Amazing
GGuest UserThis is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are brand new. However, the mini-fridge in the room was incredibly loud, which disturbed my sleep. I had no choice but to ask housekeeping to switch it off. No one came to fix it the next day, so I couldn't use the fridge for two days. On the other hand, the concierge and restaurant staff were impeccable; they always greeted guests with a smile and were ready to help.

YyucongseuExcellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the facilities and service were consistently up to InterContinental standards. The view from the window was great, offering a glimpse of the red Ferris wheel. The location is superb, right next to Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, so dining, drinking, and shopping are all very easy. Plus, breakfast is free for children under six, which is a great value.

DDangdixiangdaosumetzhaoxmThis five-star hotel, with over 30 years of history, is nestled between Hankyu and Umeda. The doorman's service was excellent, truly making guests feel at home. We booked a quad room with two generously sized beds. The bathroom was quite spacious, and compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan this trip, despite the slightly older toilet, it was still very good overall. The hotel service was great, and housekeeping was thorough. There are several restaurants to choose from within the hotel, but just across the street, along the subway line, there's a fantastic food street with many small eateries worth trying.

DDengjiacaiyunThe location is fantastic, right in the Umeda shopping district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Osaka Station is just across the street, so getting anywhere is a breeze. The room comes with a free mini-bar, and the toiletries are super comprehensive, including facial cleanser, skincare products, and even face masks – and they provide enough for three people! The bed is huge and really comfortable, and the room itself is clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet completely exceeded my expectations; it's hands down the best breakfast I've had at any Japanese hotel I've stayed at in Osaka so far.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms for this trip: a standard double and a VIP quad room. The VIP room truly deserves praise – although it's a quad room, it could easily fit six people and still feel incredibly spacious. We just had to book two rooms due to Japan's strict occupancy rules. On top of that, the cleanliness and service were top-notch, and the toiletries were all from well-known brands with generous quantities. If I ever visit Shinsaibashi again, I'd absolutely recommend this place! The only downside is that the lobby can get quite busy, so be prepared to queue.
XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

ZZHGKI originally booked a W Suite and arrived at 12 PM hoping to secure a high-floor room, but was only given the 8th floor. So, I paid more to upgrade to a Marvelous Suite. Honestly, the hardware facilities are excellent, but! If you want to experience differential treatment, this W is the place to be. First, someone else's laundry was mistakenly delivered to our suite. When I told the front desk, they were dismissive, merely saying someone would come to collect it, without even an apology. Later, while we were out, they left two boxes of Pocky biscuits... truly perfunctory. Then, we went to the Living Room on the third floor for drinks, and the server was practically bowing to Caucasian guests, while being very dismissive towards us. Around 10 PM, I called their 24/7 Whatever/Whenever service for an extra duvet, and they told me they had none left. The next day, I ordered room service through the Bonvoy app, and since I couldn't find the order on the web version, I called again to confirm. They said they'd call me back after checking with room service, but the meal arrived and I never got a call back. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all. Also, the suite's minibar is entirely chargeable, and there are no additional services. It really felt like I paid a hefty price just to rent the room itself. I can't really praise the service from a five-star Marriott-branded hotel. This review is a heads-up for anyone considering booking this hotel. Though I doubt W Osaka will care about my review; they're always fully booked and don't lack customers. Oh, and the front desk concierge who spoke Chinese were all from Taiwan.

GGigi GweeIt is our first time staying near that area, and we wanted to find a hotel near to Tennoji zoo. it is a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast varieties not not, basically japanese food, but it's tasty and decent, but due to eco friendly policy, they will not come and clean your room everyday except throwing trash and replacing new towel. on the overall, stay was comfortable.

MMiqixiaofantuanComing from Tokyo, I thought I had the Shinkansen system down, but Osaka Station definitely taught me a lesson! I got lost as soon as I exited the subway, and we only found the hotel because my husband could read the map. I'd highly recommend taking a taxi if it's your first time in Umeda and heading to this hotel!
However, once we got our bearings, we realized the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Osaka Station is just 200 meters across the street! Hankyu Station and Umeda Station are also nearby. Within 500 meters, you'll find the Umeda shopping district: Hankyu Department Store, LUCUA, LUCUA 1100, Daimaru Department Store, Yodobashi Camera, and Hankyu Sanbangai are all in the vicinity – a shopper's paradise! The best part is the time-saving aspect; if you buy too much to carry, you can just drop it off at the hotel and head out again – plenty of time, haha.
Most importantly, it's also quite close to Universal Studios Japan. A 17-minute subway ride from Osaka Station makes it incredibly convenient.
**Service:** While I didn't find any staff who spoke Chinese, they were very friendly towards Chinese guests. My basic English was sufficient. You'll need to pay the deposit with cash or a Visa card.
**Accommodation:** Since the price is a bit higher than the Shinsaibashi area, the rooms are also larger. This is the biggest hotel room I've stayed in Japan, and the accommodation was excellent and very clean. The only downside was that the hairdryer had very weak airflow and was loud, making it a struggle to dry my hair.

SSRjuneI arrived at 10:30. It was sunny so everything looked really nice! The staff is so kind and gave me the room right away so was even more impressed. The hallway is lined with carpet, but doesn’t smell stuffy. The room is spacious and well design. I love that they have a little lounge area by the bed. The room doesn’t have a bathtub, but I find it really nice because lately I have been very skeptical and a little bit scared to use Hotel’s bathtub so I think taking it out is good. The room even have steam iron. The glass that is provided in the room is good quality very thin. They have an espresso machine in the room as well, which is a nice touch. The location is a little bit off, but not that bad.
