I was really impressed with the hotel's environment and facilities during my stay. The lobby was clean and grand as soon as you walked in, and the public areas were regularly maintained, with no clutter. The guest rooms were spacious with simple, comfortable decor. There were no strange odors when entering the room, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. All the in-room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning was quiet and cooled effectively, the TV had clear picture quality, and the Wi-Fi coverage was seamless everywhere.

Several of my colleagues frequently stay here, and the service at this hotel is truly excellent and thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

As an established five-star hotel in Futian CBD, its location is exceptional, within walking distance to Chegongmiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The lobby boasts a low-key yet luxurious design, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and feature a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The mattress is soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team; the Guest Relations Specialist was patient and thoughtful, efficiently responding to all our needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with authentic Cantonese dim sum. The gym and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless; the Marriott standard is definitely upheld. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel offers great value for money, and it's within walking distance to Haiya Colorful City. I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

I specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations. First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out. **Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing. **Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!! **Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel many times, and this time Joy handled my check-in. The process was smooth and communication was excellent. She was very responsive and efficient in addressing my small requests. The suite's interior was impeccably clean. Areas like the sofa and coffee table, which are frequently touched, were spotless, and the bathroom glass and floor were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The suite's layout is practical, with distinct sleeping and living areas, which is convenient for personal tasks or entertaining guests. All appliances worked perfectly without any issues. Staying on a high floor was great; external noise was well-isolated, providing a very peaceful atmosphere in the room. The hotel's public areas are well-kept, and even during peak hours, elevator wait times weren't long. Getting a taxi for outings was also very convenient. Having stayed here multiple times, the actual living experience in the suites has consistently been excellent, which is why I keep choosing this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean new rooms The staff here are very friendly and answered all my numerous questions patiently, including detailed directions on how to get to the observatory. I also bought my beach ticket directly at the hotel – they offered a small discount, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is completely new. The bed linen is spotless, and the bathroom is excellent with modern fixtures. Everything worked well and felt fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the dazzling city lights outside the floor-to-ceiling window. The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.
