Pleasant stay and friendly staff. The room is spacious, cosy and clean. The swimming pool is the best and the room service food is very delicious. My hotel of choice when I’m at Alor Setar.

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, the room immaculate with a stunning view, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet so sar ok, and the pool provided perfect relaxation. Every interaction was marked by warmth and professionalism, making our visit truly memorable and Wednesday have pasar malam very and this pasar malam very close to this hotel😚

Hotel has provided the good service. When we ask the room service at night the staff come quickly to assist us. Also, they will clean the room every day. However, the room is little bit dark and don’t have enough lighting.

Late check in but staff still give warm greating and welcoming. Offer to take picture and play with my kid. Unfortunately when i want to check in reception ask me either i still want to check in or cancel it because hotel got issue with hot water. That sound like really crazy because we arrived already late and like really difficult to find another hotel. Should be call me earlier or email me.

hotel is nice. very near beach and beach quite clean. staff very helpful. the not nice are: food ok only. wall half cover only with the cover, so it looks like half finish furniture. floor and carpet not very clean. many mosquitoes when we enter our room. Fortunately, we see they provide us with the mosquito repellent device inside the room. but so far, price quite reasonable.

This hotel is PERFECT!! The staff are amazing & veryyyy helpful! Beach club & the pool is so fun! The pool open till 1am so we have enough time to enjoy it! I request for a baby cot and surprisingly it was very comfortable & my baby sleep so well in it 😂 Please stay here!! The food was perfect 💝 Wagyu steak was just RM120 OMG so reasonable 💞 THE STAFF IS GREAT! Will be back again!! So excited 💝

I was here during LIMA 2023. Near to airport. Save time and transport cost by walking to exhibition hall. The best stay ever! The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check in and out were professionally handled and easy. I loved the Wings Afternoon Tea at the Wings Lounge& Jazz. It's really cosy and relaxing after spending hours in LIMA hall. I can even watch spectacular scene's of flights cruising through the viewing deck. And of course I enjoyed the most my drinks by the pool bar. I would definitely recommend this luxury resort in Langkawi to my family and friends in USA.

There is a lot to love about the Purest Hotel in Sungai Petani starting with the room decor. It reminded me of the style of many small boutique hotels I have stayed at in Northern Italy over the years. Simple stylish and elegant would sum it up. The breakfast spread here again ranks with some of the best I have experienced at any South East Asian Hotel. Catering no for both Western and Asian taste it offers a good selection to both. I ate a very satisfactory lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor on one day, which again was good quality. Vegetables that accompanied the dish were nicely presented on the plate and mercifully al dente, a feat that many hotels worldwide fail. Where it is let down: The marble bathroom floor, whilst stylish, is a virtual deathtrap when wet as it becomes dangerously slippy. This is as mentioned in previous reviews and could be solved with the simple addition of a rubber floor mat. Being a supposed 4 star hotel and given it has a swimming pool I would have expected bathrobes, but there were none. When I enquired I was told they were available at the pool, they were not. When I enquired at reception no one seemed to have a clue as to wheter they had them or not. I was eventually told they did not provide them. This, despite me having seen the same in the housekeeping laundry basket. The pool area is a bit of a mess with stacked chairs here and there and no staff until 4pm. In the meantime it's seems to be used by hotel staff wanting to have a smoke. The pool itself, whilst great, is missing a number of tiles which looks a bit shabby for a 4 star. Note to management, some umbrellas by the sun loungers would be great for shade in the scorching rooftop sunshine. Lastly, I ordered room service on one evening and it was delivered without cutlery or condiments to begin. The food itself, a chicken burger, completely tasteless so a disappointment. As I said to begin with a few well placed tweaks and this Hotel could be wonderful and warrent the claimed 4 stars. Would I stay again and would I recommend it? Absolutely!!

RWL is always our preference when we travel to langkawi for Short Vacation. The location are perfect which not far from Airport and Pantai Cenang. The most we like is about the Sea View Room with balcony. We can spend our time for chatting and sunrise with in the morning. Is worth to stay with this property!

During our recent visit to Langkawi, we had the pleasure of staying at Bayview Hotel, opting for a deluxe king bed sea view room. Here's a detailed review of our experience: Service: Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who efficiently checked us in and provided all necessary information. They informed us about the complimentary tea break from 5 - 7 pm and highlighted the various facilities available at the hotel. The service throughout our stay was attentive and courteous. Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout our visit. Our room was well-kept, and the common areas were tidy and hygienic. Location: Bayview Hotel's location in Kuah is more towards the local side in Langkawi. It's close to several attractions including Splash Out Langkawi, Maha Tower, and the iconic Eagle Square. Additionally, the Kuah night market is nearby, although it's advisable to check the opening days and timings beforehand. Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhanced our stay. The swimming pool area, complete with a jacuzzi, was a delightful spot to relax and unwind. As a gym goer myself, I was a little disappointed as the gym machines were limited, unable to do a wide range of exercises, but it provided the basic equipment needed for a workout session. Overall Impression: Our experience at Bayview Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and decent amenities made our stay memorable. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Langkawi.

We went to stay at Dayang Bay for 7D6N but were given a room with faulty air conditioning. Need to call the technician twice but even after they do something, it's still not cold. Keep off and on the plug most times to let the room cool. Tiring. They should do something to the air con. The scenery was nice but at night there were always big insects on the balcony. Once there was fumigation and later there were no insects seen. Breakfast was good though.

Stayed at Ombak Villa Langkawi for two nights and absolutely loved it. Very clean and well maintained place with friendly staff. Our days started with a great buffet breakfast with lots of items to choose from. Location is not near food and amenities but we could get Grab service easily.

Fantastic Hotel! We had an amazing stay at Aloft! The staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in rooms 503, 517, and 520. Although room 517 had an air conditioning issue and wasn't cold enough, the hotel promptly moved us to room 521 and gave a complimentary fruit basket and some delicacies. We hope the hotel can make the air conditioning a bit colder for future guests. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic! The pool, food, and table games were all great. The location is also perfect—situated in a quieter area, which fits our criteria perfectly. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks, Aloft!

I came here with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and made good memories with my family. In particular, the view outside the open living room was beautiful. The air conditioner and water heater worked well, and there were necessary kitchen utensils, so I was able to cook simple meals. I'll go again next time ^^
