"The most delightful surprise of this stay was the concierge service. Their attentiveness, which went far beyond their duties, truly added a personal touch to what could have been a routine experience. While facilities may age and sea views can become commonplace, genuine human warmth and thoughtfulness always leave a lasting impression. If I return, it will definitely be to experience that professional level of service again."

"The location is incredibly convenient; it's right next to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping super easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Shuibei Market – just a few minutes' walk! The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even offer free late-night congee. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Redeeming points through Ctrip was also a smooth process. Highly recommended!"

CCanniudexiaoweibaWe booked this room for our wedding anniversary and used Ctrip's upgrade benefit. To our surprise, the hotel directly upgraded us to a suite, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel facilities are very well-maintained and don't feel old at all. The service was also excellent; staff members greeted us warmly and even enthusiastically showed us the way. The hotel's food was also great, and our child loved it. Plus, it's not far from Huafa Ice & Snow World and Waide Vientiane City, so many Hong Kongers stay here. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my family and I have already decided to come back again in the summer!

RReoI absolutely loved my stay here. As a member of another hotel group, Noa showed me a refreshing attitude and new ideas—nothing formulaic or generic. The intriguing room perfectly suited my free spirit. I even pulled out a mini-stool, a deeply ingrained habit for Chinese people, and it instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my grandpa making leather stools. Turning on the speaker and playing 'Generationwhy,' I danced freely to the rhythm. This became my personal utopia, and the fragrance by the sink felt like my own pheromone spray. Starting my 2026 here, I witnessed my own sense of self reaching a surprisingly clear level, and I felt incredibly happy. I believe that whenever I feel lost, scared, or defeated in the future, I'll think of this place and want to return. So, I have a small suggestion: I hope you continue operating for a very long time. The flickering green light from the electrical box seeping through the cracks can be a bit disruptive to sleep. Also, there's a red dot inside the ceiling vent by the head of the bed, which can be unsettling when you look up after turning off the lights. I initially wanted to take a piece of this connection with me, so I asked the front desk if I could purchase the 'Super Vitality Factory × FDC' plush ornament collaboration. However, I was told they only sold the flowers without pots and at a certain markup, which ultimately let go of my small obsession. But it's okay, after some effort, I managed to find out the brand and scent of the fragrance used here, which still leaves me with a scent-based memory. Unfortunately, I missed the welcome drink and spa experience due to my period, which was a slight regret. Since it's a Chinese brand, perhaps offering one or two hot welcome drinks in the future would be a more thoughtful touch. Nevertheless, it's alright; even a utopia doesn't have to be perfect. Happy New Year, and I look forward to my next stay.

AAnonymous UserThe drive up the mountain road was a bit challenging, but it was definitely worth it to escape the hustle and bustle. There's a great variety of room types, all offering beautiful views of either the mountains or the sea. We tried the shell painting, bonfire, fireworks, hand drum lessons, and even a yacht trip – all the little activities were thoughtfully arranged. It was a bit windy and chilly by the sea during the off-season, but the consistent quality and excellent value of the Chinese restaurant were well worth trying. After checking out, I also went for a spa massage – it was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling completely satisfied. The staff were very hardworking and their attentive service deserves high praise.

DDunkelberg🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An absolutely exceptional stay, far exceeding expectations | A hotel that truly embodies 'people-first' in every detail. I really want to give The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai a super five-star rating after this stay. Firstly, I must particularly commend the reception team at the front desk. It's very rare to see this: all front desk staff are seated while assisting guests. This might seem like a small detail, but I find it to be a very sophisticated and incredibly human-centered approach to corporate management – staff are relaxed, professional, and the entire communication process is gentle and patient, without any 'assembly line' superficiality. It's clear the hotel genuinely respects its employees, and in turn, the employees naturally extend this respect to the guests. Secondly, the overall ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and comfortable. From the moment you step in, you can feel the consistent gravitas, elegance, and order that St. Regis is known for. The service process is professional yet not rigid, making you feel very much at ease. Especially worth mentioning – the hotel's signature scent is absolutely divine! It's not a harsh commercial fragrance, but a very refined, warm, and memorable aroma that instantly makes you relax upon entering the hotel. You even find yourself wanting to ask, 'What brand is this fragrance?' Thirdly, and what truly moved me: the incredibly humane handling of situations. Due to our own circumstances, we weren't able to check out on time, and I was mentally prepared for the standard procedure. However, the hotel didn't mechanically enforce the rules; instead, they were incredibly friendly and considerate, extending our check-out time based on the guests' actual situation. There was no difficulty in the entire communication process; they completely thought from the guest's perspective. This feeling of being understood and respected really adds value. To sum it up: This is not just a hotel that relies on its hardware; it's a hotel that has achieved top-tier standards in its management philosophy, employee well-being, service warmth, and detailed guest experience. If you're looking for a hotel in Shenzhen that offers international standards and genuinely makes you feel 'well-treated,' this place is definitely worth revisiting. An unreserved, super five-star recommendation. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

