The hotel was very thoughtful; the staff even came to the entrance to help with luggage. The lobby is also large with plenty of chairs to sit and rest. 😴 The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it came with a fridge and two bottles of mineral water. The bathroom had disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a hairdryer. There's a 7-Eleven just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. They offer a free shuttle bus to the opposite side of Don Mueang Airport. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk into the airport terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers with late-night or early-morning flights to DMK. (A timetable for the free airport shuttle bus is included in the pictures.)

The hotel's atmosphere was wonderful, truly giving off a resort vibe and enhancing my experience of being in Thailand. I particularly loved the scenery and ambiance around the hotel; it was a truly comforting space to return to. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing, dine out, and travel around the city. The staff were very helpful with arrangements for taxis and other transportation, which was especially reassuring for my first trip to Thailand. Overall, the hotel had a calm and serene atmosphere, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay during their trip. The staff's smiles and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression, and I truly felt that choosing this hotel was a great decision. A big part of why this trip became such a wonderful memory was the comfortable stay I had at this hotel. The hotel was arranged for my business trip. It's quite close to the Impact exhibition center, which is great. The breakfast was plentiful, the environment was very good, and it offered excellent value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The stay was very clean, quiet and pleasant. My wife and I stay here regularly since this is one of the better Novotels you can find in the Bangkok area, especially in the Pathum Thani area. I recommend to anyone staying for its close proximity to Don Mueang Airport since its a short drive away.

Stayed for one night as I had an early morning flight. It's basically a typical Seven Days Inn you'd find in China. The bathroom was quite poor, to the point I didn't even want to wash my hair; I just made do for the night. I arrived past 11 PM, and there was a dedicated person guarding the parking lot. Check-in at the front desk was pretty quick, but they required a 1000 baht deposit, which they refunded upon check-out (though they didn't check the room, so I'm not sure why the deposit was needed). It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport the next morning; walking would take 50 minutes, so definitely not an option!

The hotel is located quite deep in an alley. There's a 7-Eleven, but it's not close. If you arrive at night, make sure to buy any food beforehand, or stop on your way to the hotel, because the walk is long and deserted. There was no proper doormat (just one cloth in the bathroom, not sure what it was, so I used it as a doormat). Only shower gel and shampoo were provided (just those two items). The bed was quite hard because there was a plastic seal under the bedsheet, so I wasn't directly on the mattress. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. The door made a frequent creaking noise. I'm not sure if it was the nearby refrigerator, but it sounded like someone pulling a door (even though no one was there, it made me quite uneasy because the noise was startling). The room wasn't soundproof. The microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator, but the cord was too short to reach the outlet near the floor. I had to lift it down to plug it in. I don't understand why it was arranged this way, and the microwave isn't light either. In the bathroom, the showerhead was a bit tricky to use. I couldn't figure out how to use the small one, so I had to use the large overhead one, which meant constantly trying to keep my hair from getting wet. Also, the ventilation opening was completely open, and you could see outside. Otherwise, it was good. The room was large, with plenty of amenities, and it smelled nice. However, I'd recommend adding a proper doormat because the floor felt sticky (especially with wet feet).

The room was clean and spacious, well-organized, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping it cool and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and came at a consistent time each day to empty the trash. The front desk service was polite. It's conveniently located on Seer, making it easy to travel to and from Don Mueang Airport.

The hotel is clean, with good service and excellent parking. I stayed here overnight for a concert, which made it super convenient as I didn't have to worry about parking. It was just a short walk across the street to the concert venue. There's also a 7-11 right opposite, which is very handy. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of choices. The room had a long sofa, and there was even an iron in the closet.

Excellent! The room was large, spacious, and beautiful with a great view. It was well-equipped, and the decor was lovely. The room didn't feel stuffy at all. The staff provided excellent service, and even the housekeepers always greeted me. The air conditioning was cold, the bathroom was clean, and the security system was good. You can order breakfast. It's very close to the BTS station, just a short walk away, making transportation convenient. There's also a café downstairs. It was comfortable even traveling alone.

I arrived on a late-night flight, so it was a late check-in. I was exhausted, so having my luggage carried to the room was a great help. The room isn't large, but it's clean and perfectly adequate for just sleeping. It's also conveniently close to Don Mueang Airport. (It said it was within walking distance, but I couldn't figure out how to get there, so I called a taxi, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive). The bath amenities were just shampoo and body wash; there was no conditioner. We received two bottles of water daily. There's a 7-Eleven, Lotus, and Thai restaurants near the hotel. I didn't notice any significant outside noise while sleeping.
