The hotel's location is super convenient, and parking in downtown Montreal was quite affordable. There's a large shopping mall and fast-food restaurants nearby. Upscale restaurants are also easy to find. The cleanliness and service were excellent. Breakfast was a buffet and very substantial.

The service is terrible, far below the standard you'd expect from a large international hotel chain. They show absolutely no consideration for guests' feelings; they are unreasonable, cold, and arrogant. Please don't waste your time and money here. For 2000 a night, the service is worse than a motel. Awful.

Very beautiful hotel, perfectly located near Old Montreal with excellent service. It has an indoor pool and a breakfast with a wide variety of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect: comfortable room, impeccable cleanliness, welcoming staff, and quality services. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for walking around the Old Town. The rooms are newly renovated. The lobby is on the sixth floor. The paid parking lot is shared with the shopping mall, and it's right next to the lively Art Square. There are bistros, cafes, and burger joints nearby, and the streets are buzzing with World Cup fever.
