"The environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable, making for a very peaceful stay. The service was prompt, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The facilities are complete, and the washing machine and air conditioning all worked perfectly. It's a great choice for solo travelers, offering excellent value for money. "Right above the McDonald's in Pratunam, step out and you're on the busiest street! Eating, drinking, entertainment, massages, and shopping are all within walking distance, saving a ton of time on transportation! What really impressed me was the bed 🛏️ – so comfortable I slept right through the night without any issues adapting to a new bed. The room was also very clean, and the night view from the window was beautiful. I even got a little surprise for my birthday 🎂🐘 during my stay! The hotel prepared a cute towel elephant and a birthday card, which was incredibly thoughtful and looked adorable in photos! The service also deserves praise. After check-in, the staff quickly helped deliver my luggage to the room; they were efficient and friendly. 💯 Location + Comfort + Service = All top-notch! Next time I come to Bangkok, this hotel will definitely be on my re-stay list. Highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Pratunam! ✨"

"We stayed at Maison Hotel Bangkok in the Natee Deluxe King room from June 18–23, and honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights! It was also our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the extra effort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to the cleaning lady on the 10th floor. She was always so warm and cheerful, greeting us with a big smile every time we saw her. It's little interactions like that that made us feel even more at home during our stay. One of the things we loved most was the location. You get the best of both worlds—it's just a short walk to the lively Nana area with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and BTS Nana Station, but once you're back at the hotel, it's surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on foot, but on hot and humid days, the complimentary tuk-tuk ride to Nana Station was such a thoughtful perk. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to either make the tuk-tuk service available with a bit more flexibility or provide guests with a copy of the shuttle schedule in each room. We only found out about some of the time slots later during our stay, and having the schedule readily available would be really helpful. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—it was AMAZING! There was a great variety of food every morning, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff were just as warm, welcoming, and attentive as everyone else in the hotel. We also tried the Somtum restaurant right across the lobby, and wow... the food was incredible! I was never really a fan of som tam before, but after eating there, I completely changed my mind. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and authentic. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for—comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Maison Hotel truly felt like a little oasis in the middle of Bangkok, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We left wishing we had stayed longer, and we'll absolutely be back on our next visit. Kudos to the entire management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary and our Bangkok trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back! ❤️"

"I'd been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to stay here. The high ratings online definitely made sense. The good points were: - A large washing machine - A bathtub - Amenities provided (though no slippers or toothbrush) These were the biggest pros. The downsides were: - The Wi-Fi occasionally disconnected (you have to log in via a web portal with your room number and password). - To fill the bathtub, you have to use the shower, which had unstable water temperature and pressure, making it inconvenient. - The TV had the Tver app, but it seemed to need an update, so I couldn't watch it. YouTube and Netflix worked fine. - It's about a 20-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. The road in front was under renovation, and with luggage, the path from the station partway to the hotel was rough and had a lot of traffic. There's a 7-Eleven next door, and if you head towards the station, there's a TOOS. If you go into the residential area, there were various shops. It's clearly designed for long-term stays, with plenty of hangers, a reclining chair, other chairs, kitchen utensils, and a proper refrigerator. A 1000 baht deposit is required. The staff had a good vibe. However, when I returned at night, there was a guard smoking by the entrance who opened the door for me, but it left a bad impression. I'd rather he wasn't by the entrance at all if he's going to be smoking. In conclusion, if you're not planning on going out much, it's an option. But as a train user, I wouldn't rebook. The price isn't bad, but access is my top priority, so it's a tough sell."

"We were upgraded to a luxurious room with a viewing balcony on the 56th floor! The hotel very kindly upgraded our pre-booked room for free. It was a delightful surprise! The breakfasts were delicious and varied, the staff were impeccably attentive, and being able to admire the city from the viewing platforms – Baiyoke is simply an amazing hotel for exploring the city!"

"This was my first stay at this hotel. I chose it for its convenient location right on the main road. Initially, I thought it would be like the other hotels I've stayed at in Yaowarat – typical rooms and furniture, nothing particularly impressive. However, from the moment I checked in at the front desk, I was incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, as well as their excellent service and clear explanation of the hotel's policies. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were complete. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold, and both hot and cold water flowed with great pressure, which I appreciated even more than at previous hotels. The room size was spacious and quite comfortable for living in. There were no issues with using the elevator to get to and from my room. The housekeepers were also very friendly and lovely. All in all, I was not disappointed with my stay. Thank you so much for the impressive service!"

"If traveling to the eastern part of metropolitan Bangkok, this is a brand new facility, the great option with best value and reasonable price, close to the Ramkamhaeng University in a walking distance, shopping mall to the next, with street food and vendors along the main road. Cafe and restaurants are located downstairs, very convenient and close to everything especially 20-25 minutes reaching to Suvanabhumi Airport. With large swimming pool on rooftop, you can see the whole spectacular city view and fitness center on the same floor. Lastly great choice of breakfast 💛 Love to stay here!"

"The hotel is located in the city center, but quite deep within an alley, though they do offer a shuttle service. The staff provided excellent service; everyone was friendly, smiling, and attentive. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The room layout was good, and it was fully equipped. Personally, I really liked it. There's also a cafe downstairs with good coffee. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. We checked in late, and the hotel upgraded our room. The room had a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the dishes and utensils you could need. One night wasn't enough; next time I'll stay for two nights. If you're hesitant, I highly recommend it; I personally think it's great."
