TTravel BananaMy family and I have stayed in the hotel for two days for visiting Universal Studio Japan. The location is excellent! It's located right next to JR station. Onsen is on the top of the hotel. Lovely new hotel, I will definitely stay next time.

HHok Ming KarlFrom the photos provided by the hotel, I thought the room would be small, but after checking in, I found that it was big enough to open four suitcases at the same time, and the bathroom was also spacious with a large bathtub. The lobby has a nice smell, which makes people feel relaxed. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours. There is already a parking lot next to it, and the price of overnight parking is very cost-effective.

MMeitounaohahahahaThis is one of the few hotels in Japan with a 12 PM checkout, which is great. There's a Christmas tree downstairs that adds a lovely atmosphere. We went to the theme park on our second day, and this hotel is the closest one to it – the entrance is right downstairs! Food options are also very convenient. I highly recommend the fried beef cutlet, it was absolutely delicious! Our clothes got soaked on the Jurassic ride, which was totally unexpected, but thankfully we could just pop back to the hotel to change. You just need to get a stamp from the staff at the entrance to re-enter the park. I hope to bring my kids here next time and will definitely stay here again!

DDingmaomisThe room design was modern and minimalist, making excellent use of the space, and it was spotless. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which unfortunately led to a restless first night. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the ground floor. The Western-style set breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

ZZhitianjiaderuojiIf your Japanese isn't great but you're looking for excellent, value-for-money hotel service, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful; once they realize you're a foreign guest, they'll communicate with you in fluent English to ensure quick and convenient service. I didn't opt for breakfast here (there are plenty of cafes and eateries right next door, as it's Shinsaibashi after all, plus the hotel itself offers afternoon tea), so I can't comment on that. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a classic, European style. Good news – it's right next to a subway station. However, depending on the specific exit you need or if you're carrying luggage, you might still have a bit of a walk to certain lines or the street level.
Let's talk about the room itself. First off, there's air conditioning, which is a big plus as it ensures consistent temperature control, preventing any hot or cold spots. Secondly, there's no smart card system for electricity, so remember to turn off your appliances when you leave the room. What really deserves praise are the beds. While the facilities might feel a little dated, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, easily making up for any minor shortcomings in the details of the room. All in all, if you're tired from exploring Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a great option. And don't forget to check out the underground shopping arcade at the subway station – it's also worth a stroll!

KKristintzyAbsolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping street and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The bed is comfortable and spacious. I specifically booked this room with a washer so that I could wash my clothes anytime from my room. Absolutely worth it and highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserNag-stay kami dito recently at sobrang nagustuhan namin ang experience. Malinis at maaliwalas ang room, very comfortable ang bed, at complete ang amenities. Maayos din ang aircon at tahimik ang lugar kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang mabuti.
Ang staff ay super accommodating at laging nakangiti—ramdam mo talaga yung warm hospitality. Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!

MM49235****The hotel shares facilities with Spa World. When I visited, it was decorated for Christmas. The room itself was decent, but they don't provide slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. For dining, you can eat at the large cafeteria on the third floor of Spa World or at one of their other restaurants. There's a good variety of choices, and the prices are reasonable.
