Several of my colleagues frequently stay here, and the service at this hotel is truly excellent and thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. There's an Instagrammable 'check-in wall' in the lobby, and the hotel has a cool music theme, which is really tasteful. The front desk staff were also lovely and provided great service. Definitely worth a stay!

All in-room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and hairdryer worked smoothly, and there was a stable 24-hour hot water supply with quality toiletries. The public areas were clean and tidy, with no clutter or strange smells in the corridors. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Booked this hotel for a concert, and it's pretty close to the Spring Cocoon. The room was great, and Xiaolv at the front desk provided excellent service. There's a creative industrial park right downstairs, so the location is fantastic and it's great value for money.

Here’s the refined version with the metro station added: The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside Line 9 of the metro at Xiangxicun (Xiangxi Cun) station, and very close to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Hong Kong border, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is quite nice and practical, with access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very attentive — the housekeeping lady is lovely, and although the front desk doesn’t speak much English, they always make an effort and communication is easy with a translator. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small, and the view (at least from my room) wasn’t great. Despite having a large window, the room felt slightly dark. Also, the name of the building doesn’t match the name of the hotel, which can be confusing at first — I was glad I had checked photos in previous reviews to find it more easily. That said, it’s clean, comfortable, and very convenient overall. I’ve already stayed here several times and would happily come back. Great value for money — I definitely recommend it.
