The room facilities and equipment were all excellent, and the hotel's environment was great. The service was also very good. There are many restaurants nearby, and the room came with two bottles of BaiSuiShan water and other drinks. They also offer a thoughtful package including afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Jennifer is always warm and friendly, and she consistently remembers my preferences, which is a truly thoughtful touch. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and ensures a good night's sleep, and the public areas are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is convenient, offering excellent value for money. Every stay feels like coming home, and I'll keep coming back. The hotel facilities are quite complete. There's a self-service laundry and a fitness area on the 14th floor. They even offer late-night snacks on the 14th floor after 9 PM. The room offers great value for money. The front desk lobby has a stylish design, and staff like Yoyo are very thoughtful during check-in, even asking if you're on a business trip. Hotel parking is free, and they'll even prepare breakfast to go. Overall, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

Facilities: The design is truly excellent, giving off a full resort vibe, perfect for taking photos. Environment: The location is also great; it's convenient to get to Dameisha Beach by subway. Service: Very good, they upgraded our room for free. Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining. Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance. Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Resort Experience in Shenzhen Our stay at MGM Shenzhen exceeded expectations and was one of the most complete resort experiences we have had in the Greater Bay Area. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern architecture, direct beach access, extensive resort facilities, and stunning views of the South China Sea. We booked an ocean-view room and the view alone was worth it. The balcony featured a large daybed overlooking the beach, pools, gardens, and coastline, making it the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Amenities included a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, premium tea selections, complimentary bottled water, minibar beverages, wine glasses, quality bath amenities, indoor slippers, beach slippers, and even shoe-care accessories. Attention to detail throughout the room was impressive and reflected the luxury standard of the property. The resort facilities are excellent. There are multiple swimming pools, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, direct beach access, children’s play and water areas, and plenty of outdoor space for both families and couples. The beach was clean, the water was calm, and the entire resort felt peaceful despite being in one of China’s busiest cities. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. Rather than a simple hotel activity, MGM organized a full outdoor show featuring professional dancers, fire performers, music, special effects, and interactive entertainment. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, attracting guests of all ages and creating a memorable resort experience after sunset. It felt more like a special event than standard hotel entertainment and was something we genuinely looked forward to each evening. Service throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. What impressed us most was how complete the overall experience felt. Between the beach, pools, ocean views, resort facilities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms, it truly felt like a destination in itself rather than simply a place to stay. You could easily spend several days here without feeling the need to leave the property. As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care! I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized. As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal. The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time.

I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! I noted it was my birthday in advance, and the staff thoughtfully decorated the room, preparing a lovely birthday cake and fresh, plump welcome fruits – it felt so special. The room offered a fantastic view; drawing back the curtains in the evening, we were treated to a dazzling cityscape, which really set a wonderful mood. During our stay, any request we had was handled incredibly quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and we felt well looked after throughout. This birthday stay left us with truly wonderful memories. I honestly recommend this hotel and will choose it again for future trips. The hotel's location is convenient, and my family of four had a great stay, especially the breakfast restaurant on the first floor. There's a wide variety of food options, plenty of ice cream, and the Crown noodles were particularly good. The service was excellent too!
