The front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're sourcing goods, shopping, sightseeing, or on a business trip. Getting around is completely hassle-free. The room itself is impeccably clean. The floors, bathroom, and all surfaces are spotless, and the bedding is fluffy and soft, ensuring a very comfortable rest. Amenities like the air conditioning, water heater, and WiFi are all fully functional and work great. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; despite being in a bustling commercial area, I wasn't disturbed by any noise and could rest peacefully. Check-in with the self-service keyless entry was quick and easy, with no waiting required. The host is incredibly reliable, responding to messages very quickly and patiently and thoroughly answering any questions I had. Communication throughout was smooth and trouble-free. Overall, the value for money here far surpasses other options in the same area. The environment is comfortable, and the service is attentive. Overall, it's pretty good. It's located in the Futian city center, very close to the subway station, and the high-floor views are great. The only minor issues were the long wait times for the elevators, as there aren't many, and it sometimes took a while to get through to the front desk, perhaps they were busy. Still, I recommend staying here! Overall, quite good.

The hotel itself is quite nice and practical, with access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very attentive — the housekeeping lady is lovely, and although the front desk doesn’t speak much English, they always make an effort and communication is easy with a translator. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small, and the view (at least from my room) wasn’t great. Despite having a large window, the room felt slightly dark. Also, the name of the building doesn’t match the name of the hotel, which can be confusing at first — I was glad I had checked photos in previous reviews to find it more easily. That said, it’s clean, comfortable, and very convenient overall. I’ve already stayed here several times and would happily come back. Great value for money — I definitely recommend it.
