"Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey."

"Patina Osaka faces Osaka Castle directly. It's not in the loudest commercial area, yet it maintains a perfect distance from the city's core. The hotel's design perfectly blends Japanese aesthetics with luxury. Check-in is completed in a dedicated seating area. My main complaint, however, is the breakfast; the selection is truly meager and doesn't match the room rate. I have a habit of collecting room key cards, and this hotel's card is quite special. When I asked a male staff member if I could keep it, I was told no. I worried there might be a miscommunication due to my English, so the next day I specifically asked a local friend to inquire in Japanese, and he was also told it wasn't allowed. When checking out, I, still hopeful, asked a female staff member at the front desk, who appeared to be from Southeast Asia. She gave me a satisfying answer and was very enthusiastic. This little detail isn't a complaint, just a share. Perhaps the young man was an intern and wasn't fully aware. Ultimately, a pleasant outcome is all that matters."

"The location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available."

"I was very grateful for the introduction on the 28th-floor corridor upon check-in. The whole process was excellent, from the introduction of upcoming activities to the excellent service on the 28th-floor corridor, including the serving of drinks and refreshments. They also thoughtfully prepared a cake and a handwritten thank-you note for my birthday in the room, which I really appreciated. Furthermore, due to my mother's illness, she might not be able to travel, and their follow-up email response was excellent. However, due to an urgent need to leave for Hong Kong that evening, the receptionist at the door didn't assist with loading my luggage into the car; I had to ask at the door myself, and my own driver came out to help. This was a point deduction. Given the Four Seasons Hotel's reputation, I feel that their service could be improved in these minor areas."

"The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious."

"Hotel Nikko is in a fantastic location! You can get to the lobby on the second floor right from the subway exit. Shinsaibashi is just across the street, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and shopping. The hotel's price isn't too high, and the facilities inside are very clean. The bedding is top-notch, absolutely superb 👍🏻. It's definitely the first choice for families with kids."

The staff are friendly and attentive, the environment is clean and cozy, and tableware is promptly replaced. The dessert and fruit section is a delightful highlight, with top-notch flavors! Great value for money, perfect for family gatherings or friends’ meetups. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Huge thanks to the hotel for the room upgrade to a high floor! The view was absolutely amazing, both day and night, and we could even see Tsutenkaku Tower. We stayed for 5 days, and the room was spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job daily, even tidying up our charging cables and organizing our clothes. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the location is fantastic. It's right next to Namba Parks, making dining and shopping super convenient. Plus, it's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market, which made getting around and exploring hassle-free."

"My friend recommended this hotel for several reasons: 1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person. 2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit. 3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel. 4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service). 5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing. 6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating. 7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day. 8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient. 9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout. 10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks. The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right above Takashimaya, and within walking distance of several other shopping districts – I was really pleased with that. Breakfast is served on the top floor and offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the setting is beautiful. The room was clean and tidy."
