InterContinental Shenzhen

Arrived at noon on July 13th for my fourth stay. The front desk staff kindly arranged for my luggage to be placed in a room that was still being cleaned, allowing me to change and head straight to the pool for a swim. The front desk was very thoughtful, and the breakfast was excellent. A very satisfying one-night stay.

We booked an executive twin room for two nights, which was very comfortable. We could go to the lounge for snacks anytime. The kids especially loved the pool with its artificial beach where they could play in the sand. There are also indoor and outdoor playgrounds, though the indoor one costs extra. Dafne was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, even granting us a late check-out! 👍🤗

This hotel offers excellent service and is conveniently located, making it perfect for families with children. It features a kids' playhouse, a beach, a swimming pool, a carousel, and other recreational facilities. The staff are also very professional. When I was leaving, a staff member proactively offered to help me with my luggage to the lobby, which made me feel like I was receiving five-star service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast selection is extensive. You can choose your own fruits and vegetables and have the hotel staff juice them for you, which was a delightful surprise. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Our stay with the kids was absolutely perfect! The butler service was attentive and excellent, with a special shout-out to Guest Relations Manager Hesper! 🫶 She responded to all our questions immediately and handled everything diligently, not just going through the motions. The hotel's kids' play area was fantastic, and our child had so much fun they didn't want to leave even when it was time to check out. The room was clean and comfortable, making the entire trip effortless and enjoyable. This is definitely our top choice for family travel, and we'll be back for sure on our next vacation!

This is our second stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT, and once again, it brought so much joy and pleasant surprises to our entire family! The hotel's Utopia Wonderland is simply a paradise for children. The diverse handicraft and cooking classes provided an excellent experience for the kids, and the fantastic outdoor water park kept them so entertained they didn't want to leave. They simply couldn't tear themselves away. I especially want to thank our dedicated service butler, Jason, the Guest Relations Officer. He proactively contacted us before our check-in, carefully understanding our needs in advance. His attentive care throughout our stay made us feel incredibly well looked after and warm. Having such professional and personable butler service truly enhanced our trip. Whether it's the facilities, children's entertainment, or the hospitality, this is an excellent choice for a family vacation. We will definitely be back again!

The top choice resort hotel for families with kids! It boasts both indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic man-made beach atmosphere, and the water park slides are incredibly fun. The kids' club offers a wide variety of activities, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Aggie (Xiao Ju) was incredibly warm, attentive, and provided meticulous service. A truly great experience!

This time, my family and I took a short break from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, and choosing the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort was definitely the right decision – I give it a five-star recommendation! I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Sami, whose service was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. From pre-arrival arrangements and room allocation to any needs we had during our stay, messages were replied to instantly, and any small issues were promptly and properly handled. Sami was polite and thoughtful. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to many attractions, making getting around very easy. The resort environment is full of holiday vibes; the huge outdoor pool and simulated beach were my kids' favorite spots – they could play all day and not want to leave. The room was spacious with a large balcony offering excellent garden views, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The indoor swimming pool is also well-maintained with great facilities, so we felt very comfortable swimming, and the kids had a wonderful time. The staff were also very good, especially Jason, who provided us with warm tips and great care.

InterContinental Shenzhen OCT is perfect for families with kids, offering an abundance of child-friendly facilities. It boasts a beautiful man-made beach and pools, along with water features and an indoor swimming pool. All the facilities are very new and well-equipped. We also stumbled upon a free outdoor playground, and the kids absolutely loved the carousel. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a rich selection and guaranteed quality. The oysters were especially sweet and delicious. Our butler, Sami, was incredibly polite and attentive. She responded immediately to any questions and helped us resolve issues, making our trip absolutely perfect. ☺️☺️ We'll definitely be back to InterContinental if we get the chance. The staff were all very polite too!
