MM413705****I was in town for a business trip and my friend recommended Futian Huanggang Intercity Hotel, saying the staff were great on his many stays there. So I took his advice and booked this place. As soon as I walked into the lobby, there was a lovely, comforting scent. It was also my first time seeing a weather display and a small map in a hotel lobby, which felt very upscale. Check-in was super quick and the staff were very professional.

Upon entering, you immediately notice how well-maintained and clean everything is – no clutter or stains, which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. The service is absolutely impeccable; the staff are warm, attentive, and constantly mindful of guests' needs. Whether it's checking in, asking questions, or requesting assistance, you receive prompt and professional responses and solutions. Plus, the hotel's surroundings are pleasant, and there are many food delivery options nearby.

The front desk service was attentive and efficient; they not only processed my check-in quickly but also thoroughly explained the supper service hours and afternoon tea rules. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned in every corner. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the bathroom facilities were pristine, making for a truly reassuring stay. The hotel environment is stylish and modern, with bright and clean public areas. The room layout is well-designed, offering excellent natural light and ventilation, which made it exceptionally comfortable. The facilities are top-notch: high-speed WiFi, a large-screen TV, stable hot water supply, and a comfortable mattress all contributed to an outstanding experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the Huaqiangbei business district, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making getting around a breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, far exceeding other Huazhu hotels in the same category. The complimentary supper was a thoughtful touch, and the afternoon tea for Platinum members was exquisite and tasty. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; closing the window completely blocked out the outside noise, ensuring a quiet and pleasant night's sleep. The price is affordable, and members can enjoy many exclusive benefits, making it an incredible value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen.

AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations and can best be described as a genuine “home away from home.” It is rare to find a hotel that performs so well across comfort, service, location, and thoughtful details, and this experience left a very lasting impression. First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether for business travel or a relaxing getaway, this is a hotel I would confidently recommend. It is absolutely a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

The environment is stunning and offers ultimate privacy, with the clear blue sea and golden sand just a stone's throw away. The infinity pool is perfect for photos! The service was attentive and thoughtful, with personalized touches and prompt room service making every moment incredibly pleasant. A small incident occurred when a fire broke out early in the morning at the Vanke Tianqin Villa project across the way. My father, who was exercising on our sea-view balcony, happened to spot it and promptly called the fire department, which helped prevent significant damage.

Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40. Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨ The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!