FFanfanbufanAfter spending 5 days in Dali and then flying back to Shanghai via Shenzhen, I made a point to visit the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen, which was on my MO List. The hotel, designed by SOM Architects, consists of a 388-meter tall tower and the tech-forward 'The Cube' podium. The Cube's exterior is made of panoramic glass curtain walls, offering guests inside expansive, sweeping views. Lingnan Elements: The hotel cleverly incorporates Lingnan features like grey brick walls, adding a touch of sophisticated cultural heritage to its luxury. Detail-Oriented Guests Will Rejoice: Marble bathrooms, walk-in closets, oversized bathtubs, and rainfall showers – every detail tells you: you deserve the best! 🪭 Fans of M.O. Members: Who understands the feeling of being pampered by MO? Surprise Perks: Since I booked an Executive Room, I chose a SPA Credit and late check-out until 4 PM. I was greeted with thoughtful arrangements and personalized amenities. I absolutely love this feeling of being 'remembered' and 'pampered' by MO! 🥢 Last week, I tried Master Hui's Guangzhou branch, and this time I came to 'Oriental Bay – by Master Hui' in Shenzhen for a taste. This restaurant is also helmed by Master Huang Jinghui, who boasts two Michelin stars. It specializes in innovative Cantonese cuisine, blending the essence of traditional Cantonese dishes with modern cooking techniques. In terms of taste, it was slightly less impressive than 'Jiang – by Master Hui' in Guangzhou. Recommended Dishes: Steamed Hairy Crab with Egg White Custard, Black Garlic and Preserved Vegetable Snow Beef, Handmade Crucian Carp Porridge, and Seasonal Soup (recommended for solo diners) 💆🏻♂️ Spa Center: Embark on a revitalizing journey for your body and mind. 🏊 High-Altitude Pool: Located on the 68th floor, this 20-meter indoor heated pool features a cathedral-like 30-meter high ceiling, making you feel like you're swimming in a 'sky mirror'! There's also a hot spring massage pool ♨️ nearby – a soak after your swim washes away all fatigue. 💆🏻♂️ SPA Experience: This time, I opted for MO's classic Oriental Essence. The 90-minute session featured professional yet gentle techniques from the therapist. In the serene environment, listening to soothing music, I felt my body and mind were completely 'rebooted'. 🌃 Stunning Views: While enjoying the spa, you can also overlook Lianhua Mountain and the city skyline – a double delight of 'scenery + healing'!

MM225457****The room was very spacious. We stayed for several days and were upgraded to a bay view room. The south-facing aspect provided excellent natural light, and it was clean and hygienic. The gym and pool were fantastic – large, new, and well-equipped. The shower area even had hot springs and a dry sauna, which was incredibly enjoyable. On the third floor, there's a Spring Full Garden Cantonese dim sum restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. The hotel is also conveniently located near OH BAY and Uniwalk, so I highly recommend it. J.W. Marriott is consistently reliable as always.

FFengkuangdetuzi204I'm a bit unclear whether St. Regis's ”butler service” means a specific person contacts you at check-in or beforehand, and is responsible until you check out, or if it just refers to the guest service hotline on the in-room phone. The public areas are worth a visit, including the rooftop bar. The predominantly dark color scheme gives it an 'old money' feel, not at all gaudy. The play of light and shadow from dusk till nightfall is especially captivating. Many new hotels nowadays favor lighter colors, which can come across as a bit too 'young' or 'fresh'. The room showed some wear and tear, and there was the often-complained-about carpet (an unsolvable issue unless regularly replaced). The view facing Ping An Finance Center is actually quite ordinary, just a small pillar, and these rooms tend to be a bit smaller, feeling like they were carved out of a storage space. Rooms facing Hong Kong are a normal size, and looking across a 'ditch' at it gives a strange feeling (I haven't been to Hong Kong). I requested a room change for the view, and the hotel was very accommodating. There were welcome fruits. As a regular guest, I don't expect much more. The gym equipment is relatively complete. Breakfast doesn't offer à la carte options, and the variety is decent, but some items were subpar – the rice rolls were mushy and flavorless. Ice cream at breakfast is a plus, though. There was a queue for breakfast, which is the only hotel in Shenzhen I've encountered this at so far, even during New Year's Day, other hotels didn't have this. The strangest thing was being asked for my room card by staff when I went to explore the lobby public areas and bar at night. And I didn't see anyone else being checked during my stay (except when entering the breakfast restaurant). Perhaps I didn't look like someone who could afford to stay at the St. Regis. However, the attitude was quite different when they pressed me for a five-star review during check-out.

GGuest UserThe Four Seasons Shenzhen is truly one of the best hotels in the city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Rachel, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Upon learning that we were in Shenzhen to celebrate our anniversary, she kindly upgraded our room and arranged a beautiful surprise with rose decorations and a cake. Thank you to the Four Seasons team for making our anniversary so special and memorable. The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations and Coco Park, making it very easy to get around. We initially planned to stay for three nights, but due to the hotel’s excellent location, comfort, and outstanding service, we decided to extend our stay by an additional two nights. The Four Seasons is now our top choice in Shenzhen, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The only disappointment during our stay was the limited minibar selection, and the fact that soft drinks were charged. This did not quite meet our expectations for a five-star hotel.

GGuest UserIt was pretty nice and spacious hotel room, clean with nice city view.I would just say it start to becoming a bit old maybe , with bathroom shower being a bit old .Staff was nice but unfortunately no one speak any English so communication is difficult even with translator...Would be lovely to have some lobby staff speaking a little bit of English .Great price room look like some International hotel with elegant and tasteful decor like executive style .The included breakfirst was disappointing though as not a buffet or have any international features .Chinese local style but what we could eat was good and well made .
