小小李飞蕉I chose this hotel because the rooms are quite spacious and there's ample parking. The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

NNOR HAZWANI BINTI AZMANWe had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

PPengukir SenjaAn unforgettable 4 days and 3 nights holiday in my beloved hometown, Alor Setar. Staying at G Residence Suites was an excellent experience — comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly located. What made the trip even more special was the wide variety of food available, all delicious and surprisingly affordable. Most of all, I truly missed the authentic taste of home, especially Gulai Ikan Temenung — rich in flavour, comforting, and simply very sedap. Nothing compares to the food from home, and this trip reminded me how much I cherish my hometown.😍😍😍😍

AAQIELAH NAURAHI had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Checking in was very easy and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth from the start. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure everything went well during my stay. Overall, it was a cozy and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

BUT maintenance & facilities could be definitely brushed up more.
Tv reception & wifi connection could be better. Yet tv just 3 local channels & wifi very poor connection.
I would stay there again if there will be improvements.

JJuan Luis CintasBig room for the price, and inside the hotel there are some sports facilities somehow, apart from the swimming pool.
The facilities are old but in an acceptable condition, however the cleanliness can be improved as there were some hairs from the previous guest, both in the bathroom and outside.
Also there aren't many places for food nearby, aside from a mall that you have to cross the road to get to but there are no pedestrian crosses just as many other places in Malaysia so you need to risk your life to get there.
It's okay I'd say, neither great nor terrible. The staff in reception seems okay too.

GGuest UserIt was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

KKeodihetseng PortiaThe owner is really accommodating and kind. I overstayed by two hours and he only charged me 20RM. He was helpful with finding places around. The hotel is okay for the price, nothing fancy. It does have an air con, tv, towels and body soap. I’d suggest you bring your own toilet paper and toiletries. Good for overnight stay. The WiFi is excellent. There’s a big mall nearby, you can walk or take a Grab. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
