ZZhanghongbo1122Right next to Gaoxin Park Metro Station, this is a great place to stay temporarily if you're starting a new job nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, and the large balcony was perfect for drying clothes or just relaxing. There were multiple tables in the common room for working on a laptop. The other guests I met were all really nice, and the hostel even organized a hike up Tanglang Mountain on the weekend. It's a vibrant youth hostel, not one of those quiet city dorms where no one talks. During my stay, one guest was snoring, and the owner actually moved him to another room – the attention to detail in management is truly impressive and rare to find.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Haiya Colorful City and Xin'an Park Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around. The nearby snack street offers a wide array of delicious food. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable mattress and fresh bedding. All essential toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, ensuring a fantastic stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Decent budget option for a short stay in Shenzhen, but falls short of expectations, especially if you’re hoping for a truly “new” hotel experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport.
First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5
Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting.

The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here.
Service and Issues: 3/5
The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival.
Final Thoughts
Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

Hygiene: Very new, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom.
Environment: Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, very convenient.
Service: Excellent and very welcoming, plus free parking is a bonus.

KKolyuThis positive review is solely for Ms. Tian, who checked me in at the front desk yesterday. She was very professional and friendly, and promptly communicated and resolved any issues. The hotel is a bit old, but thankfully it's clean and has all the necessary amenities, including a laundry and dryer, which is great. It's close to two subway stations, about a ten-minute walk away. Because of the excellent service, I'll definitely choose this Home Inn again next time I'm in this area.

GGuest UserThe hostel is located in a beautifully green scenic area (a creative park). My room was very close to the toilet and showers (just a step away), and everyone was considerate about keeping quiet and polite. Breakfast was 15 yuan and included everything shown in the picture. There's also a McDonald's within 200 meters, and a Luckin Coffee next door with 9.9 yuan drinks. Downstairs, the hostel has an office area, a lounge, a study area, and an outdoor area (for smoking and sunbathing). I had a great experience and will definitely come again!

GGuest UserThe Owners kind and friendly, event help us top up Alipay, He give us the best thing He can prepare. Recommend place to stay. From Metro Hubei exit C just walk 2building 50-70meter than turn right 30meter will find the Apartment and ask the security to Jufuyuan, they will help to the front desk at floors 17th. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is walking distance and you can find everything you want.

YYiluxiaopao1985It was okay, at least they offered an airport drop-off service. It's only about a 10-minute drive, so not too far, which was nice. My only complaint is that the hotel really needs to do more regular mosquito control. I had one in my room last night and barely slept a wink because of it.

My flight was delayed by an hour and a half, so I didn't get to Bao'an Airport until the middle of the night, which was a bit embarrassing. The location was easy to find and the price was very reasonable. I had a really pleasant stay. The bedding was clean and everything I needed in a room was provided.
