Apartment hotel, private rooms are not capsule rooms, and the rooms are not very soundproof. The public area facilities are relatively complete and the service is also good. It's close to Shin-imamiya station, so it's convenient for sightseeing at Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. The toilets are shared, but they are on each floor and are pretty clean so it doesn't bother me.

Well, for this price, only I can say good things. Clean, comfortable bed, noisy (the train, and the guests, people making noise till 1 am) the women's bathroom was on the reception, quite incovenient, but it was great.
Just besides the metro and the JR, 35 min direct to the airport.
Great value for the money.
