The butler service from the ladies was exceptional, very patient and communicative throughout our stay. The welcome fruit, mini-bar drinks, and snacks were thoughtful touches. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

There are no regular towels, only disposable ones. The air conditioning turns off automatically and you cannot set the temperature, which is terrible in a subtropical city.
