"Absolutely amazing! It's very quiet and the hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred meters from Osaka Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The complimentary toiletries provided are excellent, and there's free afternoon drinks and coffee on the third floor. On the fourth floor, you can enjoy a free bath in the evening. The room has a fridge, and it's super affordable! Anyway, highly recommended! It's also kid-friendly; you can borrow picture books for free, and the slippers are adorable! 🥰 The service is excellent too, with both Chinese and English-speaking staff available!"

"Almost in Dotonbori itself. Located away from the crowded area, yet just around the corner from the bright store fronts and streets filled with shoppers and night life crowd. Conveniently close to food, shopping and about 10 mins walk to the train stations. Lively area at night, quiet in the mornings. Hotel was basic, service from the front desk felt transactional and lacked hospitality."

"I specifically chose this hotel for the ARASHI concert in Osaka. The location is truly excellent. Osaka OCAT is right below the hotel, offering buses to Osaka's two major airports, Tottori, Tokushima, Takamatsu, and more. It's about a 50-minute ride to Kansai Airport. The hotel's basement has JR, Osaka Metro, and Hanshin lines. It's a 10-minute walk to Namba Takashimaya Department Store and the surrounding shopping streets, and a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi Daimaru Department Store. There are many restaurants in the hotel's underground mall, and a supermarket on the first floor of the adjacent building where you can shop and get tax refunds. The hotel lobby and restaurant have a Western classical decor, and there's even a small chapel. I saw a wedding taking place there on the day I checked in. However, the room decor is a bit old and simple; the single room size isn't small for a Japanese hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor, and guest rooms are from the 24th to 31st floors. Each floor entrance requires a room card to access the corridor, which is a good security feature. My room was on the 29th floor, with an average view – facing another guest room. On a side note, the sheer curtains in the room are very transparent. If you have the lights on at night with only the sheer curtains drawn, people in the opposite rooms can see inside, as I unintentionally experienced myself 😅. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety and excellent quality, including Japanese and Western dishes, desserts, ice cream, and fruits, even watermelon and cherries. The breakfast restaurant on the 23rd floor has an excellent view; the last two photos are taken from there. My only dissatisfaction during this stay was the hotel's service. Most guests at the hotel were Caucasian, with some Koreans and people from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. It was noticeable how enthusiastic the hotel staff were towards Caucasian guests, and how indifferent they were towards Chinese guests. I wouldn't call it discrimination, but more of a perfunctory, by-the-book service. On the first day at breakfast, after scanning my room card, I was told my booking didn't include breakfast. I informed the staff that my reservation did include it; after a phone confirmation with the front desk, it was indeed included. To my surprise, the same issue occurred again on the second day. I'm unsure if the breakfast information wasn't entered into the system during check-in or what caused this recurring problem. Why wasn't the dining information updated after the first day's incident? Crucially, throughout both interactions, I didn't sense any apology from the hotel staff. However, the housekeeping staff were quite enthusiastic; they would actively greet me in the hallway and step aside to let me pass first."

"This hotel in Osaka was a delightful surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. It's super convenient for buying Sanrio items, cosmetics, and grabbing some onigiri. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there were plenty of amenities. The staff were friendly and communicative, even offering helpful tips for exploring the area. At night, the street was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. Free luggage storage is a huge plus for travelers. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting, offering incredible value for money!"

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

"We booked a quad room for our family of four, and everyone got a great night's sleep. Shopping at department stores and drugstores was incredibly convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The picture shows our first meal, which we randomly picked on the 8th floor right below the hotel – it was delicious! The public transport nearby can take you to any attraction you want to visit. Both check-in and check-out were self-service and easy to use. Things to note: 1. Remember to ask the front desk for skincare products. 2. There's a microwave in the corner of the lobby for heating food. 3. For extra trash to be collected, you need to stick a yellow sticker (found behind the door) on the garbage bag. 4. There's no water in the room, but you can get drinking water in the lobby, or buy it daily from FamilyMart downstairs. Oh, and the direct airport bus service is really a big plus! I'm not a travel expert, but following a guide made everything straightforward. I saw mixed reviews for this hotel, but I still wanted to share my genuine experience for others' reference. It's a hotel that can really save you travel time, and I'd definitely choose it again next time I'm in Osaka."

"I've stayed at this hotel for three years in a row, previously booking through an 'A' app. This time, I booked via Ctrip. The location isn't in a bustling commercial district. After arriving at the airport, head to the second floor for the subway station and take the Nankai Rapid Express (don't take the fancy 'Haruka' train; if you accidentally sit in a reserved seat without a ticket, you'll be fined!) to Tengachaya. From Tengachaya, transfer to the Sakaisuji Line to Kitahama. Exit from Exit 3, and the hotel is right across the street. Facilities: The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I recommend getting a twin room; it's a bit larger and more comfortable, don't skimp out! 😉 Housekeeping: It's clean. For room cleaning or towel changes, you need to decide, then stick a card on the door. To get to Umeda, exit the hotel, turn left 👈🏻 and walk straight for about 10 minutes (I walk slowly) to Yodoyabashi Station, which is one stop away. To get to Shinsaibashi, exit the hotel, turn right 👉🏻, cross the road, and turn left 👈🏻. It's very convenient to catch a train from Kitahama. There are many restaurants nearby. Torikizoku (yakitori/grilled skewers), and Shichirin Yakiniku (Wagyu BBQ) – if you have a group, go for the all-you-can-eat, if not, order à la carte. You can always add more later. The meat is rich and can get a bit greasy. There are convenience stores all along the street, which is handy. If all else fails, exit the hotel, turn right, cross the street, and turn right again 👉🏻. There's a shopping mall with a large supermarket downstairs. They have everything, but they don't accept WeChat Pay or Alipay. Remember to bring cash or cards. It's best to bring your own reusable bags when shopping in Japan; it's not about the money, but everything just gets thrown away in the end, haha! 😃 The hotel has a washing machine on the second floor for 400 JPY, and a dryer for 100 JPY. Ice is free and self-serve. There's a free coffee machine on the first floor, and complimentary toiletries, tea, and daily necessities are plentiful by the elevators."

"Used the room for 4 nights, the stuff was polite , they informed about changing towels every day but they will clean it up only once during our stay. Room condition is good, toilets and towels very clean. One minus of our room was that it was noisy because of highway. Overall perfect for price. Zoo is located right backside of the hotel. The zoo is definitely must visit place in Osaka!"
