"The lobby had an unpleasant, musty smell, like it had been damp and stuffy for a long time.
Service, however, was quite good. We booked a family room, and they called beforehand to ask how many children we had, if they were boys or girls, and if we needed bed rails.
Finding our room was like navigating a maze. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet in the bathroom was a 'fake' smart toilet.
The hotel breakfast had very limited variety and the taste wasn't great.
Remember to ask the front desk to register your car.
Overall, aside from the breakfast, it was a decent stay."

"The hotel's exterior looks quite new, but the room design and construction are rather mediocre and a bit dated. Also, the standard twin rooms have an open-plan bathroom, so after showering, you're essentially drying off in the living area, which would be awkward even for couples. Plus, the standard twin rooms are all located near the elevators, offering little privacy. The renovation quality is generally poor and feels a bit rough around the edges, definitely not up to the standard of a new international brand hotel. The air quality in the room wasn't great; my throat felt swollen after the air conditioning had been on for a while, possibly indicating it hasn't been cleaned recently."

QQinqiedichengziI rarely bother to write reviews, but this stay truly made me feel like I was back in the golden age of five-star hotels from over a decade ago. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping and the lobby bar, delivered genuine five-star service – warm, polite, and dedicated, without ever asking for a good review. Allen, who helped me check in, Neil, who assisted with my check-out, and the attentive and responsible concierge, Lin Ziping, all left a lasting impression. It's been years since I've experienced such a service team. The hotel's management must be incredibly professional, dedicated, and competent. When I saw that the hotel's yoga room had been converted into a children's play area, and that the front desk offered complimentary bubble machines, bicycles, and even camping gear, I couldn't help but admire the management's flexibility and thoughtfulness. In an era where everything is driven by maximizing profit, I truly felt a commitment to quality service here. It's incredibly rare to find this level of service today, especially with the general decline in traditional five-star hotel quality. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Shenzhen again.

GGuest UserOf all the resort hotels I've stayed at, this one offered the best value for money! Seriously, highly recommend.
**Ambiance:**
Nestled in the mountains, it's incredibly quiet and the air is wonderfully fresh. The hotel management is very strict and well-organized, prioritizing guest privacy with a seamless process. The lobby is divided into phases one and two, and while most facilities are in phase one, getting there from phase two is very convenient. There's a dedicated shuttle service, so waiting is almost never an issue.
**Service:**
The day before check-in, the hotel called to provide directions and inquire about services needing pre-booking. Their response time to messages and service requests was incredibly fast! The butlers are all young, and their service etiquette is excellent. Without exception, every staff member greeted us proactively. Upon arrival, a butler helped us with our luggage to the room.
**Facilities:**
Every corner of the room was filled with thoughtful details:
- **Marshall speaker**
- **Bulgari mini toiletries** (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
- **Branded primer** (First time seeing a hotel provide primer – so thoughtful for female guests!)
- **Tempo tissues**
- **Coca-Cola (regular and zero sugar)** (Completely hit mine and my boyfriend's preferences!)
The bedding was just right, not too soft, not too firm, and the pillows were high/low goose down! Coming here to relax, I truly had a deep, restful sleep.
The soundproofing was also excellent. Even though we were on the first floor, we didn't hear any noise.
The area leading down to the bathtub in the bathroom even had floor heating! This attention to detail is truly impressive; as someone in the same industry, I learned a lot.
All rooms include a 45-minute yacht experience. The captain was very attentive, and after a full tour, he would stop specifically for ladies to take photos.
The travel photography package was 168 for half an hour, all original photos included, plus nine retouched ones! Super worthwhile and the photographer's skills were great.
**Dining:**
The hotel has both a Western and a Chinese restaurant. The value for money is simply unbeatable! Prices are almost at cost. I've never seen coffee for 6 yuan in my life, and the juices were also very affordable. Breakfast was served in the Chinese restaurant. While the variety wasn't huge, every single dish was delicious!! Highly recommend the shrimp dumplings!! You can tell they're freshly made. The noodle soups were fragrant with fried garlic oil. There was also fresh squeezed orange juice. We couldn't even try everything!
There's so much more to praise, I can't even finish! I'll definitely try all the branches of your brand! Truly love it.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Very close to the Ferris wheel, great for a run along the beach, relatively quiet and good for relaxing. Yet, it's also very convenient for getting to nearby commercial areas – taxis pick you up instantly. Even closer to the airport.
Room Amenities: Fully equipped, which is expected for this price point. However, the user experience has many excellent details, such as the bedside power control being conveniently located on the side. Although there's a connecting ladder, you can transfer to the 34th floor directly from your room, which is even more convenient, giving guests more options than just going to the front desk. You can leave luggage directly with the staff at the front desk. Product details are the core competitiveness in today's market.
Breakfast: The cheese and salad sections are very rich. For Chinese breakfast, there's a good variety of congee, noodles, and rice noodles, especially the 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) which come in many flavors.
Service: Polite and courteous, with very quick responses.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

