The food is good and the price is normal. The owner is warm and nice. The swimming pool is top-notch. It’s so beautiful. The house is beautifully decorated and stylish. It’s a great time to have a party. The room is neat, clean, comfortable and safe.

An unexpected surprise! The house was spacious, beautiful, and immaculately clean. It was fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, private bathroom, kitchen, and balcony, making it perfect for a family trip with six people or three families. The surrounding area was quiet, with a 7-Eleven and various restaurants at the street corner. There are two subway stations nearby and a mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Getting to the city center by subway or taxi is convenient. Very satisfied, good! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is very clean, well-organized, clean on time, basic kitchen utensils are available, and the landlord responded quickly. 5 points recommended.

The house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

呢間 Villa 新到連 Google Maps 嘅相都仲未 Update。 屋內設計好吸睛，極之適合大大家庭入住。裡面有 4 間大房同 3 間洗手間，所有傢俬設備都新淨兼保養得非常好。最正嘅係冷氣夠強勁，返到入屋完全可以將出面泰國嘅暴熱忘得一乾二淨。位置雖然唔算最方便，但我哋每次出入都係用 Grab 叫 10 人大 Van，所以整體交通依然好輕鬆。 私人游泳池簡直係 MVP，班仔女玩到不亦樂乎，而且有獨立水泵房做過濾，泳池水質乾淨又安全。另外屋內仲設有小朋友廚房玩具角，屋企啲仔女玩到愛不釋手。 改善建議： 主人房洗手間衛生有待加強：地貼/地氈有啲污糟，而且仲見到蜘蛛。 建議提供水刮或拖把：方便玩完水之後清理地面，防止滑倒。 建議補足紙巾：如果是多日連住，希望能提供充足嘅盒裝紙巾備用。 總結：整體表現超乎預期，極力推薦！

We have 5 persons stay for 4nights, overall the serviced apartment is easy to access, is located at Asoke. 5 minute walk to BTS station and massage shop, convenient shop and near by 10min got food night market. Recommend for travel with group / family, 2 rooms with 1 single bed & 1 kings size bed can fit to 6 person and living room.

Dear travellers, this B&B is really the most humane one I have ever stayed in. I moved in with my cat and dog, my husband and two friends. As soon as I moved in, the landlord treated my dog ​​with great care and prepared a water bowl and bathing supplies for the dog. The cat litter box was a cardboard box. After settling in, I wanted to take the dog out for a meal, but I took a few taxis but they didn't allow pets. I had no choice but to leave the cat and dog in the villa, and we went out for a walk and a meal. When we got home, I found that the dog was missing. It had removed the baffle under the gate and ran away. I will probably never forget how I felt for a long, long time. I was so desperate because I was unfamiliar with the place and the dog had been out for so long. I was really desperate. After I looked for it, my husband and two other friends took their cell phones and photos and went out to look for it. They saw that I was not in a good state and asked me to stay at home. How could I sit still? I cried and howled in this alley, calling the dog's name while howling, because I couldn't control myself. I cried so hard that the neighbors were scared by my crying and came downstairs one after another. There were about 20 neighbors who helped me look for it. In the end, I actually found it because my husband told the landlord about it. The landlord came quickly and sent the dog's photos to the community group. About two hours later, more and more people came downstairs. A family came out and said that the dog was at his house. Then these dozens of people accompanied me to see my dog. The result. As soon as I took the dog out, it was true. I distributed money to all the neighbors one by one, about 20,000 Thai baht. The family who found the dog gave a little more. I couldn't control my crying until I hugged my dog. The landlord helped me to retrieve the surveillance and determined the time and direction of the dog's loss. I am really grateful to him. After experiencing loss and recovery, I wanted to go out for dinner the next day, so I sent a message to the landlord to tell him the situation. The couple rode a motorcycle for more than 20 minutes to the villa, helped me look after the dog, took pictures of the dog, and took him out to play. He didn't go back until we came back at around 10 o'clock in the evening. I really felt very warm. The neighbors are very good, and the landlord is even better. My husband and I have decided that we must stay here when we come to Bangkok in the future. A journey requires beautiful scenery, but also warm human touch. I wish you all a pleasant journey

The entrance uses an electronic keypad lock. On the first floor, there's parking space for one car, a double room with shared bathroom, and a separate bathroom next to the stairs, though the toilet wasn't flushing very well. The second floor features a living room, dining room, and a kitchen, perfect for friends gathering. It has a large TV, and cutlery and cleaning supplies are all provided – the atmosphere is great. The third floor has a spacious and comfortable quadruple suite. The fourth floor consists of two rooms with shared bathrooms and a large bathroom. A water heater is installed, but there was no hot water. Overall, the space felt comfortable, though it might not be suitable for elderly guests due to the stairs. Some baby toys and a crib are available. The air conditioning in every room is very strong. Shower gel and shampoo are also provided in all bathrooms. The fourth floor also has a washing machine and an area for drying clothes. Although the floor felt a bit gritty when we wanted to take off our shoes upon entering, it was quite comfortable overall.

The contact person is very friendly and can take care of any needs in time. The location is in an alley, and there is a convenience store at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient. Each room is large and the bed is very comfortable. In addition, there are kitchen utensils and laundry facilities. It is an accommodation environment with everything you need. I think if there are more than 4 people traveling together, this hotel will be the first choice!
