AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely worth experiencing. It's China's first cave hotel, which is incredibly unique, and the overall quality is top-notch.
1. The hotel is picturesque everywhere you look. The in-house travel photographers can capture all sorts of beautiful scenery.
2. Breakfast runs from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM – you read that right! It’s a very special setup. If you want to eat earlier, they'll accommodate you. Every evening, the hotel delivers different desserts and even offers porridge for a late-night snack.
3. In the evenings, various public areas are stocked with complimentary snacks. You can gather by the pool for a chat around a fire pit, watch a movie by the fire, or brew tea for free at any tea table.
4. The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk is constantly processing requests, always responsive, and promptly arranges solutions to help you with whatever you need. They truly go above and beyond to meet any request you might have.
5. The hotel's service rivals that of any five-star hotel; all the staff are very enthusiastic.
6. The lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant are delicious. We ate there multiple times and tried a variety of dishes, all featuring great local characteristics.

KKennethzeroThe hotel's environment and facilities are great. You can catch several performances directly from the viewing platform within the hotel. While the view might not be as good as the prime spots, the convenience of not having to rush around is a huge plus, especially for older guests. My elderly family member had a minor accident and got a little injured within the scenic area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, accompanying them to the hospital and assisting with the insurance claim. When they returned, the hotel even sent up some food to help them settle down. My elderly family member was absolutely thrilled! It's rare to find such exceptional hotel service. Thumbs up!
