My stay was very satisfying. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making the entire experience from check-in to check-out very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and very close to Hopson One, so dining and shopping are both convenient. The night view from the north-facing high-floor rooms is beautiful; you can directly see the lights of Guomao (China World Trade Center) at night. The soundproofing is excellent when the windows are closed, keeping the room quiet and comfortable. The bedding is soft, making for a great sleep experience. Overall, I'm very pleased.

There are plenty shops and restaurants around, and the nearest subway station ensures connection to the rest of Beijing. The hotel looks really fancy and luxurious inside, with a cozy lobby including a small store and beautiful queen rooms. The interior of the room is neatly designed and extraordinarily clean. The staff is also very welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations and tips of what activities to so in the city.

Booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a suite 🙊. It was our first time staying in such a big suite as a couple, but honestly, all the mahogany furniture didn't really suit us young people, lol. Plus, because it's winter, the top part of the room was super warm, but the bottom was freezing cold. The bathroom door/vanity door layout is a bit weird – you have to close it to stand inside, otherwise there's no room. For such a large room, it would've been much better to have a door that pulls outwards or just a bigger bathroom area. I still prefer staying in smaller, cozier standard rooms 🙊. Oh, and the hairdryer was terrible! It was so slow and underpowered. Even for short hair, it took 15 minutes to dry – that's a dealbreaker! On the plus side, there's free parking, which was very convenient, and the location is good. It was clean and hygienic, which is great.
