Meichen Hotel is such a perfect choice for Daxing Airport! The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet upscale design. The integrated sink with a circular mirror light provided excellent lighting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities were complete, including a kettle and toiletries. It was quiet overall with no noise, and the hygiene details were spot-on. The service was attentive, and its close proximity to the airport makes it super convenient for early morning flights. Great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again on my next layover!

From the get go, this place was amazing. I needed the foreigner temporary residence/accomodation registration sent to me. They had no problem doing that as soon as possible. They picked me up from the airport without any issues and dropped me off just as easily. The space was clean and spacious enough for one person, I will say! If I need a layover hotel in Beijjng again, I'm booking this place for sure! It has an amazing rate with FREE airport transfers. My loyalty has been made nearly impossible to waiver

Staying here for a business trip was really comfortable. The room was quiet, with a lovely water view outside the window. At night, when the lights came on and reflected in the water, it created a fantastic ambiance. The pickup and drop-off service was also convenient; the ride was smooth, and the open view allowed me to enjoy the city's nightscape, which was quite pleasant. The service details were excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. 🌆✨✨

The 24-hour Daxing Airport terminal shuttle service (located at Gate 3 on the 4th floor) is excellent. It's not only free but also very frequent. The staff were enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage, making it super convenient to get to and from the airport and hotel. Facilities: The hotel is large, well-maintained, and modern. They even have four food delivery robots and a 24-hour self-service convenience store. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a quiet and peaceful environment, ensuring a great night's rest. The staff were warm and attentive.

I chose the Kapok Hotel for my last night of the trip. Firstly, it's incredibly convenient as it's right inside the airport, making it easy to relax and check in for my flight. Secondly, it's absolutely stunning, and I really wanted to experience it. As soon as I walked in, I thought, 'Oh no, I really should have put on some makeup!' Every corner is worth stopping to admire. The room was incredibly comfortable, and both my mom and child were very happy with it. Xiao Niu from the guest services center was an absolute angel! She started asking about my needs even before I arrived. When I got to my room, I was genuinely surprised and delighted! She thoughtfully upgraded my room and even adorably chilled some drinks and beer for me. Was Xiao Niu reading my mind? How did she know that after my journey, all I really wanted was a refreshing, slightly tipsy beer? In the morning, when we checked out, Viva thoughtfully prepared two breakfast packages for my mom and child, which saved us so much time. Thank you again! With these two wonderful young ladies, Kapok Hotel must be as happy as a marshmallow!

Extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. They pick up right on the hour and drop off on the half-hour. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me to confirm my shuttle time for the next day. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. The room was huge and fully equipped, much better than I expected – it felt like a significant upgrade from my previous accommodation choices.

First time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

The room was spacious and equipped with smart room features, plus there's an airport shuttle every half hour. However, there were two issues: 1. There were five or six people smoking in the lobby, flicking cigarette butts on the floor. The whole lobby was filled with smoke, stinging my eyes. These people were smoking right in front of the counter, and two even approached the counter with cigarettes in hand to ask questions. There were four staff members present, and no one stopped them. Is this how your hotel is managed? 2. I arrived at the main entrance ten minutes before the scheduled bus departure, as indicated by the sign, and waited, but didn't see it leave. When it was one minute past the hour, I went back to the front desk to ask. The receptionist didn't even look up and immediately told me the 9 AM bus had already left. I told them I had been waiting by the door the entire time and hadn't seen any bus. It was then that another person finally located the driver, only to find out the bus hadn't even departed because there were no passengers. You didn't even bother to check and just told me it left? 3. Music automatically played while I was showering, synchronized with the showerhead. However, there's no speaker in the shower stall; it's in the toilet area. The person showering can't hear it, while the person on the toilet gets a deafening sound they can't control... Among all the hotels near Daxing Airport, this one offers the best value for money, but also the most unrefined overall experience.

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Manman at the front desk! My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late, completely exhausted. Manman was gentle and patient throughout the check-in process, speaking softly and handling everything efficiently without making me wait an extra moment. During my stay, my legs were sore, and I was restless and irritable, unable to sleep all night. When I casually mentioned feeling unwell, she thoughtfully brought me warm water and even proactively told me about the room's blackout blinds and some sleep-aid tips. She also kindly reminded me to elevate my legs to relieve the soreness, which was incredibly considerate. Her demeanor was friendly and generous when we spoke. She answered all my questions about travel and hotel services clearly and thoroughly, maintaining a warm smile throughout, with absolutely no perfunctory feeling. Her service was professional yet warm, dispelling my travel fatigue and making me feel at ease as soon as I entered the hotel. Such a dedicated employee is hard to find; she significantly enhanced my stay. I'll definitely look for Manman again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
