RRatiry yanVery good experience the moment we stepped in, the check-ins staff Xiao Lee (小李） is super helpful and friendly! We didn’t get all the rooms on the same floor but were promised to checked next day and at first I didn’t put too much hope but ended up she called and even help me to move room to same floor with others! Also the hotel is just 20 steps to the station entrance super convenient! The best thing is they even give daily supper and free mini bar drinks! Highly recommended !

Llulu8482What a pleasant surprise! This hidden gem of a hotel is definitely worth revisiting. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway station and very close to Huaqiangbei Electronic World. As soon as you step into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and minimalist decor, without excessive luxury, create a simple yet stylish atmosphere that instantly washes away the fatigue of travel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems and must-try restaurants nearby. Our twin room was exceptionally spacious, with soft and clean beds that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and excellent water pressure in the en-suite bathroom – a hot shower was pure bliss. The most pleasant surprise was the room's soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks to Western bread, salads, coffee, and a variety of fresh fruits and hot dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, making every bite incredibly satisfying. When checking out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay and even presented us with a small gift. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hidden gem to every traveler. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

__WeChat43143****As a loyal Marriott fan, my girlfriend and I were once again pleasantly surprised by our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an! The hotel specially upgraded us to a room with a terrace, where we could sit in wicker chairs and stargaze at night, and they even provided a telescope free of charge. For breakfast, we could customize our waffles with a choice of fruits and cream, which my girlfriend absolutely loved. The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay Park, so we could walk to the seaside. When we returned, the staff proactively offered us ice-cold lemonade and towels. Upon check-out, the hotel gifted us custom couple keychains. These thoughtful details really touched us. We'll definitely be back for our next date!

The front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, always quick to respond to any issues. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is very soft, and the toiletries smell lovely. MM55029****I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort! My friends and I were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel during our beach vacation. The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped by a strong resort vibe. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the gentle sea breeze carried a faint salty scent, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. Our ocean-view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed the sparkling blue sea and fine sandy beach, with sunlight dancing on the waves – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's travel photography service! I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link! The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I'm already looking forward to my next round of amazing travel photos!

The dry and wet areas in the bathroom are thoughtfully separated, making it very convenient to use. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch; both public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are patient in answering questions and respond promptly. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, the location is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend it!

LLucius LiewLocation was superb, which is within 5 mins walking distance to Coco park shopping mall, and the metro station was just right in front of the mall. The room was a bit small but the kids loved the bath tub and enjoyed the hotel stay. Bed was comfy and room lighting was adjustable which made it very cozy. The only downside was pillows were flat and shower temperature fluctuates a lot so it was annoying to keep having to adjust the water temperature. Nonetheless it was still an enjoyable stay!

Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40. Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨ The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!
