Amazing
AAntinuoyaThe hotel is conveniently located right outside Sakurajima Station. The environment is nice, and the two main highlights are the hot springs and the breakfast. I soaked in the hot springs for four days straight, it was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast quality is excellent. We were traveling with my elderly mother, so we bought breakfast for her. She could sleep in, then enjoy a good meal before heading out to explore, which really helped her stay energized! Walking to Universal Studios isn't too far either, about a 15-minute walk, which is perfectly acceptable.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Great
GGuest UserConvenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24.
This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

CChaiteaA good hotel with great sunrise view😍
The hotel is located at high floors, so the view is not blocked at all.
In terms of room cleanliness, the bedsheet is clean and we do not find dust everywhere.
I joined the morning breakfast buffet at ¥2000 only.
The breakfast was yummy(especially the salad), but I would say they could provide more food choices.
Generally it was a nice and economical stay. The hotel is also located next to Bentencho Station, which is very convenient to take the JR.
Highly recommended 💓 thank you for the good hospitality!!
Llisafong720## Pros:
Conveniently located near Osaka Metro's Kitahama Station🚇, just two stops from the Umeda shopping district, and not far from Shinsaibashi. While there aren't many restaurants directly around the hotel, it's primarily surrounded by office buildings and financial institutions, adjacent to the Osaka Stock Exchange.
## Cons:
Some staff members were very professional, such as a young gentleman who spoke Chinese. However, some staff had an indifferent attitude, like a middle-aged woman in the restaurant. A few individual employees displayed poor service, lacked a service-oriented mindset, and provided a very unsatisfactory experience – for instance, a young, slender Japanese female employee with her hair in a bun. I hope not to be served by her again.
## Facilities:
① The windows can be opened to a certain degree, which is very useful for regularly ventilating the room and preventing a musty smell. ② The room is small, but the layout is cleverly designed and generally quite functional. However, the shower area is too cramped, making it difficult to turn around, which negatively impacts the user experience.
## Suggestions:
It would be great if the breakfast variety could be rotated every 1-2 days, and if the entry cutoff time could be adjusted to 09:30.

MmendongmeiDormy Inn is always a top choice for us when we travel to Japan. Practically every time we visit, we first check the location and prices of Dormy Inn hotels. We've stayed at this specific hotel and its chain many times. The hotel offers smoking rooms, microwaves, ice machines, a laundry room, and natural hot springs. On the first floor, there's a beverage bar where you can help yourself to coffee, matcha, and chocolate drinks. Toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are also readily available. You can pack light when traveling here; the hotel truly takes care of guests' needs very well. The complimentary soy sauce ramen served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM is also quite tasty; they don't skimp on quality just because it's free, it's consistently good. We'll definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on our future trips to Japan.

BBrian Chan 123The Onyado Nono Osaka Yodoyabashi Hot Spring Hotel was definitely the best value for money on our Osaka trip! It's tucked away in a super convenient location between Shinsaibashi and Namba. The subway station is literally a 1-minute walk from the hotel entrance, making it incredibly fast to get anywhere – a dream for anyone relying on public transport!
Our room wasn't huge, but it was clean, tidy, and warmly designed. There was enough space for our luggage, and it was perfectly fine for two people; we slept super comfortably. And now for the highlight – the onsen (bathhouse) was absolutely fantastic! It's a large public bath with perfectly regulated water temperature. After soaking, I felt completely re-energized, all fatigue just melted away. I highly recommend going multiple times!
The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich in choices, with Japanese, Western, freshly made sushi, desserts, and fruits – everything you could wish for. We ate until we were stuffed! The biggest surprise was the free-flow drinks during afternoon tea (beer, plum wine, whiskey, soft drinks – grab as much as you like!), and then free-flow ramen for supper in the evening! If you get hungry late at night, just head downstairs for a hot bowl of ramen. It was an explosion of happiness, truly a little bit of joy during our trip.
All in all, the facilities, service, location, and perks were all top-notch. I'd give it a 9.2/10 without hesitation! If you're on a budget in Osaka or love bathhouses, book this place with your eyes closed. We'll definitely be back!

CChamimiWhen we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.

IiiilikecccExcellent value for money with a prime location in Namba. It's incredibly convenient for accessing the airport, Kyoto, and Nara, and Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are just a short walk away. The bathroom is traditional and features a natural hot spring bath. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, making communication very easy.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
