"The most delightful surprise of this stay was the concierge service. Their attentiveness, which went far beyond their duties, truly added a personal touch to what could have been a routine experience. While facilities may age and sea views can become commonplace, genuine human warmth and thoughtfulness always leave a lasting impression. If I return, it will definitely be to experience that professional level of service again."

"The location is incredibly convenient; it's right next to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping super easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Shuibei Market – just a few minutes' walk! The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even offer free late-night congee. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Redeeming points through Ctrip was also a smooth process. Highly recommended!"

CCanniudexiaoweibaWe booked this room for our wedding anniversary and used Ctrip's upgrade benefit. To our surprise, the hotel directly upgraded us to a suite, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel facilities are very well-maintained and don't feel old at all. The service was also excellent; staff members greeted us warmly and even enthusiastically showed us the way. The hotel's food was also great, and our child loved it. Plus, it's not far from Huafa Ice & Snow World and Waide Vientiane City, so many Hong Kongers stay here. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my family and I have already decided to come back again in the summer!

RReoI absolutely loved my stay here. As a member of another hotel group, Noa showed me a refreshing attitude and new ideas—nothing formulaic or generic. The intriguing room perfectly suited my free spirit. I even pulled out a mini-stool, a deeply ingrained habit for Chinese people, and it instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my grandpa making leather stools. Turning on the speaker and playing 'Generationwhy,' I danced freely to the rhythm. This became my personal utopia, and the fragrance by the sink felt like my own pheromone spray. Starting my 2026 here, I witnessed my own sense of self reaching a surprisingly clear level, and I felt incredibly happy. I believe that whenever I feel lost, scared, or defeated in the future, I'll think of this place and want to return. So, I have a small suggestion: I hope you continue operating for a very long time. The flickering green light from the electrical box seeping through the cracks can be a bit disruptive to sleep. Also, there's a red dot inside the ceiling vent by the head of the bed, which can be unsettling when you look up after turning off the lights. I initially wanted to take a piece of this connection with me, so I asked the front desk if I could purchase the 'Super Vitality Factory × FDC' plush ornament collaboration. However, I was told they only sold the flowers without pots and at a certain markup, which ultimately let go of my small obsession. But it's okay, after some effort, I managed to find out the brand and scent of the fragrance used here, which still leaves me with a scent-based memory. Unfortunately, I missed the welcome drink and spa experience due to my period, which was a slight regret. Since it's a Chinese brand, perhaps offering one or two hot welcome drinks in the future would be a more thoughtful touch. Nevertheless, it's alright; even a utopia doesn't have to be perfect. Happy New Year, and I look forward to my next stay.

11350963****The hotel's location is excellent, with exclusive access to a beautiful, serene beach and sea area. It's a bit like the Mandarin Oriental in Sanya, but the staff at this newer hotel provide warm and attentive service that's just as good as the century-old Mandarin Oriental. The hotel's dining is also great value for money; compared to a fried rice noodle dish that cost 108 RMB at Mingquanju Hotel in Guangzhou last week, here it's only 18 RMB – truly a steal! The mindful healing center here is also a great experience. One small suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing in the rooms; the doors and windows don't close very tightly, so you can hear the sound of the waves and the stream at night, which can be a bit disruptive. You can also hear the shower running in the neighboring room. Hopefully, these issues can be improved. Overall, it was a perfect trip, and I'll definitely bring my family back next time!!

DDunkelberg🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An absolutely exceptional stay, far exceeding expectations | A hotel that truly embodies 'people-first' in every detail. I really want to give The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai a super five-star rating after this stay. Firstly, I must particularly commend the reception team at the front desk. It's very rare to see this: all front desk staff are seated while assisting guests. This might seem like a small detail, but I find it to be a very sophisticated and incredibly human-centered approach to corporate management – staff are relaxed, professional, and the entire communication process is gentle and patient, without any 'assembly line' superficiality. It's clear the hotel genuinely respects its employees, and in turn, the employees naturally extend this respect to the guests. Secondly, the overall ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and comfortable. From the moment you step in, you can feel the consistent gravitas, elegance, and order that St. Regis is known for. The service process is professional yet not rigid, making you feel very much at ease. Especially worth mentioning – the hotel's signature scent is absolutely divine! It's not a harsh commercial fragrance, but a very refined, warm, and memorable aroma that instantly makes you relax upon entering the hotel. You even find yourself wanting to ask, 'What brand is this fragrance?' Thirdly, and what truly moved me: the incredibly humane handling of situations. Due to our own circumstances, we weren't able to check out on time, and I was mentally prepared for the standard procedure. However, the hotel didn't mechanically enforce the rules; instead, they were incredibly friendly and considerate, extending our check-out time based on the guests' actual situation. There was no difficulty in the entire communication process; they completely thought from the guest's perspective. This feeling of being understood and respected really adds value. To sum it up: This is not just a hotel that relies on its hardware; it's a hotel that has achieved top-tier standards in its management philosophy, employee well-being, service warmth, and detailed guest experience. If you're looking for a hotel in Shenzhen that offers international standards and genuinely makes you feel 'well-treated,' this place is definitely worth revisiting. An unreserved, super five-star recommendation. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

XXingzoudeshanmuBooked the executive package, which was great. Even the standard room was 70 square meters, which was more than enough. Had lunch at the East Bay restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, though the char siu puffs were a bit too hot. The executive lounge had a good selection of drinks, and the corn chowder at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style with no à la carte options, and the variety wasn't extensive. Had a spa treatment, which was decent. Didn't receive a welcome fan, so I bought one myself from the 2nd floor before leaving. Overall, it was a good experience and worth trying.

