Bringing kids to Guangming? I definitely recommend this hotel! The location is truly excellent. Phoenix City Station is right next door downstairs, and there's a shopping mall nearby. It's just two stops to the Science and Technology Museum and the Art Museum, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around! They have a wide variety of parent-child themed rooms. We booked the Penguin Igloo theme this time. The room was very spacious, with a 2-meter king-sized bed and a child's bed, plus a 'secret igloo hideout' that the little one absolutely loved. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and a large bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in at night. The room also thoughtfully provided kids' cups, toiletries, and a booster stool. It's genuinely ideal for families traveling with children. The hotel facilities are also great, including a gym, a heated swimming pool, and a laundry room. We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. When you're in Guangming, you have to try the Guangming Roast Pigeon, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it right at the hotel without having to go out. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the taste was fantastic!

As a newly opened luxury hotel, The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai boasts impressive hardware. The public areas are grandly designed with a high-ceilinged lobby and exquisite materials, creating a fantastic overall ambiance. The breakfast quality is also excellent. However, the guest room design is a bit disappointing. While the room size isn't small, the layout is impractical, making it feel cramped in reality. Another significant drawback is the welcome fruit included in the package. My Ctrip Black Diamond benefits only provided three small 'ginseng fruit' as a welcome amenity. Having stayed at many five-star hotels, such a casual and subpar welcome fruit significantly detracts from the overall stay experience and doesn't align with the St. Regis brand's positioning. The public areas offer a great experience, but there's significant room for improvement in guest room details and welcome amenities.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was absolutely delightful, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic city night views, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The hotel staff, especially Sia, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that truly catered to our every need. It was indeed five-star service. The swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent, making it a great choice for a vacation in Shenzhen.

Before coming, I saw some negative reviews saying the experience was mediocre and the dining wasn't good, so I was actually a bit nervous. But I'm so glad I still came. It truly met all my expectations for a secluded getaway hotel. Quiet, relaxing, and never boring. The hotel arranged a wind chimes craft class, and the teacher was very patient. We went out on a yacht, had a bonfire and hand drums on the beach at night, and then meditation and relaxation the next morning. I really loved the planned activities; nothing felt rushed, and they perfectly complemented the sense of secluded relaxation. I ate three meals at the hotel, and even during peak hours, the food was served quickly, and the value for money was incredible. A one-and-a-half-pound grouper was only about 80 yuan, and a mango sago dessert was just 6 yuan. The service was also excellent; the butler delivered luggage upon check-in and picked it up upon departure. I stayed in a Xi Meng room, which required no stairs and was only 20 meters from the restaurant. I recommend staying in phase one, not phase two.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

The room was a bit old but quite cozy with British-style decorations. The baby cot provided had tall enough fences, and my 10-month-old niece could safely play in it. Nice outdoor swimming pool; my nephews really enjoyed it! Lovely fresh flowers in the lobby as well. Service was decent too. Around 7 mins walk from the subway station, convenient when you want to avoid traffic.

The room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable, so I slept exceptionally well. Getting a good night's sleep in a hotel is very important, and this is high praise indeed. The hotel's decor is stylish, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety is rich, and the taste is unparalleled. The Cantonese breakfast was delicious, and the egg rolls and eggs Benedict were also very good. The only downside is that if you go late for breakfast, you might have to queue, but there are plenty of seats, so even if there's a line, it moves quickly. The coffee and tea at breakfast are also excellent. Freya, Winky, and Monuca at the front desk are very thoughtful. They genuinely care if you're enjoying your stay and promptly address any issues that arise during check-in. The front desk for check-in is on the 33rd floor with a great view. The executive lounge is a nice place to relax and unwind. Afternoon tea consists of two types of cake and some beverages. Dinner is relatively simple but has everything you need, including a noodle bar, which shows a good effort. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I return. However, there are three minor drawbacks I must mention: 1. One side of the hotel faces a large construction site, so the view isn't great. There's not much the hotel can do about this, as it's already well-maintained, but the surrounding environment does detract a bit. Perhaps future stays could compensate for this view deficit. 2. Light leaks from one side of the curtains, which can slightly affect sleep. 3. For such a high-end hotel, the complimentary water was Nongfu Spring with a red cap. While Nongfu Spring is good, I feel an upgrade to the water would be more fitting. Hygene: The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The cleaning staff were all smiles and greeted me warmly, which put me in a good mood. Service: Whether it was the concierge on the first floor or the staff in the executive lounge/breakfast restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Another stay that exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I'm not particularly fond of Shenzhen; the pace is suffocatingly fast, and the crowds make you question everything. But the moment I stepped into the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai, all my discomfort vanished. Cassie, who had contacted me in advance to confirm my special requests for check-in, appeared at the front desk at just the right time. She assisted with the check-in process with a lovely smile—it's truly rare to see such genuine smiles in Shenzhen 💖. Now, about the hotel's hygiene, facilities, and linens: as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, no visible hygiene issues mean no issues at all 😂. The room's V&B luxury bathroom with a double vanity is perfect for couples. The shower and bathtub are arranged together, ensuring perfect wet/dry separation. The fluffy, pristine towel set deserves special praise; I haven't had such an experience in a long time. The bedding, besides being white and soft, also had a subtle pattern, instantly elevating its class and matching the hotel's positioning. This trip was to see Xiao Mei's live performance at the Wanyou Space opposite, which was a 5-minute walk – truly the best choice. The hotel is next to the Bao'an District Culture and Sports Center, and not far from the seaside. Next time, if I have more time, I'll definitely explore the bookstore and watch the sunset. Finally, I must mention the complimentary breakfast specially offered by Cassie; it's truly worth trying and absolutely worth the money.

My stay at Shenzhen Orange Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident throughout. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully providing recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The room facilities are complete and it's very clean, a non-smoking room with no strange odors. You can see Window of the World from the window. The king-size bed is a bit soft, but the children's bed is just right. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and the taste is decent. Yitian Plaza is downstairs, there's a food street nearby, and a metro station not far away, making transportation convenient. However, the underground parking lot is on B3 of Yitian Plaza and is quite old. On rainy days, there's a bit of an odor... I hope it can be upgraded and renovated in the future.
