Neat hotel, very well arranged, super clean. Nice lounge and even cute little outdoor sitting area. Warm hospitality. Convenient location close to bus, metro and train stations, plenty of restaurants around. Recommend!

Rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed, amenities are out of this world. Some people have mentioned that it may not be the best fit if you are traveling with a family since both the shower and the toilet have windows, but for a young couple that was a great experience. The whole place has a very nice smell and you can sense it even from the street connected to the main entrance.
One thing that threw us off a little when checking-in was the request from the staff to give them our credit card that we used when booking so that they can charge us in case we break something. Yes, once I informed the staff that I do not have it on me, they said "Okay" and the issue went away completely, but it did leave a bad aftertaste and I ended up feeling uneasy during the whole stay.

Highly recommended if staying in Osaka. The staff are brilliant and friendly and the location is a short walk from Osaka station which provides great connectivity.

Me & my daughter had a wow factor when we first arrived at the hotel. It is like a little green sanctuary in the midst of a buzzing city Center. The price is so reasonable! We will definitely be coming back ! Love ～😘

No one was there to greet us upon arrival at the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage in ourselves. It was pouring rain, and to make matters worse, both of our umbrellas were taken. We were really annoyed. Luckily, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was to my liking.

My favorite hotel during this trip to Japan.
The service was outstanding, and the staff were always kind, professional, and able to communicate well in English. They were incredibly helpful whenever I needed assistance.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I was impressed by how well the smoking area was separated from the rest of the property. There was no smoke smell at all.
A beautiful, modern hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it

Excellent! The room is bigger than 95% of hotel rooms in Japan. It's close to both the subway and JR, making it very convenient to get to Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and Namba. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby.
