MMasonmanThis stay was at the Intercity Hotel Futian Huanggang in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. My first visit to Shenzhen left a good impression, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival! Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring. For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective? Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

They managed to maintain tidiness without disturbing my personal items at all. This level of meticulous observation and proactive service genuinely made me feel respected and cared for. YYao0106Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways. Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is also excellent, convenient for getting around and dining. The facilities are well-maintained, and I had a great night's sleep.
