前台服務熱情主動，免費升級房型，有免費洗衣房。這次有延遲退房服務確實方便一些。美中不足外邊醫院在建，一大早被吵醒，mini吧無免費飲品。

酒店跟描述上一摸一樣，位置巨佳，超級方便，去東門衹需要路程五分鐘，從酒店走出去過個馬路就是湖貝地鐵站，去羅湖口岸走過去路程10分鐘，酒店整潔乾淨，很寬敞明亮，窗簾打開採光很好，窗簾關上也不透光，而且酒店早上有早餐自助，品質也很好.
