우메다나 난바처럼 너무 복잡하지않은곳에 위치해있어서 좋았어요. 조식도 먹을만했고 작지만 대욕장이 있어 여행의 피로를 풀기도 좋았구요.

Otel herseye ile güzeldi, 22. Kattaki odamız skin osaka manzaralıydı, Shinkansen ve diğer trenleri camdan izleyebiliyorduk. Otelin kahvaltısı da iyiydi. Herhangi bir eksik ya da olumsuz birşey olmadı.

地下鉄御堂筋線で向かう方は、到着ホームを1番前まで進んで1番端っこのエスカレーターを降りると、左に④番出口があり、ホテルへの近道は左に出てエレベーターか階段で地上へ降りると、5分強でホテルに着く。ホテル1Fにもコンビニはあるが品揃えが悪いので角のローソンがいい。
ウェルカムドリンクがあるのと、大浴場が4階にあり朝5時から10時までと、午後3時から夜中1時まで利用できるのがすばらしい！お湯も綺麗でサウナもあった。部屋の掃除が行き届いていて、バス付きだったけど洗い場付きで広かった。パジャマが楽。お水も置いてある。冷蔵庫が極小なので何も入らないのと、荷物をおけるクローゼットや棚が皆無なのがマイナス。あとカップがない。テーブルと椅子2脚があったが、フローリングの為上階の椅子を引き摺る音がかなりうるさいので椅子の足にカバーをつけたらいいと思う。23階だったので外の音は皆無、眺望最高でした。新幹線を上から眺めるのはなかなかいい経験で、タワマン気分を楽しめました。連休中で、インバウンドの方が7〜8割な感じの客層。

酒店位置都很好，玉筋堂線出來很近。從JR找四號口很難找。酒店周邊也很方便，底下就是老孫，方便的解決一切。

They do not provide sufficient drinking water or toiletries in the room and you need to go to the lobby in the second floor for everything. At least they could have kept a water purifier in every floor to decongest the lifts. The lifts were always occupied due to golden week and this added to the inconvenience. Many people were using the public bath on 4 th floor and the lifts were continuously busy. You had to press the button 4 to 5 times to get into the lift. This was definitely time consuming. The service in restaurant was below average as per japanese standards. The gentleman receiving the guests will never be found and talks to you also with a bad attitude. Will never come back .. The only saving grace was the proximity to the station but there seems to be other better options in the vicinity..
