Amazing
GGuest UserStayed at the triple bed room. Late check in around 11pm. However it was all smooth and okay. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed and pillow. Location is superb, just 3 mins walk to USJ entrance. They have the pyjamas for adults and kids. All amenities are provided. Free water is available at the same floor at the water station. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

CChenting228The hotel is accessible by subway, but you'll need to transfer if you're coming from the airport. They offer complimentary drinks starting in the afternoon, and free ramen at 9 PM. There's a hot spring bath in the building across the street, and a free massage chair on the first floor, though it's often occupied. A large supermarket is just a right turn from the exit. The room size is typical for Japan.

Great
AAiYOweiAn excellent hotel with a convenient location. The twin room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Guests are asked to place trash and used towels outside their door daily for collection. Every morning, the hotel provides Yakult. In the evenings, after enjoying the hot spring, guests can relax in massage chairs and read manga, along with complimentary ice cream. After 9:30 PM, you can head to the first floor for a bowl of soy sauce ramen and free coffee and cola. I enjoyed the hotel's hot spring daily, and even the showers in the room were clean. As our final hotel in Osaka, the room was adequately spacious; even after all our shopping, there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

GGuest UserConvenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24.
This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

GGuest UserThis is a Japanese hotel chain; I had a good experience staying at one in Tokyo before! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Namba Station and also a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. It's easily accessible from Kansai Airport by subway in about 40 minutes, and Universal Studios is 50 minutes away by subway. The surrounding area offers great convenience for dining and shopping. There's a FamilyMart across the street and a 7-Eleven next door. Daimaru department store, Ichiran Ramen, and Don Quijote are all within walking distance. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, making it a great choice for shopping and transfers. The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. Although the breakfast is simple, it's well-prepared. The hot spring bath is very small, probably full with just four people. Self-service laundry is 200 yen, and drying is free. The room is very compact; once you open your suitcase, it's hard to open the bathroom door. On the ground floor, there's a lobby where you can choose pillows of different firmness and heights.
GGuest UserWe stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. After the bath, they provided ice cream and yogurt, and after 9:30 PM, they also provided complimentary Japanese ramen, which was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Next time I visit Namba, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very Good
SSollee- Spa was good, breakfast was good.
- Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around.
- Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby.
- After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience.
GGuest UserLocation well located near Namba and nankai express.
Lot of food and shopping available.
The hot spring at the 10 floor is fabulous, of course if they can allow for full day usage of the hot spring facilities would be a plus.

Very Good
KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
