The room was great, and the environment was really good too. Excellent value for money, and the service attitude was fantastic. This is a hidden gem of a hotel! It's very close to Panjiayuan Antique Market, just a 5-minute walk. The laundry room and gym facilities are comprehensive, and everything is super clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
The room was decent, big enough for three suitcases, and had a full-length mirror, though the soundproofing wasn't great. Downstairs, there's a Nanchengxiang restaurant, which was absolutely delicious! After a long day, I'd just head there for dinner – no need to even think about ordering takeout. You can also grab breakfast there. Housekeeping came daily to clean and replenish bottled water, or you could hang a 'Do Not Disturb' sign if you preferred no service. However, the walk to Panjiayuan West was a bit far, about 8-10 minutes. On the bright side, there were plenty of shared bikes downstairs, and catching a taxi was super easy – they'd pick me up almost instantly. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!
First time staying at this hotel. It's very new, and they even gave us a free room upgrade. The service was excellent, and all the toiletries, towels, and bath towels were brand new. As soon as we entered, it felt very welcoming and cozy. Really great, and I slept soundly.
The hotel room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. It even had an RTX 4070 graphics card, which was a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely stay here again on my next break. The staff were all very polite.
We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The hotel offers rides to 2 of the nearest subway stations, which is very useful. They also can offer tea hour and dinner service. The food was pretty good and restaurant staff were very kind too.
They also have laundry service for free, which is great.
The room had Smart Control and AI. We couldn’t use the AI very much because of the language, but it’s cool anyway. It also has a “Smart” toilet and different options and settings for the shower.
There were only a few inconveniences:
1. The water of the shower spread out. We told so to the staff and did what they told us to, which was to close the door (which we already did, obviously) and shower to the opposite direction of the door, but water went out anyway. It was a little bit uncomfortable, but nothing severe.
2. It was a room for NON-smokers, but it had some spots of smoke on the walls and some things smelled a little bit like smoke :( I guess it’s a problem in general in China, people smoke a lot here, so corridors smelled like tobacco too, and I guess hotel can’t do much about it. But I suggest using some rooms only for NON-smokers exclusively and/or cleaning the bed clothes, towels and so on for those rooms apart from the others.
NON-smokers people are pretty sensitive to smoke odour and easily notice it.
Anyway, I want to state that staff were always keen to help and it is the best hotel we’ve been in so far in China. We would choose it again for sure and totally recommend it💖😊😍
The location is fantastic! The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. There are tons of great local eateries nearby that even the locals love. For example, Peking Duck at Siji Minfu right across the street, 'Hen Jiu Yi Qian Yang Rou Chuan' (a lamb skewer place) next door, and another BBQ spot called 'Ju' – I tried them all and they were delicious! Getting to places like the Forbidden City, National Art Museum, and Nanluoguxiang by subway, including walking, takes about 35-40 minutes. A taxi to Universal Studios is around 25 minutes. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Beijing! ❤️
The location of the new hotel is very good, the shopping mall is downstairs, the room is large, the hotel staff are very good and very warm, responsive, next time you come to live here!
The hotel offers an elegant ambiance, coupled with incredibly warm and attentive service. The staff's excellent attitude truly makes guests feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it! This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious, bright, and fully equipped, ensuring an incredibly comfortable stay. Its superb location, combined with spotless and cozy rooms, makes it my top choice. I'll definitely be staying here again! The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, offering exceptional value for money. Highly, highly recommended!
The room was clean and hygienic, spacious and bright, and it was especially quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. It had a window and wooden floors, plus a sofa, and the toiletries were well-stocked. We were very happy with our stay with the kids, and the price was good too.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and hygienic, and the space is quite large. The store is newly opened this year. The sheets and quilts inside are also new. There is also breakfast [strong][strong][strong][strong], very responsible to say that the living is very comfortable, a perfect consumption experience
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite good, about an 8-minute walk from Shuangjing subway station, which also has a shopping complex. Downstairs, there's a KFC and Nanmen Hot Pot, so you don't have to worry about food. The room overall is a bit small, probably because we're a family of four. The cleaning service was definitely on point. After all, it's a chain hotel, so it offers great value for money.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, with a subway station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Taxis are also readily available, though you can't really linger too long when getting in or out. Inside the hotel, there's complimentary pear soup, oranges, and gummies. Room service is delivered by a little robot. There's a washing machine and a dryer, both pre-filled with detergent. The staff are polite and friendly. Compared to hotels in Qianmen, this place offers much better value for money in terms of space, facilities, and service.
XXiaoxiaoyueHotel location is particularly good, travel and eating are very convenient. The room was spotless, the layout was warm, the bedding was soft and sleepy. The front desk service is warm, check-in and check-out are very fast, the details are in place, the price is super high, I really recommend staying!
The overall experience is particularly satisfactory, the lobby is clean and atmospheric, the room is well lit, and there is no dead end. There is plenty of hot water, complete toiletries, good sound insulation, and very quiet at night. The staff is polite and caring, the whole stay is very comfortable and worth recommending.
MM2ipva4m9****Traveling with my child, I initially booked a different hotel, but it was too far from the subway. So, I spontaneously switched to this one, and it's right next to the subway station, which is super convenient! There are also plenty of food options downstairs, and the room rate wasn't high at all – it was a perfect fit!
AAnonymous UserHotel location is excellent and convenient! It feels full from the door! The environment is beautiful, the front desk sister is friendly, friendly, and the communication is barrier-free; travel with the baby, upgraded the room type, in the sun; the room is bright and clean; the facilities are complete, no smell, the bath water is sufficient, the temperature is right, and the day is tired; The toiletries taste very good; the bedding is white and soft and super clean, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the sleep is fragrant; the WiFi equipment is smooth, the service is intimate and professional, and the living is too comfortable!
GGuest UserThe large room offers ample space, perfect for families with children. It's clean and well-stocked with bottled water, which is a lifesaver in Beijing's dry climate. Food deliveries are brought right to your door by a robot, which reduces outside traffic and enhances security. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom isn't a wet/dry separation, so be careful of slippery floors after washing up.
CClément_BeuatyChaserThe room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, and its location couldn't be more convenient, right at the subway station entrance.
AAnonymous UserThe soundproofing is terrible. The room next door used water in the middle of the night, and it was like a broken channel. I was so scared I couldn't sleep. The service was average, but the bedding was generally okay. The website claiming it's less than 100 meters from the subway entrance is false. It's about a 1-kilometer walk from Songjiazhuang subway station.
HHuiyaorendexiannvThe room is very clean, the air conditioning cooling effect is very good, such a hot summer, open the air conditioning for a while, the room is two pieces down, fortunately cool enough, sleep is not bad, the location is also very good to find
