MMaritianshigeshahouziEverything about this hotel is fantastic – the ambiance, cleanliness, comfort, service across the board, and the dining. I'd been wanting to experience it since last year but never found the right opportunity, so I was thrilled to finally make it! On our first night, we were in a room on a lower floor, and the noise from the plumbing upstairs disturbed our sleep. After providing feedback to our butler, we were upgraded for free to a balcony room on the top floor, which was more than double the price – kudos to them! The hotel also offers all-day dining; breakfast extends until 1 PM (this is the first time I've encountered this in all the hotels I've stayed at over the years!), which is incredibly thoughtful for guests who like to sleep in, truly allowing residents to relax and rest. In the evenings, they even offer sweet soups and late-night congee – simply amazing! The snacks, drinks, and fruit in the room are also plentiful and completely free. When checking out, the hotel even gave us a gift to apologize for our disturbed sleep on the first night. They genuinely care about every guest's experience and are incredibly thoughtful! I will definitely be back!

Environment: The environment of the hotel itself is very good and beautiful. However, the location is relatively remote and there is not much to eat around. However, you can dine in the hotel. Although it is expensive, the taste is very good.
Service: The hotel's service is a deducted item. In addition to the good room service, the waiters in the restaurant are very unprofessional. They don't know how to take away the extra tableware after the guests are served. They are in a hurry when serving the food. The hot spring department is even worse. The deducted item is that they did not provide clean towels and said they would charge additional money. This is simply unbelievable.
The hotel's breakfast is very good and rich in variety.

This is the most 👍 The hotel environment is very good. It is surrounded by mountains and quiet. The rooms are dewy. The platform is really suitable for emptying. Unfortunately, this time I didn’t do the mountain spa because I needed to make an appointment 3 days in advance. I have the opportunity to experience the hotel. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner. It is still very cost-effective. Finally, I want to say that this hotel is really pet-friendly. You can bring a puppy. Go to the restaurant together. The staff will also ask the puppy to need a disposable bowl and drink water. The pet is not the first choice for pet-friendly accommodation. It is a hotel that can really do these four words. In short, the experience is very good. Thank you for the service of all the staff. The lawn is also very large and clean. The puppy runs very happy. The garden The landscape is also very good to take pictures. Summer summer should be a good choice. Recommend

XXiaonanguaQWQThe hotel facilities and environment are very good. Parking in the hotel is very convenient. Ann at the front desk checked in very quickly and enthusiastically. It was great. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel's service. Kristy, the guest service manager, was very good. She personally sent me to the room and was very helpful. I introduced the equipment and facilities in the room, and my stay was very comfortable. When I checked out, I met Daisy who helped me put my luggage in the trunk. Thank you to the hotel staff for their warm reception. I will choose to stay at the Pullman Renhuai Alliance next time.

XXiaokanfengyunThis hotel is truly excellent! You can enjoy affordable Maotai here, and they even offer complimentary ice cream. What's more, it's incredibly thoughtful – for a family of three, we only had two breakfast vouchers, and when we offered to pay for the third, the staff at the entrance just waved us in! Definitely worth staying here! It's clean, hygienic, and the service is warm and welcoming! The only feedback I have is that the Maotai specialty store in the lobby on the first floor has too limited a selection. People travel so far to get here, so it would be great if they could offer a wider variety. Expand the range and let everyone happily buy the Maotai they love, wouldn't that be better?

The cliff coffee has not been completely cleaned up. I believe it is also a good punching point after the cleanup. But the area that needs to be improved is the light transmission of the curtains. The hand shower in the bathtub sprays far away as soon as it is opened. The location is not right. It is easy to spray on the bed and can be improved. But the red water is really not cool. September is still relatively hot. Some of the newly opened hotel is being repaired. It should be better to wait for it to be completely completed.

She patiently answered all our questions about the hotel facilities and surrounding transportation! During our stay, all our small requests were responded to promptly and handled appropriately. Her professionalism and attentiveness left a deep impression. A special thank you to Molly! IHG's brand service truly lives up to its reputation, especially with excellent staff like Molly, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended! Secondly, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, very quiet and elegant, with an artistic atmosphere and wine culture that makes it a place you'll want to return to in May! Lao Deng's Private Kitchen was delicious, and the hot pot was also great! The lunch and dinner for two were excellent value for money 👍, and all the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming!

Zzylp8I passed by Zunyi for one night in Luzhou and settled down. The hotel is by the Chishui River and the room is very large. Clean and hygienic. It is estimated to be the best hotel in Chishui City. Breakfast was also good.
Disadvantages 1. Breakfast coffee should not be freshly ground.
2. I met a tour group at the hotel in the evening. The security guard was directing the bus to stop, blocking the parking instructions. There were no service personnel at the door, and no one arranged a parking spot at the door. Hope that guidance will be added during the peak period.
Except for some minor flaws, the hotel is good and recommended to stay.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights. The room was nice. The service was also considerate. There were free Coke, Sprite and beer drinks in the refrigerator. Transportation and food were very convenient. It was right opposite Suzhou Road Food Street. The night view was great.

There are many hot springs and pools for children to play in. The service attitude is also very good. The towels in the hotel are very clean. The only one that is clean among so many hotels. of.
