GGuest UserA room with 2 single beds at a price that is not worth it. In the room there are no facilities for making drinks and ironing. The room is not that big. Need to climb a rather steep staircase to get to the room. Not suitable for the elderly. Had to park far from the hotel because that night there was a group at the cafe next door. Check in/out is quite fast.

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

SSehaThe room is clean but small for twin bed. Very little space to solat. Not suitable for elderly because no lift provided. Steep stairs and need to be careful if traveling with kids.

AAinulWe stay 1 night for family room. Near exit toll Alor setar Selatan. The hotel just nice, the room also good. The hotel just got 3rd Floor, we stay at the 2nd floor this hotel don't have a lift. Maybe not friendly for wheelchair.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
