"Blindly picked this hotel for a short trip and my experience exceeded expectations. The environment is serene and quiet, with lots of greenery which is very calming. Housekeeping was meticulous; no water stains in the bathroom, no hair on the floor. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even delivered takeout right to my door. The room facilities were well-maintained and looked brand new; plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a good rest after a long day. Super value for money!"

"During the summer vacation, I brought my family to Shenzhen and chose this hotel near Huaqiangbei. It's right next to the electronics market and very close to the subway station. Huaqiangbei Pedestrian Street is just across the road, and the AviCity mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. The room hygiene was decent, the air conditioning cooled well, and the hot water supply was pretty stable. The soundproofing was just okay, but it didn't disturb our sleep at night. The summer pricing was budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. It's a great base for family trips."

The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel.
One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room"

"Had a great time and experience in Tiantai No. 1 Homestay. The apartment is in a great location, very near to Dongmen Old Street/Pedestrian Street and many eateries. It is also within walking distance to Guomao Metro Station, King Glory Plaza and many more! The crew was really friendly and helpful. Xiao Fang was always ready to answer any questions I had, even before we arrived in Shenzhen and helped to make sure that our room was kept clean and well-stocked. Because our apartment is on the highest floor of the building, we had access to the rooftop where we could chill in the evening and enjoy the stunning skyline of Shenzhen.
If I have t o pick a bone, it will be the narrow spiral staircase leading to our apartment. Luckily, a male crew member was there to help with our heavy luggage. Otherwise, we may have a hard time bring them up and down the staircase.
I will definitely recommend Tiantai No.1 Homestay to my family and friends. Hopefully, we get to try our other rooms when we visit Shenzhen next time."

"This was my first time staying at an audio-visual themed hotel, and Qingmu completely blew my expectations out of the water! The location is right in the heart of Dongmen, making it incredibly convenient for evening strolls and shopping. There are convenience stores and bubble tea shops everywhere you look. The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful; they proactively explained how to use the in-room audio-visual equipment, and any questions I had were answered swiftly. The room was exceptionally clean – no musty smells or cigarette smoke. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were just the right height. The huge projector screen paired with the surround sound system made for an amazing experience, whether I was screen mirroring or watching a blockbuster; the picture quality was vibrant and crystal clear. The soundproofing in the walls was excellent, blocking out street and crowd noise, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Hot water was instantly available, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no standing water, plus amenities were replenished promptly. The price is affordable, yet the facilities are high-end, making it perfect for both couples and small gatherings with friends. I’ve already saved this place – Qingmu will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Shenzhen!"

Every detail is thoughtful, the sea breeze blows gently, and the sound of waves accompanies you to sleep. It is really a great place to have close contact with the sea. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some leisure time, this is definitely a good choice not to be missed!

GGivenchy__Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining.
Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged.
Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance.
Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in on my needs. The entire experience was very satisfying and complete. Thank you, InterContinental.

SsisisisiQI specifically chose a weekday during the off-season to experience this place, as the reviews I saw online seemed quite positive. This guesthouse is located at the foot of Qiniang Mountain, in a village situated in a low-lying area in the middle of Dapeng Peninsula. The houses in this village are neatly arranged, and this particular guesthouse is nestled in a corner, facing Qiniang Mountain.
The surrounding area feels like a traditional village. The interior design of the guesthouse is quite good, and the room facilities are decent, definitely above average for a guesthouse. It's very suitable for family trips. The bedding in my room and the large bay window were both very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the toilet seemed a bit clogged and wasn't flushing smoothly.
When I saw it in person, I thought it was pretty good.
The price during the off-season was quite reasonable, though it didn't include breakfast. Ordering breakfast separately was expensive, and there wasn't much good food elsewhere in the village. I had to walk quite a distance before finding a肠粉 (rice noodle roll) shop.
A big advantage here is the environment, with direct mountain views. The small courtyard downstairs is also beautifully designed, perfect for sitting and enjoying tea or simply relaxing. In the morning, you can also take the convenient mountain path for a hike, and there's a museum nearby that's worth a visit.

XXichengchengFacilities: The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathroom shower was very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Spotless! The bedding was excellent, especially the pillows – super comfy, full marks!
Environment: The concierge upgraded our room, which had a small balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the beach. The view was absolutely amazing! The beach has fine white sand, and you can catch crabs at night. Both the sunrise and sunset were beautiful!
Service: Our concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly thoughtful and sweet! She contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and made sure the AC was on. Her service was exceptional, and her charming smile always brightened our day. The seafood restaurant she recommended offered delivery service, and the food was delicious. She's truly reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jiaochangwei!

He took care of everything from check-in to check-out, making sure all our needs were met. The hotel facilities are excellent; the rooms come with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which is super convenient for longer stays. The pool is also fantastic. Thanks to Louis, this experience felt like a warm homecoming. Highly recommend!

JJenny yy wThis was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

KKinwI think this hotel is pretty good. The restaurant service is five-star because the food is really delicious. I truly think it's great, perhaps the chef is even Michelin-starred. The service attitude is also excellent because when we were late for breakfast, they prepared a fresh meal for us, which made me feel very warm and welcome. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully prepares little surprises for guests, which I also really appreciate. If I had to choose, I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time, as their attitude is genuinely wonderful and makes you feel right at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded – just a few people around. The sand was really fine, perfect for some quiet contemplation. The staff were super friendly and accommodating; they'd go out of their way to help. For example, I asked for my breakfast to be delivered later so I could sleep in, and the chef kept it warm in the kitchen until I came down to eat. I also accidentally left some clothes behind, and the cleaning lady found them, and the concierge arranged to have them couriered back to me! Thumbs up! 👍

GGuest User1. The delivery of room unit is not on-time. The excuses of previous tenant have not check out on time is not acceptable. We pay the rent & we expect to take the unit on time. We have to wait 2 to 3 hours for the key & wait for cleaning process. We travel from overseas and carry 3 large luggage. It is just not convenient.
2. This apartment allow smoking in the unit. It is not acceptable where the sofa, the bedsheet, the whole unit is smell of smoke. In fact, all occupant of this building all smoke inside the building. Smoke travel through sewerage pipe & air vent get inside our units at 1am & 4am at night.
3. The cleanliness is not up to standard. While we are staying we requested cleaning services once. After cleaning, i still saw dirty mark and stain at toilet floor & tooth paste at basin.
4. BED BUGS & COCKROACHES! My family and I got bed bug bites after staying there for 4 nights. Please keep this in mind and note that they only clean your room if requested.
