highly recommend staying here! First, it's super convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop, and there's a direct underground passage to both the subway and JR stations right from the hotel. Second, even though it's in a bustling area and close to the station, it's surprisingly not noisy. Third, dining is a breeze with restaurants both inside and below the hotel. Shopping is also incredibly convenient, with three shopping malls and electronics stores all within a ten-minute walk.

Guest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.
