Guest UserFirst off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days.
Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious.
My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing.

This hotel is nestled in the mountains and is absolutely beautiful, perfect for photos! The service was excellent, and the hotel dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the Chishui White Striped Fish – it was incredibly fresh and tender. I can't handle spice right now, but even the non-spicy version was fantastic. The hotel also treated us to an afternoon tea, which was so relaxing. It's truly ideal for a family vacation, everything was great! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the mountains. One spray of repellent isn't enough; you need to keep reapplying it. My family and I were outside taking photos for a bit, and every exposed area was bitten, and not just by mosquitoes. There were also these tiny flying insects that caused incredibly itchy bites. I ended up with over twenty huge welts on my hands, and my family members had more than fifty bites on their hands and legs – it was ridiculous! 😂

”Clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets.” The hotel is nestled amidst mountains and water, boasting a beautiful, pristine environment. It's approximately a 30-minute drive from Xinzhou Airport, offering convenient transportation and ample parking, making it ideal for leisure and vacation. The lobby is grand, and the guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, and filled with fresh air, ensuring a good night's sleep. Even during holidays when the hotel was fully booked, the front desk service remained excellent. The attentive and meticulous service of Jiang Yuanhuai on the 6th floor left a deep impression on me and my family.

I was very satisfied with this stay. I am especially grateful to Dylan for introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides warmly and meticulously from the time of check-in. I immediately coordinated to change the room after learning that I preferred a quiet floor. I can feel the professionalism and caringness of the hotel throughout the whole process. The room is fully furnished and exquisitely furnished. The hotel's characteristic cultural and creative is also very thoughtful. Every detail makes people feel comfortable. This trip is particularly pleasant, thank you again, and I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends!

This hotel is truly excellent! You can enjoy affordable Maotai here, and they even offer complimentary ice cream. What's more, it's incredibly thoughtful – for a family of three, we only had two breakfast vouchers, and when we offered to pay for the third, the staff at the entrance just waved us in! Definitely worth staying here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming! The only feedback I have is that the Maotai specialty store in the lobby on the first floor has too limited a selection. People travel so far to get here, so it would be great if they could offer a wider variety. Expand the range and let everyone happily buy the Maotai they love, wouldn't that be better?

Guest UserA truly excellent hotel! Even though it's an older property, the rooms are kept impeccably clean, and all the amenities feel high-quality. The decor is lovely too. The service is absolutely top-notch – warm and attentive! The private dining rooms for Chinese cuisine are very stylish and have a great atmosphere. Plus, there are places to explore nearby, making it super convenient to get around. I'll definitely be staying here again!

My friend told me about this hotel yesterday, and my boyfriend and I checked in today – we're really impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and there's a lovely coffee shop right when you enter, which is a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor pool was open, and my boyfriend and I even went for a swim last night. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even have their own restaurant where we got to try some local Chishui delicacies like 'zhuerba' (pig's ear pastry) and a full bamboo feast. If I ever bring my parents here in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – full marks, highly recommend it to everyone! Parking is also a breeze; they have a two-story parking garage, so no worries there. You can take the elevator directly to the lobby for check-in, and from the parking lot, you can go straight to your room, which saves a lot of time. It's fantastic.

Guest UserBad review! too bad!
1. There is no laundry room, you spend more than 2 billion to build a hotel and don't build a self-service laundry room for guests?
2. The hot spring pool is dirty, and the water is white hot spring water, and there is no such thing as written on the brand (lavender, red wine pool).
3. The dressing room is poorly hygienic, the shower shelf is broken and does not change, and the non-slip mat is dirty and does not wash.
4. The locker room hand card also charges a deposit. The hot spring needs to drink more water but the water dispenser is in the locker room building.
5. Sick animals! ! ! You have made some animals to attract children to understand, but the environment you give to the animals is too bad! The space is small and pitiful and many are starving! Did not eat! ! ! I really want to lock your manager in for a few days to try.
6. There is a smell of formaldehyde in the room
7. The washbasin drainage is bad, and the smart toilet washing function does not work.
Praise: Location, environment, and breakfast are OK, but the quality has also dropped a lot.

The room is fully equipped with everything from high-speed wireless internet to various thoughtful little items, reflecting the hotel's attentiveness everywhere. The hotel's dining is also commendable. The breakfast has rich varieties and excellent taste, which can satisfy the taste buds of different people. The restaurant has an elegant environment and attentive service, allowing people to have a pleasant mood while enjoying delicious food.

The hotel facilities are just average, quite a step down from what you'd expect from a five-star property. It's located halfway up a hill, about a 10-minute walk to the main scenic area. If you're not keen on uphill climbs, you might want to reconsider. The hotel corridors are quite old and have a strong, unpleasant smell – even worse than a public restroom. The carpets are very dirty. The room itself is okay; if your expectations aren't too high, you might manage. The mattresses are standard, not the specialized chain-hotel type, so they're not particularly comfortable. Service is virtually nonexistent. While a bellhop might greet you upon arrival, you're pretty much on your own for any other inquiries. It really encourages guests to be self-reliant! For basic information about the scenic area, the staff will just tell you to look it up on a mini-program. If it's your first time visiting Wujiangzhai, I recommend doing your research beforehand to avoid wasting time and missing out on key performances. If your room is far from the main elevator, the hotel might suggest you use the small elevator in the staff parking lot. The problem is it gets very crowded, and you'll have to queue. Finding these shortcuts outside the main lobby is quite difficult for first-time guests.
P.S. Hotels within the scenic area are generally all quite similar.
