First off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days. Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious. My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing.

This hotel perfectly embodies everything I imagine a 'wild luxury' hotel to be. 1. **Wild enough**: It features waterfalls, cliffs, caves, hiking trails, bamboo forests, streams, rivers, stunning sunsets, and the blue hour all in one place. The waterfall flows 365 days a year, with no dry season, and its white noise is easily ignorable, making for a quiet and pleasant stay. 2. **Luxurious enough**: The design is simple, elegant, and subtly zen. It boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end amenities and products, impeccable cleanliness, attentive service, delicious food, and a rich breakfast that's served until 1 PM. 3. **Plenty to do**: It's the most conveniently located hotel in Chishui, with many attractions nearby. At the hotel, I tried bamboo weaving, tasted Pu'er tea, and enjoyed activities like flashing flowers and paper planes. 4. **Great views**: The scenery is picturesque without even leaving the hotel, perfect for photos. The hotel also offered complimentary drone photography and even made a video for me, which I really appreciate. 5. **Excellent quality**: Great value for money, spacious rooms, and top-notch bedding and amenities. Rooms of different sizes and locations have their own pricing. The facilities are complete; it was my first time staying in a room with a fireplace, which was warm and great for photos in winter. There's also a soaking tub, and lighting candles creates a wonderfully romantic atmosphere – perfect for couples. 6. **Summary**: Good value, you get what you pay for, with options for every budget. What you see and experience perfectly matches the promotional pictures. It's comfortable, relaxing, and offers many activities. The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, even exceeding 5-star standards. There's almost no insect disturbance or noise, and the food is fresh and delicious, with a rich breakfast. Everything was just as I imagined. Highly recommended for couples and family vacations.

It's approximately a 30-minute drive from Xinzhou Airport, offering convenient transportation and ample parking, making it ideal for leisure and vacation. The lobby is grand, and the guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, and filled with fresh air, ensuring a good night's sleep. Even during holidays when the hotel was fully booked, the front desk service remained excellent. The attentive and meticulous service of Jiang Yuanhuai on the 6th floor left a deep impression on me and my family.

I was very satisfied with this stay. I am especially grateful to Dylan for introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides warmly and meticulously from the time of check-in. I immediately coordinated to change the room after learning that I preferred a quiet floor. I can feel the professionalism and caringness of the hotel throughout the whole process. Secondly, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, very quiet and elegant, with an artistic atmosphere and wine culture that makes it a place you'll want to return to in May! Lao Deng's Private Kitchen was delicious, and the hot pot was also great! The lunch and dinner for two were excellent value for money 👍, and all the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming!

This hotel is truly excellent! You can enjoy affordable Maotai here, and they even offer complimentary ice cream. What's more, it's incredibly thoughtful – for a family of three, we only had two breakfast vouchers, and when we offered to pay for the third, the staff at the entrance just waved us in! Definitely worth staying here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming! The only feedback I have is that the Maotai specialty store in the lobby on the first floor has too limited a selection. People travel so far to get here, so it would be great if they could offer a wider variety. Expand the range and let everyone happily buy the Maotai they love, wouldn't that be better?

I never expected to find a hotel of this quality in Zunyi – it was a very pleasant surprise! First, I opened the vanity drawer and found makeup remover wipes – this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that provided them! And just as I was regretting forgetting my dental floss, I discovered they had that too. I also forgot my facial cleanser for this business trip, but to my surprise, there was a cabinet in the lobby stocked with various facial cleansers and cosmetics that women might need. This is incredibly thoughtful for those who forget essentials or haven't packed snacks. Plus, all the brands were excellent, not just some generic, cheap stuff. The funniest part was on checkout day: I had taken out a facial cleanser, intending to return it to the lobby, but then I got a call and left for the car. It wasn't until the car turned around to the other side of the road that I remembered the cleanser was still in my bag. So, I took it out and left it at the fruit shop across from the hotel for them to pick up. The small rack on the bathtub, originally meant as a tea tray, also works perfectly as a phone stand. You can soak and binge-watch shows at the same time. And after a bath, eating a banana doesn't feel quite so sinful. Another point worth special praise is that the hotel breakfast is served until 12:00 PM – that also surprised me! They have glutinous rice and rice noodles, both with Guizhou characteristics, and you can choose your own generous toppings. However, I found the chili a bit spicy, but that might just be my personal tolerance. And for someone like me who drinks a lot of water, this is the first time I've seen a hotel provide four bottles of water; usually, it's just two. No more having to call room service for extra water!

The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. The room is fully equipped with everything from high-speed wireless internet to various thoughtful little items, reflecting the hotel's attentiveness everywhere. The hotel's dining is also commendable. The breakfast has rich varieties and excellent taste, which can satisfy the taste buds of different people. The restaurant has an elegant environment and attentive service, allowing people to have a pleasant mood while enjoying delicious food.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel with very good facilities. Hygiene: clean and hygienic. Environment: The environment of the hotel itself is very good and beautiful. However, the location is relatively remote and there is not much to eat around. However, you can dine in the hotel. Although it is expensive, the taste is very good. Service: The hotel's service is a deducted item. In addition to the good room service, the waiters in the restaurant are very unprofessional. They don't know how to take away the extra tableware after the guests are served. They are in a hurry when serving the food. The hot spring department is even worse. The deducted item is that they did not provide clean towels and said they would charge additional money. This is simply unbelievable. The hotel's breakfast is very good and rich in variety.

My friend told me about this hotel yesterday, and my boyfriend and I checked in today – we're really impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and there's a lovely coffee shop right when you enter, which is a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor pool was open, and my boyfriend and I even went for a swim last night. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even have their own restaurant where we got to try some local Chishui delicacies like 'zhuerba' (pig's ear pastry) and a full bamboo feast. If I ever bring my parents here in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – full marks, highly recommend it to everyone! Parking is also a breeze; they have a two-story parking garage, so no worries there. You can take the elevator directly to the lobby for check-in, and from the parking lot, you can go straight to your room, which saves a lot of time. It's fantastic.