MM225457****The room was very spacious. We stayed for several days and were upgraded to a bay view room. The south-facing aspect provided excellent natural light, and it was clean and hygienic. The gym and pool were fantastic – large, new, and well-equipped. The shower area even had hot springs and a dry sauna, which was incredibly enjoyable. On the third floor, there's a Spring Full Garden Cantonese dim sum restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. The hotel is also conveniently located near OH BAY and Uniwalk, so I highly recommend it. J.W. Marriott is consistently reliable as always.

JJiayingOur last stop was the St. Regis, the tallest hotel in the world, and also the tallest in Shenzhen. Facing Hong Kong, it gave off a nostalgic vibe. The toilet wasn't electric, but an old-fashioned one that felt cold when you sat on it, and the hairdryer was also an old model. The room lighting was a nightmare to control 😤. However, for TV *******, you could even binge-watch in the bathroom! It's a shame that the 100th floor is now exclusively for Super Marriott VIPs (I guess I'll have to earn millions before I'm eligible 😅). Just looking at photos of the top floor's architectural beauty makes me regret why I booked three nights here. I really miss the previous two hotels (where I only stayed two nights). Thankfully, the floor-to-ceiling window offered beautiful day and night views. I called for the robot to deliver water, and it was so cute and polite! It could even control the elevator. We kept pressing the close button, thinking the old elevator was broken, but it turned out the robot needed to come in and remotely control the elevator to enter and select its floor. I guess I'm behind the times 😅. The hotel was packed with guests, pretty much at full capacity, as it's in the city center. KKMALL is right downstairs, so they only provided milk, tea, coffee, and water, with welcome fruit on the first day. For our last stop, of course, we had to check out the hotel's restaurants. We had a light meal at the cafe. Although it was expensive, we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, along with the intricate architectural aesthetics. We also tried the Italian restaurant on the 99th floor. The set meal was quite generous, so much so that we needed a night walk to help digest it. For our last night, we opted for the buffet dinner. The oysters were huge, both cooked and raw, and there was also hotpot. It was my first time cooking my own lobster and large crab claws, and also my first time trying caviar yogurt – absolutely delicious! The creamy, non-alcoholic cocktail was also fantastic. Guangzhou's expensive hotels just don't have this level of quality. Highly recommend! 👍

MM39241****Service: I absolutely have to highlight this! If you're big on hotel service, you can't go wrong with this place. We arrived quite early after flying from Nanjing to Shenzhen, and there was a huge temperature difference. The staff were incredibly patient, helped us with our room, and even proactively asked if we needed a place to change clothes. Ms. Nancy was so gentle and patient during check-in, and her handwritten welcome card really touched me. The local tourist map she provided was also super useful. Plus, the duty manager at the front desk that day was very helpful, sharing insights about the nearby commercial areas – truly excellent! Ambiance: The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the Futian Exhibition Center. You don't have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment, as everything is easily accessible. Getting around is convenient, and there's even a border crossing nearby for trips to Hong Kong. Facilities: Four Seasons is a relatively well-established hotel in Shenzhen. After staying at one in Hong Kong, I was curious to experience their mainland China offering. It has everything you'd expect, and it all works perfectly. I was very satisfied. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom floor – it's anti-slip but not abrasive, so no need for a bath mat, and the drainage is incredibly fast. It's the best experience and most functional bathroom I've encountered in a hotel so far (my focus points might be a bit odd, I know!). My two stays at Four Seasons have truly won me over. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This trip to Shenzhen was delightful and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient. It's very close to the coastal boardwalk of Shenzhen Bay Park, about a 20 RMB taxi ride away. Across the street is Window of the World, and on another side is Overseas Chinese Town (OCT). Happy Valley is also nearby; I saw its sign, but I'm not sure of the exact location. The hotel is connected to the adjacent mall, and you can access the mall directly from the hotel lobby. B2 of the mall houses the subway station with lines 2 and 8, which can take you straight to Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Dongmen Old Street. There are also plenty of dining options around. One day, I ate in OCT and only realized how incredibly close it was when I walked back to the hotel. There are also restaurants just a street away from the hotel, and more inside the mall. You can even take the subway to Leyuan Road near Dongmen Old Street, which has a famous seafood street. The staff provide excellent service. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady, who was very patient and thoughtful. She even shared some tips with us on how to dry clothes in the room. This hotel seems popular with business travelers; I noticed many people on business trips during breakfast. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the hotel even sent up a small cake!

2203993****The location is good, right next to Lianhua Mountain. Downstairs there's a restaurant, and across the street, there's a small supermarket and other dining options. Cross the pedestrian bridge and you're in Meilin, so it's very convenient for food. Subway: It's about 600-700 meters from Lianhua North Station (Line 4), a 5-6 minute walk. Hotel Environment: It's a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated. Service: The service was very good, and they responded quickly. When I checked into my room, I found the door lock was broken, and the hotel immediately upgraded my room. That was excellent!👍🏻 Overall, the value for money is pretty good, considering the price and the advantageous location.
