Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba

Fantastic 9-night stay! Perfect location, super clean, and amazing amenities. I stayed here for 9 nights (August 20–29) and had a flawless experience. 5 stars all around! Location: Absolutely bombastic! It is incredibly close to Dotonbori and right next to Nippombashi Station, making dining, shopping, and traveling around Osaka extremely convenient. Room & Cleanliness: The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room comes well-equipped with high-quality shampoo and a good hair dryer. Amazing Amenities: I loved the amenity bar where you can pick up extra coffee, green tea, shaving kits, and even skincare products. On the 2nd floor, there is a super convenient ice machine and 3 washing machines (600 yen per load), which was perfect for a longer stay. Service: The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and will definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The single bed siize is good and comfortable . The location was convenient, and the staff were helpful and fast respond . Laundry room is clean. We would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

the room was really clean & aircon was good (able to adjust and actually works when u adjust - not central aircon), housekeeping was done everyday (as long as u place the housekeeping sign on the door) and was up to standards! room was super cosy and even had windows where u could look at the outside! provided many hangers as well (at least 5) and many types of towels! first floor also had many amenities (toothbrush, toothpick, extra towels, shaver etc.) which u could take for free and there was also a vending machine where u could buy drinks / ice cream. there is also a weighing machine for ur luggage if u need! staff were all really friendly and helpful, can help to store luggage before / after check-in and they were all really patient with every request / inquiries i had

Wakayama Urban Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from JR Wakayama Station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for luggage, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast also had a nice variety of Japanese and Western options. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who want good value, convenience, and a comfortable stay rather than a luxury experience. The hotel feels a little older in some areas, but the cleanliness, location, and service make up for it. ⭐️ 8/10

Size is cramp as per Japan norm but looks newly renovated. Second time staying.

The location is fantastic! Easy to find and easy to get around. Just a minute walk to the subway Nippombashi Station

Awesome location. Room was tight for space but has what we need to stay the night. Plus point for airport shuttle nearby too
