Temporarily decided to come to Zunyi to choose this hotel holiday hotel to live a lot, but this service is really good. Every staff member is very polite and welcoming and pet friendly. This is the most 👍 The hotel environment is very good. It is surrounded by mountains and quiet. The rooms are dewy. The platform is really suitable for emptying. Unfortunately, this time I didn’t do the mountain spa because I needed to make an appointment 3 days in advance. I have the opportunity to experience the hotel. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner. It is still very cost-effective. Finally, I want to say that this hotel is really pet-friendly. You can bring a puppy. Go to the restaurant together. The staff will also ask the puppy to need a disposable bowl and drink water. The pet is not the first choice for pet-friendly accommodation. It is a hotel that can really do these four words. In short, the experience is very good. Thank you for the service of all the staff. The lawn is also very large and clean. The puppy runs very happy. The garden The landscape is also very good to take pictures. Summer summer should be a good choice. Recommend

Guest UserFirst off, it's absolutely beautiful, especially the public areas. We stayed in the Bamboo Grove room, not the Rock room, and the Bamboo Grove room truly felt like an oxygen bar nestled in the mountains. Even getting ready, you're surrounded by bamboo, it felt like I could live longer if I stayed there for a few extra days.
Secondly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. All the staff greeted us whenever they passed by, and the butler's online responses were very prompt. And finally, the sweet potato candy they gave us when we checked out was delicious.
My only suggestions would be to improve the breakfast a bit and to add some railings or handrails along the path to the Bamboo Grove rooms, as it can get quite slippery when it rains. Other than that, there weren't any major issues, and it's definitely worth experiencing.

Guest UserWhat impressed me most during my stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Maotai Town was the pervasive artistic atmosphere. The famous paintings in the corridors made it feel like stepping into an art gallery, and every item in the hotel was exquisitely chosen for its artistry and refinement – a truly comfortable experience for anyone with a keen eye for detail. The design of the winery and the sealing and aging process for wine were eye-opening. Kudos to the founder for the overall design!
I must mention the sour fish hot pot – the tangy and spicy flavor was incredibly appetizing, and the fish was tender and fresh – an absolute must-try! What warmed my heart most was the attentive service from Manager Li, the restaurant manager, and Xiao Tang; their quick response and thoughtful service made me feel truly at home.
If you come to Maotai Town, this is definitely the place to go.

This hotel is nestled in the mountains and is absolutely beautiful, perfect for photos! The service was excellent, and the hotel dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the Chishui White Striped Fish – it was incredibly fresh and tender. I can't handle spice right now, but even the non-spicy version was fantastic. The hotel also treated us to an afternoon tea, which was so relaxing. It's truly ideal for a family vacation, everything was great! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the mountains. One spray of repellent isn't enough; you need to keep reapplying it. My family and I were outside taking photos for a bit, and every exposed area was bitten, and not just by mosquitoes. There were also these tiny flying insects that caused incredibly itchy bites. I ended up with over twenty huge welts on my hands, and my family members had more than fifty bites on their hands and legs – it was ridiculous! 😂

I was very satisfied with this stay. I am especially grateful to Dylan for introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides warmly and meticulously from the time of check-in. I immediately coordinated to change the room after learning that I preferred a quiet floor. I can feel the professionalism and caringness of the hotel throughout the whole process. The room is fully furnished and exquisitely furnished. The hotel's characteristic cultural and creative is also very thoughtful. Every detail makes people feel comfortable. This trip is particularly pleasant, thank you again, and I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends!

Guest UserNot bad, convenient, there is a food street nearby, and I was given a coupon to spend. There are many dishes in the food street. The environment of the hotel is also good👍, clean and sanitary, and the service is thoughtful.

Guest UserA truly excellent hotel! Even though it's an older property, the rooms are kept impeccably clean, and all the amenities feel high-quality. The decor is lovely too. The service is absolutely top-notch – warm and attentive! The private dining rooms for Chinese cuisine are very stylish and have a great atmosphere. Plus, there are places to explore nearby, making it super convenient to get around. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Guest UserThe room was very clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient, being close to the scenic area. The surrounding area was quiet, which was great for light sleepers. We had a lot of luggage, and the owner thoughtfully came to the parking lot to help us with it. Breakfast included Guizhou rice noodles, which I'd been wanting to try, and the homemade version was delicious 😋. Overall, it felt like a guesthouse that paid great attention to detail; choosing it was definitely the right decision!

My friend told me about this hotel yesterday, and my boyfriend and I checked in today – we're really impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and there's a lovely coffee shop right when you enter, which is a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor pool was open, and my boyfriend and I even went for a swim last night. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even have their own restaurant where we got to try some local Chishui delicacies like 'zhuerba' (pig's ear pastry) and a full bamboo feast. If I ever bring my parents here in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – full marks, highly recommend it to everyone! Parking is also a breeze; they have a two-story parking garage, so no worries there. You can take the elevator directly to the lobby for check-in, and from the parking lot, you can go straight to your room, which saves a lot of time. It's fantastic.

Guest UserBad review! too bad!
1. There is no laundry room, you spend more than 2 billion to build a hotel and don't build a self-service laundry room for guests?
2. The hot spring pool is dirty, and the water is white hot spring water, and there is no such thing as written on the brand (lavender, red wine pool).
3. The dressing room is poorly hygienic, the shower shelf is broken and does not change, and the non-slip mat is dirty and does not wash.
4. The locker room hand card also charges a deposit. The hot spring needs to drink more water but the water dispenser is in the locker room building.
5. Sick animals! ! ! You have made some animals to attract children to understand, but the environment you give to the animals is too bad! The space is small and pitiful and many are starving! Did not eat! ! ! I really want to lock your manager in for a few days to try.
6. There is a smell of formaldehyde in the room
7. The washbasin drainage is bad, and the smart toilet washing function does not work.
Praise: Location, environment, and breakfast are OK, but the quality has also dropped a lot.
