From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient the location was, making our short two-day trip incredibly easy. Every day, we'd wake up, have breakfast, and head downstairs to shop. Shinsaibashi is right at our doorstep, and you can even walk directly from the subway station without being exposed to the sun. The hotel view is absolutely stunning; there's no need to go to an observation deck when you can enjoy a beautiful city night view right from your room. The hotel's rooftop bar is also excellent.

This hotel is super close to Namba Station, which is a major transportation hub. It's a new hotel with very new facilities. The room is a bit small but very well-designed, and the bedding is really comfortable. The hotel has a very 'Thai' scent, which is quite unique. It seems they don't usually offer free room upgrades, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively offered a discounted upgrade. The hotel is also very near to Takashimaya and other shopping spots. The Namba area is great for exploring, and you can get to Umeda in just four subway stops. Definitely worth staying here!

If you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

I first visited at the end of January and loved it so much that I came back for a second time with my sister. It was even cleaner than before, and there was always a staff member who could speak Korean, making it a perfect stay. There's a subway station and a supermarket right next door, and all three convenience stores – 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart – are available. It's excellent for both accessibility and relaxation. I'll likely only use this place when I visit Osaka in the future.

Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda

Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda is a high-end hotel offering great value for money and a good level of self-service. [Rose] **Location:** It's close to Osaka Umeda Station, with shuttle buses nearby to the airport, Sannomiya, and other destinations. The heart of the Umeda commercial district is just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel is surrounded by places like the Hilton and Herbis Plaza. A 7-Eleven and the delicious Komeda's Kitchen for breakfast are both within about a hundred meters. 🍄 **Public Areas:** The hotel is in an independent building with the front desk on the second floor, serviced by 4 elevators. One of them goes directly from the first floor, but during peak times with many guests checking in, you might have to wait. On the 18th floor, there's a gym and a large public bath, popular with Western guests. The self-service laundry room on the same floor has 6 washer-dryer combos, which are easy to use and reasonably priced. Next to the front desk, you can pick up complimentary toiletries, and guests with children can get a special kids' kit. To the left of the front desk is the self-service restaurant, where breakfast costs extra (free for children under 3). At other times, complimentary drinks and snacks are available for hotel guests. To the right of the front desk, the lounge area features large sofas and a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. Adjacent to this is a separate self-service luggage storage area; if you need to store luggage, it's recommended to do so before 9 AM. There's even a thoughtful luggage scale provided. Each floor also has self-service beverage vending machines, ice makers, and microwaves. [Candy] **Room Facilities:** The rooms have a long, narrow layout, with a compact bathroom. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent. Detailed instructions for using the hotel's facilities are provided in the room and are easy to follow. If you need your room cleaned, simply place the magnetic sign on your door in advance.

The view outside the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering a 24-hour panoramic view of Osaka Castle. The room amenities are quite luxurious, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. Ms. AKI, in particular, was so enthusiastic and lovely, really bringing energy and joy to the guests. The location is a bit far from the main shopping areas, but you can't have everything. My only suggestion would be to have more staff at the front desk for check-in during peak times when there are many guests.

The room was a bit small, I booked a twin room for 2200 a night at the end of May. It was okay though, haha, the location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. It's right next to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hermes is right downstairs. Facilities: Quite new Cleanliness: Decent Ambiance: It's an older building, so a bit dated Service: Very good, I forgot my credit card and didn't have cash, but they still let me check in without a pre-authorization deposit.

Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.
