WWoshitanlaoshiAfter making the reservation by phone, the owner warmly greeted me at the elevator entrance, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon entering the room, everything was neatly arranged, with no mess or tidiness. I was also asked to change into slippers upon entering, which was very thoughtful. The owner even personally brought me slippers and poured hot water, always ready to assist me – the service truly exceeded my expectations. The stairs, bathroom, and shower were also very clean and tidy, even the toothbrushes looked high-quality, showing the owner's dedication. At around 30 yuan, it's practically the best value for a hostel.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Futian Huanggang Intercity Hotel in Shenzhen was truly amazing! I was assigned a high-floor room with a fantastic view of the CBD nightscape. The Sealy mattress provided excellent support, and the pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. They offer a choice of down, latex, and buckwheat pillows; I'm not particularly picky about pillows and found the down pillow very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The hairdryer was also excellent – a Dyson, which dried my hair quickly without any scalp discomfort. What's more, for Chinese New Year, the hotel had lovely festive decorations. There were 'Fu' characters on the entrance, a lion decoration in the lobby which was very auspicious, and festive lights by the elevators. It really added to the holiday spirit! I was also given a small gift when checking out. I will definitely be back!

KKaltsit.My stay at Shenzhen MO was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tipo, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She gave us a detailed room tour and offered fantastic travel recommendations throughout our two-day stay – so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, creating a wonderful service atmosphere. The location is super convenient, close to UpperHills and a park, which was great for traveling with seniors. The executive room and lounge offered stunning views, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the turndown service had great attention to detail. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The room was clean and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent; high-end standards were evident in every detail. The dining options were extensive and fresh, facilities were well-maintained, and the guest services team was promptly responsive, truly making me feel at home. Marriott's consistent high quality and attentive service make every stay reassuring and comfortable. It's my first choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. Highly recommended!

EErenxiangaozhuangStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the uniquely designed lobby with its distinctive industrial steel aesthetic. The open-plan front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, instantly bridging the gap between the hotel and its guests. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes.
To access the upper floors, you need to use your key card in the elevator, which I think is a great way to ensure guest privacy. My room was comfortably and cozily furnished, and all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. My only minor critique is that there was only a small side table in the room, but this is a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The smart toilet in the bathroom provided a very comfortable experience.
The public areas are located on the 14th floor, featuring arcade games, a gym, and laundry facilities, all available 24/7 for guests to enjoy in their leisure time. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, though unfortunately, I was too groggy in the morning to remember to take photos.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids – the experience was absolutely fantastic! We got a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Floor during check-in, which was much quieter than the main building.
The Executive Floor has its own breakfast area, so there were no long queues. It was spacious and comfortable, and the food was exquisite, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a private beach that’s clean and not crowded, with soft sand, so the little ones could play and dig without a worry.
The family-friendly facilities are in the main building, with a well-equipped kids' club and plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and burn off their energy. Overall, it's a peaceful and relaxing place. I highly recommend coming during off-peak holidays for a wonderful beach vacation vibe, a great alternative to Sanya.

LLijian PhrigianCame to Dameisha, Shenzhen, and chose a twin room at Qiluan Shanhai. I thought it would be just a regular holiday experience, but I was pleasantly surprised from check-in to check-out – definitely a full five-star review!
First, a huge shout-out to the handsome young man at the front desk! He proactively upgraded our room during check-in. The basic room was already good, but the upgraded one was not only larger but also had a bathtub, which instantly boosted our happiness! This kind of unexpected service really touches your heart; that young man deserves a bonus!
The hotel's facilities also didn't disappoint! The overall design was perfectly to my taste—industrial metal lines paired with natural wood furniture, abstract art adorning the walls, and even the corridor lighting was warm yet not harsh, giving it a modern feel without losing the relaxed vacation vibe. The smart devices in the room were also very thoughtful; the air conditioning and curtains could be voice-controlled, which is a dream for lazy people! The biggest surprise was the bathroom; the wet and dry separation was excellent, and the showerhead had a fine, dense spray. A bath to relieve travel fatigue was incredibly comfortable.
And the location is an even bigger plus! It's a 5-minute walk to Dameisha Beach, super convenient for catching the tide in the morning or taking a stroll in the evening. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. If you don't want to go out, the hotel restaurant's seafood porridge and coconut chicken are worth trying. For families like us, 'proximity' is the biggest convenience!
In summary, this stay completely exceeded our expectations! From the thoughtful upgrade service to the high-design environment, from the convenient location to the meticulous details, Qiluan Shanhai truly delivers on the 'vacation feel.' Next time I'm in Dameisha, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The service was professional and incredibly thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade – the room was comfortable and spacious. The butler service was warm and attentive; they responded promptly to all requests and gave excellent local recommendations for dining and entertainment. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were outstanding, making for a superb stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

GGuest UserEven though check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at 3 PM and still had to wait another half an hour for the room to be ready. The cleanliness was just so-so; I'm not sure if the sheets were changed as they didn't smell freshly laundered. In the afternoon, there was renovation noise from upstairs, and even on the lowest volume, the TV was very loud. The only good thing was that there was plenty of hot water for showering.

GGuest UserThis is my fourth or fifth time visiting Shenzhen, and it's the first time I've stayed in such a perfect hotel! Although it's called an apartment, the facilities and tranquility are absolutely on par with a big hotel! This trip, our family of four booked a family room (which the front desk upgraded for us!). The beds are super big – a 2.2m bed combined with a 1.2m bed makes for over three meters! More than enough space for four people to sleep comfortably! Plus, there's a free and abundant breakfast! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, answering all our questions patiently. We originally booked for two days, then went to Hong Kong for a day in between, and extended our stay here when we returned. The apartment building is right above a Line 5 metro station, making it super convenient to get around. There's a huge commercial area next door, and a large shopping complex right downstairs with tons of dining options. It's also within walking distance of Shenzhen Luohu Hospital, and there are several malls and wholesale markets nearby. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'm definitely staying here again. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. There are so many pros, I can't even list them all – I can only mention a few as they come to mind. Oh, and they also have baby toothbrush sets!
