"The lobby had an unpleasant, musty smell, like it had been damp and stuffy for a long time.
Service, however, was quite good. We booked a family room, and they called beforehand to ask how many children we had, if they were boys or girls, and if we needed bed rails.
Finding our room was like navigating a maze. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet in the bathroom was a 'fake' smart toilet.
The hotel breakfast had very limited variety and the taste wasn't great.
Remember to ask the front desk to register your car.
Overall, aside from the breakfast, it was a decent stay."

"The hotel's exterior looks quite new, but the room design and construction are rather mediocre and a bit dated. Also, the standard twin rooms have an open-plan bathroom, so after showering, you're essentially drying off in the living area, which would be awkward even for couples. Plus, the standard twin rooms are all located near the elevators, offering little privacy. The renovation quality is generally poor and feels a bit rough around the edges, definitely not up to the standard of a new international brand hotel. The air quality in the room wasn't great; my throat felt swollen after the air conditioning had been on for a while, possibly indicating it hasn't been cleaned recently."

GGuest UserThe sea-view room completely exceeded my expectations. Even though the weather wasn't great, the scenery was still stunning. The room layout was very comfortable, and the noodles for breakfast were delicious. The service was also excellent; they proactively sent kids' amenities to our room when they saw children were checking in. There was even a late-night snack, but unfortunately, I was too full to try it. It's super close to K11 downstairs and the beach, and the Prince Bay area is really chill.

GGuest UserThis is my fourth stay here, and it's simply the perfect place for a family vacation with kids. I have relatively high standards for hotels, but this place meets them all.
**Hotel Location:** It's about an hour and a half drive from the city center, assuming no traffic. The hotel boasts incredible views and a private beach. I love that it's uncrowded with clean sand, giving the kids plenty of freedom to play.
**Hotel Dining:** The prices for food are quite reasonable, especially compared to many seafood stalls outside. The fresh-squeezed orange juice, which my kids love, is only 9 yuan a cup, and cocktails are 28 yuan a cup. The bartender's skills are excellent – seriously, the drinks are amazing!
**Butler Service:** They are incredibly responsive and come whenever called.
**Hotel Room:** Clean and tidy. What I particularly appreciate is that many of the daily necessities in the room are brands we use at home. The tissues are Tempo, the hairdryer is Dyson, and even the laundry detergent is Walch pine scent. These little details really cater to a mom's needs. Plus, the mini-bar drinks are complimentary.
**Services:** They offer spa treatments, singing bowl therapy, yacht excursions, bonfires, and seashell crafting.
**Overall:** If you're looking for peace and quiet, a place where kids can freely play in the sand, and an all-in-one experience for dining, entertainment, and accommodation without needing to drive out for meals, this place is incredibly hassle-free.
However, I do have one suggestion: the menu needs to be updated. I've stayed here so often that I've gotten tired of the current options.

I recently stayed a few days at The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai and was genuinely blown away. I just had to give it a shout-out!
**First off, the view – absolutely unbeatable!**
Staying on a high floor was incredible; the entire Qianhai Bay stretched out beneath me. Sipping tea by the window in the afternoon, watching the bustling metropolis below, just instantly uplifted my mood. The room's design was aesthetically pleasing – sophisticated but not ostentatious, making me feel completely relaxed.
**Special shout-out to the breakfast 🥐**
The breakfast at The St. Regis is no joke. The variety made it hard to choose, and everything tasted authentic. I especially loved their freshly made pastries and coffee. Eating breakfast in a 'cloud restaurant' truly felt like the good life.
**A must-mention, high praise for my butler, Rania! ✨**
Rania absolutely deserves credit for making my stay so comfortable. She’s not only incredibly beautiful but also has a super healing smile. Her kindness wasn't just superficial politeness; she was genuinely nice and truly cared.
Whether helping me with small tasks or meticulously catering to my little habits, she handled everything perfectly, without ever making me feel pressured. That level of thoughtfulness and attentiveness really maximized the sense of well-being during this stay!
**In summary:**
Environment: perfect. Breakfast: perfect. Service: top-tier. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with great views in Shenzhen, just go for this place with your eyes closed! And remember to ask for Rania; the experience will truly be different~

Every day, I'd return to a completely refreshed room—spotless floors and all surfaces meticulously wiped clean. They managed to maintain tidiness without disturbing my personal items at all. This level of meticulous observation and proactive service genuinely made me feel respected and cared for. Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

GGuest UserI first fell in love with The Langham when I stayed there in Los Angeles, then I went to The Langham Guangzhou for my second visit, and now Shenzhen is my third. My biggest impression this time is how incredibly soundproof the hotel is! The room was spacious and fully functional with a clever design. I only took two photos, but they can't describe how much I loved it! They gave me a room right by the elevator, which I was worried about because I'm sensitive to noise. I wanted to ask the front desk to change rooms, but they were fully booked, so I had to just stick with it. However, I slept incredibly well! I could only occasionally hear a faint 'ding' from the elevator when I was right at my door, and there was no noise from people talking in the hallway. It was so quiet! So comfortable! I briefly experienced the lounge. It wasn't as good as the one in Guangzhou, but it was sufficient. There were a lot of foreigners there, haha! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room was spotless, with no hidden dirt, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and room service was prompt. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it! 2203993****The location is good, right next to Lianhua Mountain. Downstairs there's a restaurant, and across the street, there's a small supermarket and other dining options. Cross the pedestrian bridge and you're in Meilin, so it's very convenient for food.
Subway: It's about 600-700 meters from Lianhua North Station (Line 4), a 5-6 minute walk.
Hotel Environment: It's a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated.
Service: The service was very good, and they responded quickly. When I checked into my room, I found the door lock was broken, and the hotel immediately upgraded my room. That was excellent!👍🏻
Overall, the value for money is pretty good, considering the price and the advantageous location.
