"Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey."

"First off, I have to voice my disappointment with the inconsistent service quality of the hotel's front desk staff. While some were enthusiastic and professional, a small number were arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. They handled my room extension request clumsily and with a poor attitude, didn't even offer a receipt unless prompted, and their English proficiency was generally poor. When I asked for help booking a restaurant, I was met with impatience and a clear desire to dismiss me. Overall, the hotel didn't make me feel welcome, which was quite off-putting. Also, a heads-up to fellow travelers: booking directly with the hotel is more expensive than through online platforms! The hotel's location is within walking distance of Umeda Station, making it very convenient for shopping. The interior design is a rather standard beige business style. As a hotel newly opened in 2024, it offered no surprises. The room amenities and breakfast maintained a consistent standard. What truly deserves praise is the high quality of the bedding and bathroom facilities; I slept very well. The lobby and breakfast restaurant are on the ground floor, and the surrounding tall buildings block the views, which makes the space feel a bit oppressive."

"The location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available."

"A family of three, we booked two rooms at Hotel Nikko. The hotel was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient. I really appreciate that Japanese hotels often have single rooms and air purifiers. The soundproofing in the room was also very good, making it quiet. I loved it."

"This hotel was a great stay! It felt like it was in a residential area, not crowded at all, and very pleasant. The transportation was incredibly convenient too; the hotel is directly connected to Sakai Station on the Nankai Line, so you're right at the hotel entrance as soon as you exit the station. It's a direct 10-minute ride to Namba and about 30 minutes straight to the airport. Downstairs, there are all sorts of shops and even a shopping mall. Behind the hotel is Sakai Port, which is perfect for a stroll. The hotel's buffet was also quite good. I'll definitely be staying here again next time."

"Last June, I stayed in a corner room, and this time, the Premier Deluxe room. It's just as good, if not better, than the corner room, and the value for money is outstanding. The hotel is very new, and the room size is also perfectly fine. The Swissôtel Nankai next door might be more convenient, but it's older. This hotel, overall, is definitely the number one choice in Namba for dining, shopping, and incredibly convenient access to the airport."

"First night after flying into Osaka and the night before flying out of Osaka: both stays were here! It's just one stop from Kansai Airport, in Rinku Town, the very first building to the right of Exit 5 – absolutely fantastic! 👍 Self-check-in is available, with simplified Chinese as an option. The accommodation tax is paid separately; I usually pay the 200 yen in cash. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the elevator lobby, perfect for someone like me who loves buying water and yogurt! The window can open a small crack, and there's also fresh air ventilation, so comfortable 😌. The layout is logical, and it has everything you need! Highly recommended!!!"
