The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. GGuest UserThis apartment's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the Huaqiangbei commercial district. Step downstairs and you'll find all kinds of electronics wholesale markets, restaurants, and convenience stores – everything you need. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're sourcing goods, shopping, sightseeing, or on a business trip. Getting around is completely hassle-free.
The room itself is impeccably clean. The floors, bathroom, and all surfaces are spotless, and the bedding is fluffy and soft, ensuring a very comfortable rest. Amenities like the air conditioning, water heater, and WiFi are all fully functional and work great. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; despite being in a bustling commercial area, I wasn't disturbed by any noise and could rest peacefully.
Check-in with the self-service keyless entry was quick and easy, with no waiting required. The host is incredibly reliable, responding to messages very quickly and patiently and thoroughly answering any questions I had. Communication throughout was smooth and trouble-free.
Overall, the value for money here far surpasses other options in the same area. The environment is comfortable, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip to Huaqiangbei. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

GGuest UserOverall, it exceeded my expectations. The price was great, offering excellent value for money. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding felt brand new. It was quiet enough for us to sleep soundly through the night (though I think the second floor had karaoke, as we heard people singing a couple of nights, but my family of three agreed it wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep). It's very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied! 👍👍👍

The only minor issues were the long wait times for the elevators, as there aren't many, and it sometimes took a while to get through to the front desk, perhaps they were busy. Still, I recommend staying here! Overall, quite good.

The front desk offers free luggage storage, and the room was equipped with all necessary appliances. I felt right at home. The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside Line 9 of the metro at Xiangxicun (Xiangxi Cun) station, and very close to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Hong Kong border, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is quite nice and practical, with access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very attentive — the housekeeping lady is lovely, and although the front desk doesn’t speak much English, they always make an effort and communication is easy with a translator.
The only downsides are that the room is a bit small, and the view (at least from my room) wasn’t great. Despite having a large window, the room felt slightly dark. Also, the name of the building doesn’t match the name of the hotel, which can be confusing at first — I was glad I had checked photos in previous reviews to find it more easily.
That said, it’s clean, comfortable, and very convenient overall. I’ve already stayed here several times and would happily come back. Great value for money — I definitely recommend it.
