"This is a pretty good hotel. The service was excellent, the A/C was strong, and the view was great.
Now, for the issues:
The bathroom is very large, but the drainage has a bug. Every morning, if you need to use the toilet, you still have to step on the water left over from the previous night's shower. It's not just a wet spot; the water simply doesn't drain properly. My slippers got soaked a few times. Later, the housekeeping staff put down towels, which solved the problem, but it made me wonder if other guests would be using those same towels. 😨
There's a nice bar upstairs where you can enjoy the Bangkok night view. Listening to music and feeling the breeze was very comfortable. My wife even got her wish for a towel animal, inspired by Xiao Hong Shu, which they fulfilled. Overall, we have a decent impression of this hotel.
Just please fix the floor drain in room 807's bathroom!"
