GGuest UserThe hotel is really easy to find, super close to the subway station which makes getting to the airport a breeze. The area is great too, with tons of restaurants nearby and a lively street with a few big shopping malls. We visited Coastal City, Talent Park, and Shenzhen Bay Park, all very convenient from here. The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so warm and friendly, always ready to help and understand our needs. The room they assigned us was perfect and we loved it. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, with excellent soundproofing, even with many people around. My friends really liked it too, and every single staff member at the hotel was so enthusiastic. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was good.

AAnonymous UserI had a very comfortable stay at Mannsic. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sea World, with restaurants and attractions a short, walk away and super accessible for taxi and public transport.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to help me with packages and luggage.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The facilities were complete, there was plenty of hot water, and the environment was quiet and tidy. It offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip.

The only minor issues were the long wait times for the elevators, as there aren't many, and it sometimes took a while to get through to the front desk, perhaps they were busy. Still, I recommend staying here! Overall, quite good.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Shenzhen Songyan Hotel was truly impressive. The lobby's design was simple yet elegant, and check-in was quick with very friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and city views from the window. The biggest highlight was the massive projector screen in the room – lying in bed at night, you could enjoy a cinema-like viewing experience, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of transportation options and dining choices nearby, making it suitable for short trips or business stays. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.

The front desk offers free luggage storage, and the room was equipped with all necessary appliances. I felt right at home. The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside Line 9 of the metro at Xiangxicun (Xiangxi Cun) station, and very close to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Hong Kong border, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is quite nice and practical, with access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very attentive — the housekeeping lady is lovely, and although the front desk doesn’t speak much English, they always make an effort and communication is easy with a translator.
The only downsides are that the room is a bit small, and the view (at least from my room) wasn’t great. Despite having a large window, the room felt slightly dark. Also, the name of the building doesn’t match the name of the hotel, which can be confusing at first — I was glad I had checked photos in previous reviews to find it more easily.
That said, it’s clean, comfortable, and very convenient overall. I’ve already stayed here several times and would happily come back. Great value for money — I definitely recommend it.
