The location is good. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and satisfactory. The room is clean, but the room size is a bit small. A friend left something behind, but the clerk didn't throw it away immediately after picking it up. Fortunately, after some communication, he was able to get his friend's things back.

Location: very near to the metro and a supermarket inside Kuromon Market. You can get most of the groceries including fresh sushi there.
Service: superb, the staffs are friendly and polite. My fridge in my room spoiled at 12 am and the staff replaced it with a new one after 20 minutes!
Amenities: the hotel provides most of amenities except body cream, but you can get it from *****tore nearby. Love their hair dryer and showerhead 🤩
Price: Most of the affordable I could find in that area!
Summary: will definitely come back here if I am in Osaka

The location is good, the soundproofing is good, it is not noisy at all, and the hot water supply is sufficient. However, after staying for 5 days, the room was not cleaned, so I complained.
