The Hotel is very nicely located in the Shenzhen Luohu Area. It is easily accessible by subway from Guomao Station. Also the lively food and evening area Dongmen is just one station away at Laojie. The check in was easy and the staff is very polite. Most of them also speak English. The room was very nice and had all necessary equipment. The only complaint I would have is a little stinky smell from the toilet drain and also that the seal for the shower was leaking into the bathroom.
The breakfast was just ok in my opinion, some mediocre Chinese dishes and the western food is just below average compared with hotels in Europe. I would recommend the hotel very much, just without the breakfast and rather eat outside.
So all in all a 4.5

The hotel environment is very good. The facilities and equipment are also very complete. There are many places to eat nearby. It is also very close to Dongmen Old Street business district and Jinguanghua Plaza. It is also very close to the Guomao subway station. The front desk service is daisy. Harrison Lucy is very friendly. The service is very good. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Shenzhen. I will give it 5 stars.
