GGuest UserThe bathroom is hot and stuffy because there isn't ventilation.
The room upstairs is cramped with no window.
The room downstairs is better.
They have a fridge and provide bottled drinking water.
Also I'd great they have a washing machine
Buy there isn't a kitchen for cooking. Though you can use the space available.

GGuest UserWhat you get goes according to the price I think. Nothing glamorous and cleanliness wise not excellent. My comforter had hair of the previous guest. But again, it’s very cheap. I recommend for a short stay. It’s right in the center of nanshan, very good location (5 minute walk to the metro ) and who I assume was the owner was very nice. He went to the metro to help me carry my luggage and offered to help me again when I left.

The location is excellent – close to the subway, bus, shopping areas, and parks. All the surrounding amenities are available, including a wet market.
The room is spacious enough, and the smart home system is very convenient. It's well-equipped with screens on the windows, conditioner, and mosquito coils. There's really nothing to fault.
The bedding is comfortable and relatively clean.
The shower space is ample, and the hot water is excellent.
There's space to hang clothes and open luggage.
Overall, the amenities are almost perfect.
The downsides mainly revolve around cleanliness and noise.
Noise is a common issue for this type of hotel. The water pipes are very loud, and there's a small gym on the sixth floor. If you're on the fifth floor, the entire ceiling vibrates with your heartbeat. Fortunately, no one seems to be jumping around late at night, so earplugs should do the trick for sleeping.
Cleanliness is more problematic, it's really not up to par. All the vertical surfaces are stained and grubby. You have to be careful of dirt on the curtains. One day, after the auntie changed the linen, I found obvious, disgusting stains on the second towel. This made me wonder about the first towel I had used, which was folded on top...
I can only suggest they pay more attention to cleanliness.

GGuest UserFirst off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for the subway, buses, taxis, and dining. Also, the service and communication from one of the female supervisors were excellent.
Now for the facts. I arrived at the hotel a little after 3 PM. The first time I tried to use my key card, it didn't work. The second time I got into a room, it hadn't been cleaned. The third time, the room I was given already had guests in it. I had to go back and forth myself each time; no hotel staff offered to help or actually checked the rooms beforehand.
After all this happened, the hotel staff didn't immediately offer compensation or a new room. Instead, they suggested I wait for my booked room to be cleaned. I refused to wait and mentioned I would report it to the consumer association. Only then did the hotel offer a free room upgrade, but nothing else.

LL***898We had a great stay at this apartment in Shenzhen. The location is excellent, surrounded by many restaurants and food options.
The room was very comfortable and felt like home. Our children loved the apartment, and the upstairs sleeping area helped keep everything organized. The room was cleaned daily and always well maintained.
The reception staff were very friendly, kindly accepted our packages before arrival, and also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting Shenzhen. Thank you!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this place! We had all our meals in the lobby every day, ordered takeout, and played with the two cats. The location is super convenient with shared bikes right outside, making it easy to get to several subway stations. It's also really close to Window of the World and the Spring Bamboo building. We stayed on both the second and fourth floors, and each room had a different, very artistic balcony. Perfect for young people!

GGuest UserExcellent customer service, even better than one 500 USD per night hotel I stayed at in Montreal Canada. Spacious rooms. Many of the bathrooms have a bidet. You could try requesting that if it's important to you. Location is the best feature. Walking distance to two great malls MixC and KK MALL (connected to St Regis hotel) you can find food options and nice shopping there, including affordable yet lovely local brands. GGuest UserThe Owners kind and friendly, event help us top up Alipay, He give us the best thing He can prepare. Recommend place to stay. From Metro Hubei exit C just walk 2building 50-70meter than turn right 30meter will find the Apartment and ask the security to Jufuyuan, they will help to the front desk at floors 17th. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is walking distance and you can find everything you want.

ZZhijiangchemiThe location is decent, about 500m from Hourui Metro Station. My main issue was with checking in. After I arrived, I contacted the hotel manager, who seemed completely confused. I sent him my ID information and was told to wait for the check-in details. After waiting for half an hour with no message, I called him. He insisted he had already sent them to me. It wasn't until my second call that he realized he had sent the details to someone else and not me. Once I finally got the details, I went up to the 8th floor, only to find the room was already occupied. I called him again, and he admitted he'd made a mistake and assigned me a different room. So I had to go all the way up to the 12th floor. What a hassle! Inside the room, the bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off completely and kept dripping. Plus, there were quite a few mosquitoes.

UUk77Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.
