We returned to stay as we had a great stay the previous trip 3 months ago. The breakfast spread was wonderfully curated with lots of different stations and options. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our overall experience of a family with a young daughter was good.
The hotel lays in a good location, with restaurants and public transportation nearby.
The only downside we had was the lack of flexibility of a late checkout (also against payment) and kid’s facilities.

地理位置便捷，周圍堵車嚴重，適合停留不長的遊客，酒店一樓是大堂，二樓直通機場快線和bts，去周圍商圈都比較方便，咖啡店便利店都很近。房間不大，床品一般，早餐選擇多，味道一般，還有兩個高空泳池，人有點多就沒去，便利程度和服務都不錯。

房間乾淨 酒店整天很大 唯獨 宣傳的露天泳池小的可憐 連去幾天 都是人 想曬個太陽都沒辦法 ckin的小姐姐很nice 原本要去行政層辦理手續 可我着急出去吃飯 就很快在一層辦好了 雖然但是還是有國籍差別待遇 給了尾房 也希望攜程可以給力點 拿點好房間 早餐 也是同樣 給了很靠後座位區域 有點差勁 早餐類別 也一般 沒有宣傳的那麼好 收拾餐盤很速度 行李員 很客氣 地理位置可以 直接地鐵 自己也嘗試了下 蠻好

Really great place to stay. Near the metrostation and airport line. Nice staff, amazing view from the room and swimming pools.
Breakfast is just like huge food court - you can find everything you'd like! Yes, sometimes there is a line behind the restaurant, but staff manages it good.
Swimming pools are cold in November. Maybe it's because of general cold weather in this end of November idk. But the view is stunning!
The only issue is elevator. You have to wait all the time. Six elevators don't manage with so many people here.
I think it's not a big deal.
We're really enjoying our time here.

Beautiful hotel. Reception and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and will likely visit again. Would likely recommend BTS and Rail link due to extensive traffic in the area.

A large, modern and clean room conveniently located at Phaya Thai, just steps from the Airport Rail Link and BTS station! Great service in the executive lounge as well, and they have 2 pools and a 24h gym.

This was my first time staying here after seeing the good reviews. The location is great and it’s very easy to access the BTS. The breakfast buffet is mouth-watering and delicious. The only thing I didn’t prefer was getting a corner room. I was also very surprised and happy to receive a little birthday treat from the hotel. Thank you very much! 😊
