3300882****The hotel is right by Metro Line 7, the decor is very new, and the amenities are excellent. They even offer a late-night snack service at 9:30 PM, and the service is great! There are lots of good restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come back next time!

The location is truly prime – within walking distance to the Huaqiangbei commercial area, which was super convenient whether for exploring electronics markets for business collaborations or trying out local eateries. The nearby subway stations provide excellent connectivity, making it easy to reach other parts of Shenzhen.
The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and spotless, and the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned with no odors. Even small, often-overlooked items like the remote control and light switches were sparkling clean. The common areas were also neat and tidy, with no clutter.
The room's facilities were complete and highly functional. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was amazing – once the window was closed, I couldn't hear any outside noise. The air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly, and the high-speed WiFi was great for streaming or working without any lag. Thoughtful details like charging outlets and a mini-fridge were also much appreciated.
The service was exceptionally heartwarming. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff kindly informed me about local traffic regulations and ongoing events in the commercial area. Whenever I had a request, the staff responded quickly with a friendly and professional attitude. The breakfast selection was also rich, with plenty of hot dishes and pastries, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting great. The value for money is truly unbeatable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations and can best be described as a genuine “home away from home.” It is rare to find a hotel that performs so well across comfort, service, location, and thoughtful details, and this experience left a very lasting impression.
First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve.
At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for.
I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation.
Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated.
In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal.
In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had.
Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure.
Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay.
Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether for business travel or a relaxing getaway, this is a hotel I would confidently recommend. It is absolutely a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

EErenxiangaozhuangStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the uniquely designed lobby with its distinctive industrial steel aesthetic. The open-plan front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, instantly bridging the gap between the hotel and its guests. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes.
To access the upper floors, you need to use your key card in the elevator, which I think is a great way to ensure guest privacy. My room was comfortably and cozily furnished, and all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. My only minor critique is that there was only a small side table in the room, but this is a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The smart toilet in the bathroom provided a very comfortable experience.
The public areas are located on the 14th floor, featuring arcade games, a gym, and laundry facilities, all available 24/7 for guests to enjoy in their leisure time. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, though unfortunately, I was too groggy in the morning to remember to take photos.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again.

In particular, the service from Lila Calice was simply beyond perfect. From her patient and detailed inquiries before check-in to her warm reminders after we settled in, every interaction demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. My heartfelt thanks to her! 🌹
Regarding childcare, the hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. Upon arrival, our room was already equipped with children's amenities. The kids' club not only had a rich variety of activities, but what was even more impressive was the staff's professionalism and attentiveness. We felt our child was well taken care of, allowing us as parents to truly relax.
The sea view from Dameisha is truly breathtaking. Whether from the room's balcony or the public areas, the view is expansive, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a unique and wonderful experience. The overall facilities are exceptionally well-maintained; the pool is spotless, and the beach is quite nice too. I look forward to returning to the hotel soon!

The decor is exquisite and stylish; every corner is worth exploring and perfect for photos – truly a treat for the eyes. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a huge, soft bed. The dry and wet areas in the bathroom are thoughtfully separated, making it very convenient to use. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch; both public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are patient in answering questions and respond promptly. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the location is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend it!

QQingfengzhalandehuazuoI initially booked a room here out of necessity, and I expected the facilities to be old since it was renovated in 2018. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the great room layout and fantastic view! The location is also excellent; I could order a lot of delicious takeout, and the robot delivery service was very convenient. The staff were all very kind, and I'd especially like to thank Molly, Cavan, and Louise. I mentioned I might extend my stay in the same room, and they even helped me check availability in advance to see if it could be reserved – so thoughtful! All in all, it exceeded my expectations and was cleaner than I thought!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a peaceful location with beautiful views! A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!

AAnonymous UserLocation is great close to Dongmen shopping mall. Check in was smooth. Room is big and comfortable. Only cleaning be further improved. Delivery access is still an issues to door as the building has no access allowed for delivery. So I run to the collection cabinet located on ground floor outside arranged is a bit of a hassle for guests. Otherwise, the rate is fair during the off peak period.
