1- Room key sometimes doesnt work, have to call receptionist to get security try open the room for us. One time, we need to wait almost 30min for someone to come to open the room. The room door key detector seems old also. The room was huge and bed is comfortable.
2- The coffee machine says coffee available but it only contains milk. Instead they can provide us with instant coffee packet if that doesn’t work.
3- Receiptionist & security are friendly and helpful.
4- Swimming pools facilities was okay, I think they need to improve on the cleanliness and improve relax area there because some are broken. Improve the swimming pool slider as well as the stairs are broken, not all broken but still not secure enough as we have kids there, i have been to their swimming pool last few years and it has not improve ever since.
