The room was not the same as what was in the picture. We were actually expecting a Whirlpool tub, but it was not there. The view was not as great as expected. The elevators were not working and also stucked in the elevator for 15 minutes. Elevator work waiting time going up-and-down was about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The hotel is so big that check-in queues take a long time. The only advantage is that it is relatively close to the waterfall, an 18-minute walk. There is a waterfall view restaurant upstairs. The food is average, but the view is good. The facilities are a bit old and the shower door leaks. There is a jacuzzi, which is huge, but useless. Parking is expensive, 50 Canadian dollars before tax. It is a few minutes' drive from the hotel and not far from the hotel. There is a shuttle service. The elevator was very slow, so we went downstairs and waited for a while. Parking costs 50 Canadian dollars plus more than 10 yuan in taxes and fees.

Our stay was excellent. There was an issue at check-in where the room type we paid for was not the room issued which appears to be an error between Trip.com and Hilton. Although the hotel was sold out they were able to find the room type we purchased.
Overall our stay was excellent and of course perfect location. We were surprised that housekeeping services resumed as normal which was very pleasant and appreciated.
We will stay at the Hilton again on our next visit.
PS: the North Tower elevator issues seem to have improved in this stay.

This hotel is right in the center of Niagara. Walking distance to everything and connects to the ****** and other shops, which was very nice. On Friday morning we were woken up by a fire alarm at 6AM, this was a bummer and ruined our mood for the day as we were planning to sleep in a couple more hours and enjoy our last day in Niagara. The fire alarm wasn’t so much the problem as the wait to get the elevators to start working again. We were forced outside in 40 degree weather with nothing but what we had on for almost 2 hours. Please get a proper elevator fire system in place to make this false alarm easier for customers.

We had a suite with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen. The hotel was in walking distance of most of the attractions in Toronto. Breakfast was provided free of charge. It was a good breakfast with some limited gluten-free options.

Before I begin I must state that wifi reliability for here was non-existent, with signal at 1-2 bars and continuously dropping. Phones could connect to the surprisingly weak signal, but forget accessing with your laptops. In this room on the 9th floor with poor signal, I was unable to catch up on much needed work.
That being said, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom met our needs for the evening.
