I booked this hotel cause it was near the embassy, however, it's quite old and the carpet on the floor, the telephones, etc haven't been changed in ages plus the carpet had big black stains. Moreover, the bathtub is TOO SMALL for someone who is just 1.70. Standard room is designed for a short person (room was like 2.5 mts height) bathtubs even more. I upgraded and paid extra for a junior suite, bathtub was same size just the room bigger with lot of stains. It was comfortablethough, i have to say and the view was nice.. But also they didn't want to give me 2 more packs of coffee for the second day of stay, at the end after asking why, they did.

Great location, only a 2-minute walk from the subway. The room was very clean, and the facilities were excellent as always, maintaining the consistent quality of Crystal. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they found my lost item and proactively helped me mail it back. Five-star rating!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a Line 6 subway station, making it a breeze to get around and explore. Our room was clean and tidy with good natural light, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, we slept really well. The staff were all very warm and attentive, always quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety of options and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and we had a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

My stay here far exceeded expectations, definitely a full five-star review. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around by taxi or exploring the shopping areas. The spacious parking lot out front was a huge plus for those driving. The lobby decor is simple yet elegant, with greenery and soft lighting that instantly helped me unwind after my journey. The air was fresh and free of any odd smells. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and even thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water. The room was meticulously cleaned; the floors, windowsills, and bathroom were spotless, with no dust or hair. The vanity was dry and free of water stains. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the mattress offered just the right amount of firmness for a peaceful, undisturbed night's sleep. All the lights and curtains were smartly controlled, the bathroom water pressure was consistent, and the toiletries were of good quality. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western pastries, hot porridge, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were light. The cleaning staff tidied up daily at set times, and any requests to the front desk were met with a quick response. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both leisure travelers and business trips. I've already recommended it to my colleagues and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area.

This is one of the more nicely appointed hotels I’ve seen at this price point and the attempts by management to bling up the decor doesn’t feel tacky. The toilet is auto flush via sensors, so don’t be surprised to find no flush handle. There was plenty of space for one person in this room, with its loft concept. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet in the morning was solid, even though it was largely repetitive. The only thing I can knock it for is the lack of safe in the room, my complementary breakfast I made at booking wasn’t reflected on their end, and the fact it’s in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, so a distance away from the main tourist areas. However, I wanted a hotel in between Capital Airport and the tourist areas, so I was satisfied.

For our Mid-Autumn Festival staycation with our 7-month-old baby, we chose the jungle-themed family room at the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center. Before check-in, our butler, Ms. Silvia, contacted us in advance to arrange a bed rail and connecting beds, and also pre-booked afternoon tea for us. The room was full of childlike charm, and our baby was incredibly curious and captivated by everything. The hotel's lawn was also perfect for playing. The room was clean and hygienic, with a great view, directly overlooking the Liangma River. The staff were enthusiastic, interacting warmly with our baby, and even left small mooncakes during turn-down service. The breakfast, delicatessen, and Paulaner Bräuhaus all offered good quality food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! The only issue was that there's no direct elevator from the underground parking to the lobby, which was inconvenient when handling luggage.

I stayed at Super 8 for my first three nights in Beijing, and honestly, I could not have asked for a better place to start my trip. Based on the photos and reviews I had seen before arriving, I expected the hotel to be good. It was. The location was ideal, only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station, and I also used shared bikes quite often to get around. When I first checked in, I was given a room where there was quite a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this at reception, and the staff member immediately helped me change to another room. The second room was much better. The room itself could use a few small renovations, especially around the wall above the window, but everything was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. There was a good variety, with different options from one day to another and something for every taste. I had a very good breakfast every morning. But there is one person I would especially like to mention. Employee No. 028 at the reception deserves all my respect and appreciation. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but I will certainly remember her kindness. She was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived, when she arranged my room change immediately after check-in. But she went far beyond what I would normally expect from hotel staff. On my last evening in Beijing, after 9 PM, I suddenly realized that I really wanted to have one proper local culinary experience before leaving the city: Peking duck. I asked her if she knew a good place, and without hesitation, she started looking for options, making phone calls and checking availability. In the end, she managed to make a reservation for me at Peking Chamber, where I had the best Peking duck I ate during my stay in Beijing. She even helped me arrange a Didi ride. And every morning, she greeted me with the same warm smile and kindness. People like her make a real difference. You have an employee you can rely on, and that is something worth appreciating. So, a very special thank you from me to Employee No. 028. I truly hope the management knows how valuable she is. As for my overall experience, Super 8 is definitely a place I would stay at again when I return to Beijing. And there is one final thing I would like to say, especially after spending several days in China for the first time. As Europeans and Westerners, we sometimes get used to thinking that we are at the centre of the world and that we have everything figured out. Then you arrive in China, and that perspective changes quickly. From the services and infrastructure to the smallest details of everyday life and the way people interact with each other, everything feels like another level. There is so much to admire, so much to learn from, and so much that surprised me. My sincere respect for everything you have achieved. I am genuinely grateful that I had the opportunity to visit China and experience all of this for myself. Thank you for making my first days in China such a great experience.

Initially, I booked a quadruple room, but then I switched to a single room because I needed to prepare for an interview. There's a supermarket downstairs, and Chaoyang Park is right next door, which is great for a stroll. Across the bridge, near the school, there are also many print shops and restaurants, making life very convenient. The front desk ladies were also incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. When I forgot my room card, they'd help me get in. When I was worried about oversleeping, they could give me a wake-up call. They could handle any problem I had very well. The environment here is also excellent. The shower rooms are very clean and smell nice. There are washing machines and dryers available, so you don't have to worry about laundry at all. I fully support this all-female hostel!

Excellent service. The hotel attracts a lot of foreign guests, and the restrooms are clean and odorless. It's conveniently located near Sanlitun and close to Metro Line 10. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes and toiletries, so remember to bring your own. There's a vending machine at the front desk where you can purchase these items if needed.

💚💛 I'd always heard Atour was a business hotel, but it wasn't until I stayed at this Atour near Beijing Chaoyang Station with my parents that I realized what a true 'hidden gem' it is! ♥️ From the hardware to the software, Atour's excellence is truly in the details… 🎈At 8:30 PM, just as we arrived at Beijing South Station, I received a message from the hotel saying that a quiet room, convenient for dining, had been prepared for my parents, and they thoughtfully provided congee for them (late-night congee service). 🎈The friendly front desk staff offered us pear juice, and since we were three people in a family room, they also gave us an extra breakfast voucher. 🎈The room was spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a table, and didn't feel crowded at all, even with three large and three small pieces of luggage. 🎈The sweet and delicious 'Atour Tea' – turns out all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary! 🎈I was amazed by the bath products; the shampoo actually gave my hair the fluffy feeling of a high-end brand. 🎈The bath towels were individually packaged, non-disposable, sterilized, and convenient – safe, reliable, and trustworthy! 🎈The bathroom had the much-anticipated retractable clothesline – I loved it! 🎈The bedding, as always, was excellent – the kind that makes you fall asleep instantly. 🎈Breakfast details are in the picture below. 🎈It was my first time having a deluxe version of Beijing-style soy milk and fried dough sticks! 🍳🥗🫕🍜🍴🍉🍇 Throughout our month-long trip, no matter where we stopped or which hotel we stayed at, I always felt that the first hotel we checked into, [Atour Beijing Chaoyang Park Chaoyang Station], was the most heartwarming.
