CCanniudexiaoweibaWe booked this room for our wedding anniversary and used Ctrip's upgrade benefit. To our surprise, the hotel directly upgraded us to a suite, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel facilities are very well-maintained and don't feel old at all. The service was also excellent; staff members greeted us warmly and even enthusiastically showed us the way. The hotel's food was also great, and our child loved it. Plus, it's not far from Huafa Ice & Snow World and Waide Vientiane City, so many Hong Kongers stay here. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my family and I have already decided to come back again in the summer!

AAnonymous UserThe drive up the mountain road was a bit challenging, but it was definitely worth it to escape the hustle and bustle. There's a great variety of room types, all offering beautiful views of either the mountains or the sea. We tried the shell painting, bonfire, fireworks, hand drum lessons, and even a yacht trip – all the little activities were thoughtfully arranged. It was a bit windy and chilly by the sea during the off-season, but the consistent quality and excellent value of the Chinese restaurant were well worth trying. After checking out, I also went for a spa massage – it was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling completely satisfied. The staff were very hardworking and their attentive service deserves high praise.

WWild buffaloEverything was excellent. I've stayed in many luxury hotels in Shenzhen, including Shangri-La Nanshan, Andaz, Conrad, and Park Hyatt, but this St. Regis in Bao'an is arguably the best. The room decor is elegant and tasteful, not overly opulent. The use of marble in the bathroom, the Hansgrohe shower, the stylish lighting, window decorations, and the overall color coordination are all superb. Oh, and the room rate includes a complimentary milk, coffee, and tea delivery service anytime, which is a nice touch. The public areas also offer great views, showing the hotel's thoughtful design. The breakfast was decent, even with many people. Its location in Bao'an, close to Nanshan, makes it convenient to visit various MixC malls and Qianhai Stone Park. All in all, if you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience – enjoying a refreshing shower, sleeping in a comfortable bed, having a lovely breakfast, and perhaps a drink at the hotel bar – this St. Regis is definitely worth it.

XXingzoudeshanmuBooked the executive package, which was great. Even the standard room was 70 square meters, which was more than enough. Had lunch at the East Bay restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, though the char siu puffs were a bit too hot. The executive lounge had a good selection of drinks, and the corn chowder at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style with no à la carte options, and the variety wasn't extensive. Had a spa treatment, which was decent. Didn't receive a welcome fan, so I bought one myself from the 2nd floor before leaving. Overall, it was a good experience and worth trying.

From the warm and professional check-in process to patiently answering all our questions and even proactively upgrading our room, he truly went above and beyond. He remembered our needs and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Because of Winston, this experience was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

As a local living in Futian District, I've experienced several notable hotels, including the Raffles in Nanshan, InterContinental in Dameisha, and Hilton, Sheraton, and Shangri-La in Futian. This time, for my husband's 70th birthday, we chose to stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen in Luohu for two nights.
The hotel is located within the KK100 building, offering seamless access to Metro Lines 1 and 2 and KK MALL, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The hotel's environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. The room was excellent value, spacious, bright, exquisitely clean, and equipped with high-end amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The walk-in closet was a great feature. The bathroom was very large with a separate wet and dry area, and the double vanity is a true hallmark of a high-end five-star hotel. Housekeeping and turn-down service were meticulous and thoughtful. We also received welcome fruit.
The hotel's service sets a benchmark; it's attentive to detail, comprehensive, and very personable. The staff at the concierge desk on the first floor and those at check-in on the 96th floor were all proactively polite, warm, and welcoming, leaving an excellent first impression. Both the male and female staff were attractive, highly professional, and spoke fluent English. A special shout-out to our room butler, JAY CHEN. He was handsome, polite, and incredibly nice. He proactively brought our luggage to the room, thoroughly explained the room facilities, and described the view from the window. He immediately brought the coffee and welcome fruit we requested. Upon learning it was my husband's birthday the next day, he promptly arranged and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake on the actual day – a truly surprising, stunning, and touching gesture! The buffet breakfast and lunch on the 95th floor were both superb. For lunch, we were served hairy crab and typhoon shelter prawns at our table, which was absolutely amazing! Excellent value for money! The chefs in the restaurant were skilled and very polite, offering proactive service. The dishes were unique and tasted delicious. All the servers were courteous, swiftly clearing plates and tidying tables with keen eyes and quick hands. They were responsive to all requests and provided timely service. Whenever we encountered staff or management near or inside the elevators, they would proactively hold the door and assist with scanning cards and pressing floor numbers, which was a very heartwarming touch. We also received a small gift upon check-out. These small details show genuine warmth and make all the difference.
Because we were so satisfied, we loved it. We will definitely be frequenting the buffet here and will choose this hotel first for future special occasions. I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Shenzhen!

GGuest UserI chose the Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel primarily for its incredibly convenient location, close to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who recognized me as a repeat guest and kindly upgraded me to a spacious corner room—such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even better.
While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show signs of age, everything was impeccably maintained and fully functional, which really speaks to their commitment to quality. I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s lunch buffet, which offered a wide selection of delicious dishes—definitely a highlight of my visit.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive. For these reasons, the Four Seasons remains my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen.

The hotel's location is superb, directly across the street from Window of the World, and it has a direct link to a large shopping mall, allowing you to go shopping without even stepping outside. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The service was also excellent, especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. I needed to print a document, and they were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful.

Overall, it felt super modern and luxurious, especially great for business travelers and those who enjoy bay views! As a high-end brand under Marriott, this hotel truly embodies the Renaissance distinctive style, from design to service. I highly recommend it~
**Prime Location**: The hotel is situated at 18 Keji South Road, Nanshan District, right in the heart of Shenzhen Bay Eco-Technology Park. It's directly connected to Hi-tech South Metro Station (Lines 9 and 13), so the subway is right outside – incredibly convenient for transportation! The surrounding area is a high-tech industrial park, home to numerous large companies, and nearby are Shenzhen Bay Park and OCT Harbour, perfect for a relaxing stroll with ocean views. Getting to Shenzhen Bay Port or Window of the World by car is also quick, making it ideal for both business and leisure.
**Modern and Comfortable Room Design**: I stayed in a high-floor bay view room, and the view was absolutely stunning! I could overlook the greenery of Shenzhen Bay and the city skyline. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered excellent natural light. The room's style was simple yet chic, with ample space. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and included a bathtub. The toiletries were custom-made for Renaissance and of good quality. The hotel opened in 2020, so the facilities are new, and everything was spotless.

GGuest UserIt was pretty nice and spacious hotel room, clean with nice city view.I would just say it start to becoming a bit old maybe , with bathroom shower being a bit old .Staff was nice but unfortunately no one speak any English so communication is difficult even with translator...Would be lovely to have some lobby staff speaking a little bit of English .Great price room look like some International hotel with elegant and tasteful decor like executive style .The included breakfirst was disappointing though as not a buffet or have any international features .Chinese local style but what we could eat was good and well made . So overall experience was great.
