"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special."

Great
EE6734****The hotel is right by the subway, but we ended up taking a long detour following our navigation. The back entrance is really close to the park's main gate, which was super convenient and comfortable for walking back to the hotel when the park closed around 9 PM.
However, check-in at the hotel was quite slow, and they didn't provide any power adapters. Breakfast seating was limited, so we had to queue up and wait a long time to get in. Eating outside in the cold wasn't ideal, but at least we could hear the screams from the roller coasters (ಥ⌣ಥ).
There's a commercial street nearby that also sells Universal merchandise, which was great for picking up last-minute souvenirs before we left.
Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends. The convenience for families with kids is the most important factor.
__WeChat263706****Absolutely loved it! It's super close to Universal Studios, and the route there is very convenient. It's also near the subway station and right next to the aquarium pier ⛵️, couldn't be more convenient. The convenience stores on both sides are also great.
MMaTheBreIn general, the hotel is absolutely ok. The price is affordable and the interior is new and wealthy. The location is recommendable with close public transport, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a coin laundry. The hotel has a shared room on the second floor with free coffee, tea, and water. Every day they have free beer happy hour from 6 to 7 including a DJ performance.
I would not recommend it to families with children or to people who prefer a “standard” hotel. Usually, hotels in Japan are super child-friendly, but there are no products for children (toothbrushes, pyjamas, slippers, etc.). The breakfast is in our opinion not worth it. It is good in terms of taste, but they do not have a buffet. There are some different sandwiches you can choose 3 (this is limited and when I asked why the answer was: “If they do not limit I could eat 10”. They have no variation in the sandwiches so when you have breakfast there for a week you've eaten all at least once or twice. Here as well nothing for kids so I paid full price breakfast for my son and the only thing he got was some juice. For us, another no-go was the super loud music in the public area (there is the breakfast room). You can enjoy your morning coffee with electronic dance music. The hotel has no laundry, but they offer a service. You can bring your clothes no matter how many and get them back for 5000¥ cleaned and dry. The coin washer 2minutes away is 900¥ for 8kg in 1h.
For younger people or for 1-2 nights absolutely ok. Breakfast better go out to one of the 1000 coffees and enjoy a wider choice.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near both Honmachi and Shinsaibashi. The front desk and breakfast area are both on the 18th floor, and they offer complimentary hot water, coffee, and ice. The room was larger than previous ones I've stayed in, as they've removed the bathtub to make way for a separate shower and toilet room. While there's no vanity mirror, there is a full-length mirror. I was even able to fit my 26-inch suitcase in the room, haha. Breakfast is a set menu, with two options to choose from. The food was good, but I imagine it might get repetitive if you're staying for a while. Overall, it's a good place.

GGuest UserJust a few hundred meters from Osaka Station, it's an excellent location for shopping – you'll never run out of stores to visit. The hotel food was really good. The 25-square-meter room had no problem accommodating two 28-inch suitcases and two 20-inch suitcases open at the same time. We stayed for four days, and the sheets were changed daily for the last two days. The only downside was that the windows on the 25th floor were sealed, even with central air conditioning.

HHok Ming KarlFrom the photos provided by the hotel, I thought the room would be small, but after checking in, I found that it was big enough to open four suitcases at the same time, and the bathroom was also spacious with a large bathtub. The lobby has a nice smell, which makes people feel relaxed. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours. There is already a parking lot next to it, and the price of overnight parking is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserDecent location, close to dotonbori but not stuck in the middle of it. Staff were friendly. Room was decent size, enough to store and open suitcases if needed. Room was clean except toilet seat had something sticky on it needed wiping off with soap. Bed was comfy. Door Locks were a bit awkward/noisy (tap with your hand, then with the card to unlock). Things like toothbrushes and Razer's etc were available in the lobby
Konbinis close by, main Namba train station about 15 mins walk, otherwise closer station was about 5 minutes walk.

MMT LeeeThe location is excellent ,right in the heart of Shinsaibashi.
There is a FamilyMart directly across the street, which is very convenient.
The hotel is located just behind Fendi, with Lululemon right opposite.
If you go shopping and get tired, it’s very easy to return to the hotel to drop off your bags and head out again.
However, there are a few downsides.
The hotel is quite dark overall, and there is no daily cleaning service.
Towels are not replaced unless you specifically request it.
Overall, this hotel is perfect for shopping and convenience, but if you prefer brighter rooms or daily housekeeping, you may want to consider this before booking.
SSollee- Spa was good, breakfast was good.
- Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around.
- Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby.
- After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience.
GGuest UserConveniently located at Dotonburi and about 6-7 mins walk to metro. Location is near bars and at night you will see girls and some males standing around, they won’t disturb you but will hang around getting customers into their bars. We stayed highest at level 12 so can’t hear any noise from the street. Rooms are very small and we couldn’t open our luggage at all, if you don’t mind this and the bar streets, it’s conveniently located. Also we took Namba Nankai line directly to airport so that’s nicely situated!