From the moment I arrived, the guest services staff were exceptionally attentive. They proactively greeted me with enthusiasm, efficiently helped with my luggage, and guided me through the check-in process. Their demeanor was consistently warm and friendly, never feeling perfunctory. During check-in, they patiently answered all my questions, providing detailed explanations for everything from travel itineraries and local attractions to any accommodation-related needs. They even proactively noted my travel plans and offered thoughtful suggestions, demonstrating professionalism and genuine care in every detail.
Throughout my stay, the guest services team's support was constant. Any request I made was addressed immediately and handled efficiently and thoroughly. They never shirked responsibility and consistently prioritized guests' needs. Every team member greeted me with a smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome. Their service was thoughtful, meticulous, and responsible, and their professionalism alleviated all my travel concerns, making the entire stay exceptionally comfortable and smooth.
This guest services team, with their genuine sincerity and professional service, delivered an outstanding stay experience. With such a dedicated service team, this hotel is truly an excellent choice, and I will definitely choose to stay here first on my next visit!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel last minute after spending two days in Dameisha, and to my surprise, the experience was fantastic. From service to ambiance, dining to cleanliness, the Ritz-Carlton perfectly showcased the quality expected of a top luxury hotel. The day before check-in, a staff member contacted me to inquire about my preferences and schedule. The next day, I had a smooth check-in, and they thoughtfully prepared toiletries for my child. I had seen some reviews saying the hotel wasn't very welcoming to children, but that's absolutely not true! From the doorman to the lobby staff and every other team member I encountered, everyone was incredibly warm, sincere, and polite. Traveling with my two children, I felt truly touched by their kindness. The room was clean, bright, and airy, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was comfortable, and they even offered a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a huge plus for a picky sleeper like me. The breakfast was rich and exquisite – and I say that based on comparisons with other hotels in the same price range. The outdoor pool also deserves a special mention; the night view, in particular, was stunning, far more impressive in person than in pictures. This time, I was short on time and couldn't experience the spa, but I did try the indoor hot spring and steam room, which were incredibly relaxing and washed away the fatigue of a long day. To sum up the Ritz-Carlton in one sentence: it's a hotel you won't want to leave, and one you'll definitely return to.

GGuest UserI first fell in love with The Langham when I stayed there in Los Angeles, then I went to The Langham Guangzhou for my second visit, and now Shenzhen is my third. My biggest impression this time is how incredibly soundproof the hotel is! The room was spacious and fully functional with a clever design. I only took two photos, but they can't describe how much I loved it! They gave me a room right by the elevator, which I was worried about because I'm sensitive to noise. I wanted to ask the front desk to change rooms, but they were fully booked, so I had to just stick with it. However, I slept incredibly well! I could only occasionally hear a faint 'ding' from the elevator when I was right at my door, and there was no noise from people talking in the hallway. It was so quiet! So comfortable! I briefly experienced the lounge. It wasn't as good as the one in Guangzhou, but it was sufficient. There were a lot of foreigners there, haha! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

From check-in and being escorted to our room by the butler, to their 24-hour quick responses throughout our stay – everything was commendable! The room arrangements, breakfast seating, and breakfast variety all showcased excellent management. The staff were all incredibly friendly. My daughter scraped her knee at the pool, and a staff member immediately brought a first-aid kit to help. It was a very satisfying stay, and our whole family was delighted!

The room was spotless, with no hidden dirt, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design and plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and room service was prompt. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and I highly recommend it! 2203993****The location is good, right next to Lianhua Mountain. Downstairs there's a restaurant, and across the street, there's a small supermarket and other dining options. Cross the pedestrian bridge and you're in Meilin, so it's very convenient for food.
Subway: It's about 600-700 meters from Lianhua North Station (Line 4), a 5-6 minute walk.
Hotel Environment: It's a bit older, so the facilities are a little dated.
Service: The service was very good, and they responded quickly. When I checked into my room, I found the door lock was broken, and the hotel immediately upgraded my room. That was excellent!👍🏻
Overall, the value for money is pretty good, considering the price and the advantageous location.
