The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the bedding was comfortable and sleepy. The service is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, and the location is convenient. Environmental sanitation is in place, the price is good, the overall experience is very good, and I will choose to stay next time I travel.

We took our one-year-old on a two-day short trip. It was a two-hour drive from Guiyang, and the roads were pretty good. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, we could feel the immense enthusiasm from every single staff member; the service was truly excellent! The East Restaurant has baby high chairs, and upon check-in, we received fruit and snacks. Although it was a shame that it rained constantly during our two-day stay, you could still tell the environment here is beautiful. You can feed the sika deer, and there's also a swimming pool. The indoors were also quite clean and hygienic. We definitely want to come back in the summer; it'll be perfect for photos and very relaxing!

Our stay at Tea Garden Inn was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking surroundings, with endless tea plantations, made this a very special place to relax and enjoy nature. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They also prepared delicious meals for us throughout our stay. The absolute highlight, however, was the opportunity to make our own black tea from fresh tea leaves. It was a unique and memorable experience that we will never forget. A huge thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Tea Garden Inn to everyone and would definitely love to come back!

This cave hotel is quite famous, and the price is on the higher side. The views are very unique and definitely worth the money! The overall design is special, and the staff are all very attentive and make you feel very welcome. The pool water was a bit cold. The room we chose was quite spacious, and the terrace was also quite large. The light switches were poorly designed; it was either all on or all off. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the vent was blowing directly onto the bed. There are some small details that could be improved. The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a pristine natural environment.

Must give the hotel a compliment: first, the front desk staff is warm, there is a small surprise in the stay; second, the hotel is in a good ring mirror, the hotel is fully equipped, clean and spacious; third, the buffet breakfast is very powerful.

So glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel's location is excellent and it's very clean and tidy. Overall, I had a great experience. From the moment I entered the scenic area, the coordination of the shuttle service and the warm and attentive service from the staff made me feel very welcome. Check-in was prompt, and I even received a free upgrade. The hotel's dining environment is fantastic, and there's a wide variety of food options. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The owner of this 民宿 will never understand how grateful i was for her help. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3 due to a series of misfortunes. When i arrived i had forgot my passport in the previous city i stayed 200kms away. The owner calmly checked me in anyways and coordinated with my previous hotel to retrieve my passport. Later that day i got heatstroke and i fell down a flight of stairs really hurting my tailbone, the owner gave me medicine and checked up on me. My passport arrived in the morning and i was feeling a bit better. Then my phone got wet and broke. The Owner helped me find a shop to repair my phone and finally after 3 days, i was able to leave. Being a foreigner lost without passport or money or GPS is very scary. The owner helped keep me safe and calm. I’ll never ever forget her considerate and caring presence. Thank you forever!

Let's start with the positives: the hotel's amenities and disposable toiletries were noticeably refined, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel! Now for the downsides: 1. The hotel and scenic area are integrated, but the shuttle service for check-in was terrible. We entered from Xizhaikou, and they wouldn't handle our luggage. It took one and a half hours for two front desk staff members to check us in and for two shuttle rides to get us to our room. 2. We chose a twin room with an unobstructed view, but what we actually saw was the building across the street. For over 800 yuan, it was advertised as spacious and comfortable, but the room was actually quite small. With two 1.2-meter beds, there was barely enough space to turn around. We had to call three times to get the children's slippers delivered. 3. After I reported the issues, Ctrip resolved them very quickly. The hotel called to ask for details, but didn't offer any compensation, just told us to go enjoy our trip, which I did. My good rating goes to Ctrip. Everyone should choose according to their needs.

The hotel is right at the entrance to the scenic area, making it incredibly convenient to get in and out. While the breakfast was just average, the ambiance was fantastic! You can even see fireflies at night – a delightful surprise! The room rate includes two scenic area tickets, making it excellent value!
