GGuest UserThe hotel is really easy to find, super close to the subway station which makes getting to the airport a breeze. The area is great too, with tons of restaurants nearby and a lively street with a few big shopping malls. We visited Coastal City, Talent Park, and Shenzhen Bay Park, all very convenient from here. The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so warm and friendly, always ready to help and understand our needs. The room they assigned us was perfect and we loved it. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, with excellent soundproofing, even with many people around. My friends really liked it too, and every single staff member at the hotel was so enthusiastic. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was good.

Our stay at MGM Shenzhen exceeded expectations and was one of the most complete resort experiences we have had in the Greater Bay Area.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern architecture, direct beach access, extensive resort facilities, and stunning views of the South China Sea. We booked an ocean-view room and the view alone was worth it. The balcony featured a large daybed overlooking the beach, pools, gardens, and coastline, making it the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Amenities included a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, premium tea selections, complimentary bottled water, minibar beverages, wine glasses, quality bath amenities, indoor slippers, beach slippers, and even shoe-care accessories. Attention to detail throughout the room was impressive and reflected the luxury standard of the property.
The resort facilities are excellent. There are multiple swimming pools, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, direct beach access, children’s play and water areas, and plenty of outdoor space for both families and couples. The beach was clean, the water was calm, and the entire resort felt peaceful despite being in one of China’s busiest cities.
One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. Rather than a simple hotel activity, MGM organized a full outdoor show featuring professional dancers, fire performers, music, special effects, and interactive entertainment. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, attracting guests of all ages and creating a memorable resort experience after sunset. It felt more like a special event than standard hotel entertainment and was something we genuinely looked forward to each evening.
Service throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful.
What impressed us most was how complete the overall experience felt. Between the beach, pools, ocean views, resort facilities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms, it truly felt like a destination in itself rather than simply a place to stay. You could easily spend several days here without feeling the need to leave the property.

The guest services team was, once again, professional and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. They even helped arrange a room upgrade. The hotel's overall environment is comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. Both the quality of service and the overall experience consistently remain at a high standard. The pool and gym are well-maintained, perfectly meeting the need for relaxation during business trips. A special shout-out to Eva, who was prompt and meticulous with her arrangements from check-in to check-out, significantly enhancing efficiency. GGuest UserI originally booked a standard room, but since it was my first time visiting, they kindly upgraded me to a larger one. The hotel room was quite smart, and the hotel itself was clean and hygienic. The service was very responsive to all requests, especially the facilities on the 14th floor – though small, they had everything. One side was the dining area with a nice view, and the other was a multi-functional area with self-service manicures 💅, an arcade, a fitness area, and an office area. Overall, it felt very cozy. The buffet breakfast didn't have many options, especially the fruit, which was just so-so. Overall, it was good, and my child wants to stay here again next time.

Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available.
Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

The ocean view room offered expansive views, and my child absolutely loved being able to see the sea from the balcony. The kids' club had a wide range of activities, and the pool had slides and a shallow area. The private beach was clean and uncrowded. The service was thoughtful; they proactively provided children's amenities, and the breakfast was plentiful. The butler even added me on WeChat before check-in, making communication timely and efficient, which was super convenient. Two days were spent relaxing and enjoying ourselves – definitely a top choice for a family getaway!

The Golden Key concierge team provided attentive service throughout my stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a lovely smile. I made a few casual suggestions during my stay, and the staff not only carefully noted them down and listened to my feedback, but also quickly provided an optimized solution, showing their practical and dedicated approach. The room was clean and dry, with comfortable furnishings, and any requests were handled promptly. Whether it was luggage storage or directions to nearby shopping areas, everything was handled efficiently. The entire service team was professional and discreet; they were never intrusive but always there to help when needed. As a business traveler, I felt completely at ease and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shenzhen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was very spacious, and the high-floor view was absolutely fantastic with plenty of natural light. The cleanliness was meticulous and thorough; both the bedding and bathroom were spotless and tidy. The air conditioning was powerful, making it incredibly comfortable to stay indoors during the hot and humid weather. The front desk staff were attentive and patient. The hotel is surrounded by a complete commercial area, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. For its price range, the facilities and service are top-notch. It offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it to cross-border travelers.
