Llittle crabHave had a great time on 20-21/12. The staff is very nice, willing to talk with you and with smile. Especially the girl in carpark ran to me and help my luggage when I arrived.
Nanami san is also a very nice girl!

YYuexin IrisBefore my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic.
The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient.
Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese.
The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!

XXiemimiThe hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is great! The facilities are all new and the rooms are spacious enough, even for the basic room type. The minibar is generously stocked for the first round, and mineral water is replenished regularly. They even provide skincare products and face masks, which is a thoughtful touch. It's a very modern and comfortable hotel.
The location is unbeatable. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to Platform 21 for the Haruka train to Kansai Airport – incredibly efficient.
The surrounding shopping district has everything you could possibly want.
If location is your priority, this hotel is the absolute best choice.
Breakfast was also delicious, living up to its reputation with excellent melon and pastries, and even sushi. It's better to go a bit earlier to avoid queues.
The service was excellent too. From the front desk at check-in to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, everyone was incredibly polite. Truly a first-class service level.
I was initially a bit disappointed about not getting an executive room and missing out on the lounge dining, but for this price, it was still an amazing value.

XXiaxiaoruobaobeiDuring the cherry blossom season, it was very busy. The Western breakfast had a long queue, but the Japanese breakfast had virtually no wait. It's a shame there was no curry (though the Western restaurant had it) – a strange setup! Honestly, everything else was great. It's right next to Shinsaibashi, separated by just one street, so shopping was super convenient. The airport shuttle bus made getting to and from the airport really easy. A special thanks to the baggage staff, especially a girl from Northeast China (I forgot to ask her name), who helped us carry our luggage up and down floors and get a taxi after we checked out. That service was truly exceptional.

JJamieeeeeeeeMy husband and I came to Osaka, Japan, for the third leg of our honeymoon shopping trip! We booked a Fantastic Suite at the W, and the location was superb – very close to Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.
The hotel knew it was our honeymoon and thoughtfully prepared small desserts and a greeting card in our room beforehand. They even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, which was absolutely delightful.
The suite itself was very spacious, boasting 180-degree corner floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning views, whether during the day or at night. The hotel is a striking black building, quite prominent in Osaka, and even the bathrobes were black. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and they also provided us with W's special facial masks.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

33001152460I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

GGigi GweeIt is our first time staying near that area, and we wanted to find a hotel near to Tennoji zoo. it is a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast varieties not not, basically japanese food, but it's tasty and decent, but due to eco friendly policy, they will not come and clean your room everyday except throwing trash and replacing new towel. on the overall, stay was comfortable.

TTravelat10nsTucked away in CBD area so not much around area. There’s a Yoshinoya next door Wyatt a wide menu. And the underground station just a few min walk away near a Holly’s coffee place. There are a few Family Mart convenient stores in close proximity too. Room was cosy and thoughtfully furnished h bed was really comfy!Everything felt quite new too. Staff were friendly and conversant in English.
