Bangkok Hotels with Balcony

This was my first time booking Modena by Fraser Bangkok through Trip.com, although I have stayed at this hotel many times before. As always, everything was excellent. The hotel is consistently well maintained, and both the cleanliness and service are outstanding. The staff are friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcome. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making every stay relaxing and enjoyable. I also noticed that the breakfast has improved with a better variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. One of the reasons I keep coming back is because the hotel maintains the same high standard every time I stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend Modena by Fraser Bangkok to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable hotel in Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It's super convenient for getting around, just a few minutes' walk to 7-Eleven and the subway, which takes you to the Erawan Shrine and various shopping malls. The staff were all warm and attentive. The SPA on the 7th floor was excellent with professional techniques. They even offered snacks and drinks before and after the massage. And that mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious! 😋

Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and even folded animal towels for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Security was also very strict, and we felt safe during our entire 6-day stay. Breakfast was average, but acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, night market, and supermarket, and transportation is also good.

This was our second stay at The Quarter Ramkhamhaeng by UHG, and it was just as amazing as the first! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies every night. The rooftop pool and fitness center are absolute highlights with stunning views. We already can't wait to come back for a third visit! Highly recommended!

I've stayed here twice already. I love the view, and there's a reading room. The bed is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. The entrance has an odor because it's close to the fish market.

The hotel's location next to an amusement park makes it a great choice for families with children. There's a shuttle bus and boat service every hour that goes to Silom for free, and you can get to Asok Station with a transfer for 12-14 baht. The breakfast was average compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and it was decent enough. While the overall facilities are very old and dated, I'd still recommend this place if you're looking for a room with a bathtub, spacious accommodations, a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, and good value for money. However, the most important thing is that the service attitude of those who help with check-in and check-out at the hotel is only one star. They smiled brightly and seemed friendly, but I'm not sure if they were good at their job. As someone sensitive to noise, I requested a quiet room when booking. Instead, I was assigned to a floor undergoing renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I saw a giant curtain, and it felt like I was stuck on a construction site. The most annoying part was that when I lay down in the room to rest, I couldn't relax properly due to the constant thumping noises from the renovation. I came here to relax comfortably, but I wondered why I was at a place that felt like a construction site. It was completely different from what I expected from a 4-star or 5-star level of service. However, I want to express my gratitude to the staff working at the concierge. My tour was almost canceled due to a sudden downpour, and it wouldn't have been refundable. Thanks to the help of the concierge staff, my tour went ahead as planned. I had a great time because of them, and I gave them 10 dollars as a thank-you. That's how a hotelier should work. I sincerely appreciate it.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The service was great, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. Although the location is a bit out of the way, there are Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores both downstairs and nearby. The room was spacious and the overall environment was very good.

An amazing serviced apartment! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic. It's worth mentioning that the room had a fantastic sense of space, allowing our family of four to stay very comfortably. The cleanliness was also impeccable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time. The rooftop pool, though small, was very stylish. Most of the guests were Europeans and Americans; we rarely saw Asian faces. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points. ——— Останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи. Минусы Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.
