SSharmienI will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

SSYAH81I had a pleasant experience staying at The Leverage Business Hotel Mergong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is excellent—easily accessible and close to eateries, convenience stores, and main roads, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

NNOR HAZWANI BINTI AZMANWe had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪

Dan terima kasih bersihkan katil disebabkan anak buah sy terkencing. Mungkin dia ngigau masa dlm bus dia tak tahan nak terkencing dan ibu sy suruh kencing dalam botol, ketawa tak berhenti dan hilang rasa nak terkencing.

GGuest UserThe hotel was okay, but the toilet flushed very poorly. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bedding didn't seem fresh, so we asked for the sheets and pillowcases to be changed, and they did it. There's a pool at the hotel, but it was full of kids (maybe a sports group), all wearing swim caps. We decided not to swim with them.

GGuest UserIt was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
