酒店地理位置非常優越，你機場巴士只有幾分鐘距離，酒店本身在一座商業百貨中心裏面樓下已經是食肆，你電車車站近，洗澡空間好大床也舒服，在大阪市中心來說酒店算是比較大，而且很安靜隔音好，如果下次來我應該會選擇這酒店

位置在梅田大阪車站上蓋，去哪都非常方便，房間很新，床非常舒適，是我這個旅程、最舒適的床。付費的洗衣服務都非常讚，能在電視看到剩餘時間，不用常常走去看～

There is nothing good about it except the location. Five-star price, three-star breakfast, one-star service. The front desk was lazy, and they went to the self-service even if there was a vacancy. They pretended not to understand English inquiries, and asked to go to the staff directly for Japanese inquiries. The bedding was so bad that the child had severe allergies for two consecutive days and took anti-allergic medicine. The new bedding bought from the mall solved it. All three adults felt itchy. People with allergies should be careful to avoid pitfalls!
