Late check in but staff still give warm greating and welcoming. Offer to take picture and play with my kid. Unfortunately when i want to check in reception ask me either i still want to check in or cancel it because hotel got issue with hot water. That sound like really crazy because we arrived already late and like really difficult to find another hotel. Should be call me earlier or email me.

Mountain view room and just enjoy staying for my last night before back to reality, thank you for the best service ever from the front office staff, room service staff, till kitchen and restaurant staff also very good and welcoming us.

Please upgrade the room lighting, water heater, satellite for television, pillow and aircond. Thank you. The price of the room is not worth staying with such issues.

Upon checking in, I was told no water heater until further notice. It was hard for us to shower with cold water. Further read through all reviews, this was not new but happened since 2023. The hotel management need to do wake up to resolve the issue.
