Reserved 2 rooms. Guests arrive at the hotel. But the hotel informed that the reserved name was not in the system. No payment came in even though payment has been made since the booking date The evidence is the booking number. and payment confirmed But the hotel must still ask to see other evidence. Claimed to be unable to contact the system. Because business hours are closed and causing a burden on the reservationr to find proof of payment People staying in another room Have to find a new place to stay. So I went to find a new place to stay. By the time I was able to clear the matter with the people staying in another room, it was almost 8 p.m. and I ended up having to pay for one room free. I don't know how the booking system will take responsibility/fix it.
