"Initially we planned to put up a night here on a CNY trip. Yesterday we extended another night. This hotel is situated at the city centre & the location is strategic. You can find food easily as there are many eateries around. Furthermore, the Aman Central Mall which is Alor Setar's biggest mall, is just a stone throw away. Shopping & hunting for food is rather convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot. However, if thete isn't any space to park , you can park at another nearby hotel where there is a charging station available with a very low charge. Overall, the hotel is pretty clean & the bed is comfortable. The only thing lacking is the hairdryer. The service is quite efficient & the security guard is so kind to find us a parking space as we arrived rather late last night."

"Not really good experience this time. Had to change rooms multiple times due to AC issues. 1st room ac problem its really hot and stuffy, changed rooms multiple times at 1am second room were slightly better and we all deadly tired n the next morning was raya. Raya day 1 also we then have to again change rooms as during the day we cant feel the ac my toddler wasnt able to get her night sleep due to sweat as its hot."

"Traveling from Penang to Langkawi, I stayed at this hotel during a layover in Kedah. The bathroom was in poor condition; the underside of the toilet seat had black grime in the crevices. The hotel's facilities are poorly maintained. The water heater broke while I was showering at night, so I had to make do with a cold shower. The front desk did offer to switch rooms, but it was too late, and I was too tired to bother. The room only had a thin blanket, about the same thickness as a bath towel, and no disposable slippers. Furthermore, the soundproofing in the room was terrible; I could clearly hear the sound of an electrical outlet from the neighboring room. There are plenty of food options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Sukiya, FamilyMart, and ZUS COFFEE, which is convenient for dining, but none of them accept WeChat Pay or Alipay. I would advise avoiding this place."

"The location really nice and near to all the main visited point. The staff is helpful and nice. The room is small but it is good. I found 2 single room but come with different, the corner one is bigger and have washing area but middle room is smaller and do not have it."

"This hotel was surprisingly nice and looks brand new! I really loved that the room had three mirrors (super convenient 😆) and everything felt clean and new. The shower was huge too, which made the stay even more comfortable. And the location near to ABC/ Sheik Yasmeen For me, it was definitely worth the price. The only small downside is that I wish there was a little more space in the room for us to pray comfortably. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely repeat this hotel again! ✨"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future."

"Very hard to get a clean hotel in alor star, this is one of clean hotel in town. im very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. there is alot food downstair included the famous cafe. Just that it not suitable for those who are light sleeper. the soundproof abit terrible. And the water heater abit slow to get hot water. others was fine."

"Nice hotel near Pekan Rabu. Has breakfast buffet, but quite basic. There is a big and comfortable lobby, with welcoming coffee and some biscuits. There’s also a Alor Setar foodcourt right behind the hotel for more breakfast options, if you didnt opt for the hotel breaskfast. Room is dated, of average size with no balcony, twin room is bigger than double room. We didnt have a proper wardrobe in our room, only an open space next to the TV, to hang our clothes. The bed is ok, not too soft, pillows are quite comfortable; while the towels are not very thick/plush. A good choice if you wish to walk around to explore Alor Setar town. We walked all the way to the Masjid/Dataran Alor Setar in the morning when it wasnt too hot. Bathroom is quite dated, there was an issue with the drainage when we were there."

"Its a good stay but i do notice some small roaches roaming...its good if the hotel can do pest control. Other than this its very good budget stay if you just crashing for the night..head back to KL the next day."

"Has a great day at Frazer heritage hotel.Room was clean and comfy., staff were friendly and breakfast was nice . The only thing was the breakfast option were a bit limited. Overall would definitely stay again 😊"
