Had a good nights stay at the hotel. Did what was exactly required before we left Fiji after spending our time on the islands. Room was specious, clean and had had lots to offer with cooking/laundry facilities in the room. Even though we was staying the one night, the stay were very friendly and went out their way to ensure we had a great stay. The restaurant and bar area were also good for a short stay, with entertainment on at night. Would definitely recommend for a short stay like ourselves.

The hotel stipulates that check-out is at 11:00 in the morning, but we waited until nearly 6:00 before we got a room. And we were only given the room card after being urged, otherwise I don’t know how long we would have to wait. The front desk staff was not nice to talk to, and kept avoiding my eyes.
There was no quilt in the second bedroom. I called the hotel to send it, but they told me that the housekeeping department had gone off duty and it would be delivered at 7 o’clock in the morning. After insisting, a blanket was delivered, which was very old and disgusting.
When I swiped the deposit, it was swiped as consumption, and I actually needed to leave the credit card number, date, signature and CVC to get a refund.
There was a fat black guy who was very nice and gave me the consumption.

All four pillows smelled of oil. I called and asked for two clean pillows to be delivered. The hotel staff came empty-handed and took away the pillows from the room with suspicion. I told them it was not the pillowcases, but the pillow cores were very smelly...send them back. Sure enough, I only changed the pillowcase, but it still smelled bad. In the end, I had to cover myself with my own bath towel to sleep...
The staff are really working hard, but they obviously need to do better, in terms of changing rooms, changing pillows, communicating, etc. I waited for a day for an invoice, made countless phone calls to no avail, and was slobbering before the final checkout. After doing it, I finally got a copy. The result was that I was not satisfied with the process.
There is not much to go around, the room has wifi, air conditioning depends on luck, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are very clean.
Generally speaking, the hotel environment is average. It is not the kind of resort hotel where you can play outside. It is a bit disappointing for the price. The beach is not suitable for swimming. The room facilities are good. It is okay to stay in the room for a day.
